Fantastic experience: Good doctor, good treatment

Fantastic experience: I went in to Benton Dental with lots of anxiety, for a cleaning , have a lot of fear for dentist, and hard to manage pain. Haven't been for cleaning in a long time . But first time at Benton dental. Oh my gosh. May I say the doctor and the dentist were so patient with me. Tried to calm my anxiety down. Would stop in between cleaning to give me a break, made me feel good in myself and comfortable. Turned on some music to help my anxiety sort of , used numbing jelly to do cleaning . Felt good . I was so sorry I was so difficult, but they really made me feel good , and comforted me . Going back in for fillings on the 20th, they didn't want to overwhelm my anxiety to much. So we booked for 20th , and even recommend me to have nitrous mask for the fillings, to help my anxiety, which most likely I will probably do. I loved the doctor here . I only came across one,missed her name. It was bit of anxiety filled day. But they were good. Just hope my experience goes smooth for fillings . . Update so now i ve been at Benton 7times in total. Multi fillings , some longer pain check ups with the fillings. Check up on new issue Then finnaly was able to get some fix up and relieve with high fillings on one side by Dr. GURMAN . Was she ever sweet and kind and listened through the whole process . The whole team was good, but Dr. GURMAN P stood out to me the most. Her attention her love . If you going to see anyone at this clinick request Dr. GURMAN. Kind warm thank you to her and the rest of the team .

Fantastic experience: I recently visited the Benton dental clinic and taken filling treatment from Dr. Karamjot Kaur. She was very kind and patient in giving me the best treatment and suggestions.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kaur was amazing in resolving my issue. Because of her, I am able to eat from both sides after a long time. My previous dentist did not offer any reparations and was just focused to just offer completely new treatment, so that they charge me huge bills which my insurance won’t cover completely. Glad to found one doctor who is primarily focused on what patient actually needs. All the other staff including assistants and receptionist are worth a mention for maintaining an incredible environment!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this dental clinic this evening. It was my first visit, and from the moment I walked in, everything went smoothly. The young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I didn’t have to wait at all. I simply filled out the personal information form and was promptly taken in. The doctor who took my X-rays was quick and efficient. She mentioned that she works swiftly because most people don’t enjoy holding the plastic