The staff is super friendly and cooperative, Dr Saqib is very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and explains in detail everything, a very kid person, I for sure will not go elsewhere, though it is an hour drive from my place but really worthed. I highly recommend the clinic , trust me you come once and next time you won’t go anywhere.

Fantastic experience: I have been struggled for almost 3 weeks with worsening dental pain. I went to my regular dentist twice, and nothing was done to resolve the pain. I made an emergency call to Toothworks and was taken in right away! Dr. Rashid was amazing!!!! He knew exactly what was wrong after an exam, gave me antibiotics to help and they were able to get me in not even a week later to have the problem resolved. Honestly having an answer and being listened too when at the dentist office was almost enough to bring me to tears after what I had been going through. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

Negative experience: The new staff are very rude. I have been coming here for years and this new staff is just awful in every way. They lack proper communication, they lack manners, they lack customer service skills. They seem to lack any sort of respect in general, they all act as if servicing is a burden and have issues with controlling their facial expressions. The entire staff needs a serious overhaul and retraining on basic human decency and civility. For a medical facility to be filled with so much condescending attitudes is disgraceful in every way. Safe yourself the headache you will have to this particular location at time moment in time, and find another dentist office.

The clinic is very clean, and our appointments started right on time with no waiting. The staff is very kind and professional. For me, the hygienist Noor was wonderful—very gentle, thorough, and professional. My wife was seen by Lyla, who was equally kind and did an excellent job. We also want to thank Dr. Saqib for his professionalism and clear explanations. We both felt very comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I went in yesterday for some extractions that had me so full of anxiety that I nearly fainted and almost vomited once I sat in the chair lol I'm usually great with dental work I dont know why my body betrayed me. The doctor reassured me i was safe and everything was ok and that he had lots of time to take care of me which I very much appreciated. My procedure took 30 minutes (at least it seemed quick to me anyway) which I also appreciated! My extractions have healed beautifully already and it's only been 24 hours

Negative experience: $143 for a referral to a place that is closed on the weekends, a toothbrush and nothing done for my toddlers chipped teeth. TOTAL SCAM! Our family was there for 2 mins. Didn’t do any work. Our son’s teeth are sharp and dangerous as they were both fronts were chipped.

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service! Many times charged us extra despite having insurance without any explanation prior to service but we were still okay as we could get appointment on the weekend here and continued to use this clinic. But today they charged us appointment cancellation fee even though we informed way ahead of appointment time. We have been using this dental clinic for many years but not anymore. Really frustrated to see how they treat long standing patients...

Negative experience: My father is 72 and has gone months without dentures. His dentist came back from “vacation “ and said he needed to complete new molds of his teeth and wasn’t able to give him. He’s lost 40 pounds and cannot eat. But ok, you went on vacation and did not have anyone else follow up on this? Extremely poor customer service .

Fantastic experience: I am 42 years old, but the place that bothers me the most due to childhood trauma is the dentist's chair. This is my second visit here within a week, and today, during an operation that lasted about 2 hours, Dr. Rashid and her assistant made me feel truly comfortable. He is very professional and genuinely excellent at his job. I have had very problematic tooth roots from birth, but with patience and expertise, Dr. Rashid managed to perform an amazing, pain-free, and smooth operation in two hours. I recommend this clinic and Dr. Rashid.

Negative experience: I recently visited this clinic to have my permanent retainer removed. The initial dental check-up was covered by my Conestoga student insurance, but I was not informed in advance that the actual removal procedure would cost $185 out-of-pocket. The dentist proceeded with the treatment without discussing the cost, and I only found out about the fee at the billing desk. When I questioned this, the staff told me it was my responsibility to ask the price. Fortunately, because I’m aware of the ethical standards in healthcare — especially the importance of informed consent (including financial consent) — I calmly raised the issue. After some back and forth, they waived the cost, which I appreciated. Still, I believe it’s the clinic’s responsibility to clearly inform patients of any charges before beginning any non-insured procedure. Transparency like that helps avoid confusion and builds trust. I hope the clinic considers improving their communication going forward.

Negative experience: It's been a couple of years since my last visit and don't intend on returning again. I used to have a great dentist with Dr. Shin, and an amazing hygienist in Trinity. It looks like all of their good staff has departed and they have brought on a group of incompetent dentists and assistants who only care about the next appointment. My last visit, as mentioned was a couple of years ago, for a couple of fillings. The dentist did do the fillings, but the only thing he discussed was when I was going to come in for other work that was needed. The assistant was so incompetent that the dentist had to take over her duties multiple times, even to the point where he took the light (the one to cure the fillings) since she wasn't paying attention and putting it where it was needed. Lastly, after the appointment, the dentist walked me to the front counter and demanded the front lady to book my next appointment before I left. No "Thank you", no discussion on preventative care, NOTHING but book an appointment. The replacement hygienist wasn't bad, but wasn't the awesomeness that was Trinity. Lets put it this way, how terrible the visit was made me check my review... the fact my 5 star rating was still up was rather upsetting, thus making the change now!

Fantastic experience: I was really nervous going in for dental appt but the staff made me feel so comfortable. Dental hygienist Simple Kaur was incredibly gentle throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain every step in detail before proceeding, which immediately helped calm my anxiety. My teeth felt so clean after cleaning and she also showed me proper brushing technique which was really helpful and improved my at-home care routine. A big thanks to Dr. Saqib Rashid, whose work was nothing short of perfection. He was polite, respectful, and never rushed and gave the impression that quality and my comfort were his top priorities.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Toothworks Fairview 4 times so far, once for an emergency molar infection diagnosis, once for the extraction, once for a cleaning and comprehensive X-rays and once for a root canal. The service is fast and high quality, bookings were easily available and the quality of their work was also exceptional and mostly pain free outside of the freezing needles, but let’s be real, that’s always the worst part. But the freezing was done perfectly every time and I felt ZERO pain or discomfort during procedures. Recovery has also been fast due to the quality of Dr. Saqib Rasheed’s expert work on me. The facility was very clean and modern with equipment and xray machines. You can watch TV on the screen above you which really helps distract you and make the procedure speed along. The staff were all very well groomed and smelled pleasant which is nice when people work so close to your face. My only criticism is that all the employees I have been in contact have thick, what I assume to be Indian accents which can make communication a little tricky on occasion. But they were all very friendly and always explained if I didn’t understand the first time. So I won’t hold that against them. It’s not a big deal in the least I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years since my regular dentist I had my whole life retired, and I was apprehensive about finding a new one, but I think I found a new dentist I can trust with my teeth. 5/5 Stars. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Excellent prompt and professional service. They were able to schedule an appointment for me within an hour to address my emergency issue. On arrival the staff was friendly and welcoming. I was seen fairly quickly after completing my form and my issue was resolved very quickly as well. They left me know the cost of the procedure after evaluation and asked if I wanted to proceed which I appreciated. Would definitely recommend based on my experience.

Negative experience: The first visit took place on Friday, during which an X-ray was done and the condition of Alae's teeth was checked. The second session, scheduled for the treatment, took place on Monday afternoon. The doctor administered local anesthesia to begin the procedure. However, at the start of the treatment, Alae expressed her fear in a completely normal way (it’s important to note that she has been accustomed to visiting the dentist since a young age in Morocco without any issues). Nevertheless, the doctor determined that he could not proceed with the treatment and recommended a session with a specialist for general anesthesia, which would allow all the teeth to be treated in a single session. We, however, declined this suggestion, and the session was interrupted at this stage.

Fantastic experience: Their service is good. The dealing is so gentle that specially needed when you are in pain. Dr know his job very well he make you comfortable and explain it briefly about problem and treatments. Best thing if you are severe pain you just walk in they will treat you don't need an appointment nd also available in Sunday. So ya i recommend you can visit there.

The dentist Dr Sardeep is my all time favourite he’s very friendly and precisely doing my implant treatment, and carefully monitoring the healing the progress. I really appreciate the good services!

Negative experience: I recently took my son to this dental clinic, unaware that his Healthy Smiles Ontario card had expired. Unfortunately, the clinic did not inform us about the card's expiration before proceeding with the treatment. Only after the procedure was completed were we told that the program wouldn't cover the cost and we would be charged directly. While I understand that it's ultimately our responsibility to check the card’s validity, I strongly believe the clinic should have verified the status and informed us beforehand, especially since this involves a government-funded program meant to assist families. Clear communication would have saved us from unexpected expenses and stress. I hope the clinic improves their protocol in the future by confirming insurance eligibility before treatment, so that other families don’t face a similar situation.

Fantastic experience: Chose this Fairview mall location for its fantastic hours that suit me working shifts. The people are what make it even better.

Negative experience: Went for a cleaning a couple weeks ago . They wanted go do x rays as well that I found out afterwards wasn't covered by my insurance. So that was 240 I think out of pocket . Anyways they said I had two cavities and charged my insurance 340 per filling . Is what It Is. The dentist put the needle in the side of my mouth and it felt like it hit my jaw bone , this was quite painful and actually hurt for days afterwards. She went to drill into it and I could still feel it so she had to give me another injection. She was saying something to the assistant that she just came back from Abu dabi and was tired from the plane ride . Then at the end told me if I'm still dealing with pain from my teeth two months later to come back in ( I've had fillings before and have never been told this) Anyhow for the next two weeks both my teeth were experiencing pain and sensitivity , the pain like you have two bad cavities . So they wanted to make things right and were gonna deal with the issue which I thought was nice . The same dentist took a x ray and said that now the one tooth needs a root canal . And it's gonna cost 1800 bucks to fix it. Seems like alot to me. Also for a issue that I didn't know was an issue as it wasn't bothering me to now this issue im experiencing now after going here . Needless to day I don't plan on going back here , place seems like it's profit driven as this was only time I went here and they also wanted me to get a implant and a mouth guard, then this root canal on top of it . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Negative experience: I have had my teeth cleaned here the last couple of times. Everytime was the same price Now all of a sudden they want more money for less cleaning!! I just cancelled and left. Could have told me this on phone before I go all the way there and waste my time. Oh well time to look for new dentist. Be careful coming here. Make sure they tell you price before you go all the way there for nothing!!

Negative experience: This place looks like a scam. I have an insurance that is worth $750, used it for teeth cleaning and getting x-ray pictures. I went to other place and use my insurance, only to know they took more than $700 of my insurance. What a waste of money for this place.

Positive experience: Everything went great. Took my daughter to get her cavity filled. The dental assistant was very nice, the dentist on the other hand, what a snob. Cause my daughter was having an issue keeping her mouth open wide, she literally rolled her eyes at her. Are you kidding me? The dentist is never a nice time for anyone. Then she proceeds to put a spacer in her mouth to keep her from closing her mouth and my daughter starts to gag and she doesn't even ask her if she is okay. Very rude, snotty and not professional

Negative experience: I originally had a great experience with my hygenist, however the doctor rushed through my appointment. He did not speak much English to me, instead he spoke another language to his staff and barely explained what was wrong. He told me to come back for fillings but didn't even say which teeth or how many. Very impersonal and cold. Seems more concerned with draining my insurance, I didn't feel safe or in good hands at this dentist and I don't recommend going here.

Negative experience: Please be aware any and all Toothworks is owned by a large corporation who is profit driven not service driven. I own a small business, we did a little office repair in June of 2024. $110.00, as of January 2025, still not paid.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer was my hygienist and she was fantastic. Normally, at my previous dental office, I found the scaling painful. I had no discomfort this time. My dentist and the reception staff were wonderful as well.

Negative experience: i went in for a cleaning but i also went in to get help for 2 teeth really bothering me and when the dr and assistant come to talk to me they kept giving each other looks as if im making this up. once dr came back she really only gave me 2 options of pull my front tooth or deal with the pain. i was floored.

Fantastic experience: We called them at 4:35pm with a dental emergency for our 4 year old son, and they were able to see him before they closed at 5pm! We were new patients so they could have not agreed to see us, but we are so incredibly grateful that they could and did help! Everyone was very friendly and gentle towards our little guy. Negative experience: The dentist was lovely and I really liked her, but unfortunately did two fillings and they hurt badly after and once she redid them they were fine - (she said my teeth were too sensitive but I've got to a multitude of fillings before and after and that's never happened). They didn't charge me for the redone fillings or the xrays, so that was great on them, but I do feel like the fillings were not done right to start with. This made me stop going to them and, now in my new dentist, it turns out a ton of my fillings have cavities again. No cavities on my healthy teeth just on the fillings. So, after that expience, I can't recommend them. I don't know if it's on them or it's my teeth. But the doubt is there. To add to that I had a terrible experience with one of their assistants being incredibly unprofessional and making comments she shouldn't have made to a patient (but this happened a year ago, so she might not even work there anymore). I did report it back then and they did nothing.

Fantastic experience: Gentle, informed, sesitive to my needs. I was thought to need a root canal but they double checked and I only needed a filling instead. They made extra sure before putting me through an intensive procedure.

Fantastic experience: I went there for an emergency appointment. My oldest son recommended them. I would have to say, the best dental service I have received in many years. The online booking tool worked amazing, and the front staff actually received all my information, so no “extra” paperwork was needed. The assistant explained everything to me, very clearly, and the dentist was extremely compassionate to my pain, and needs. They took the time to go over my X-Rays with me, and explained all my options. Billing was a breeze, and I will definitely be going back for all my dentistry needs.

Negative experience: I don’t have a lot of good things to say about this dentist. My husband and I are very diligent in our 6 month cleanings and ever since we started going here we’ve been told we have 3+ cavities each time. My previous dentists all knew about a discolored tooth near the back of my mouth and weren’t worried about it unless it caused me pain. Well as soon as I visited this place it was suddenly a “really deep cavity” that needed to be removed. I reluctantly listened (despite no pain) and have had nothing but pain since. Not only that but the cavity had to be redone since due to it being improperly done, and am told that if the pain continues I’ll be needing a root canal.. Before that ever happens I’ll be switching dentists. Save yourself the pain and go somewhere else.

Fantastic experience: I went for my scaling, polishing and cavity filling and they were done well. Everyone was very kind and helpful- the dentist, dental hygienist and the front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: The cleaning I did with Linh was great. She was always checking to ensure I was fine. I also did filling and it was painless and quick. Thanks to Dr Zainab and Linh, my teeth look better now

Fantastic experience: Visited the clinic for cleaning today and I had a wonderful experience. Linh Do did a great job, she was thorough and gentle. She gave me great tips on how to manage my teeth and keep my gums healthy.
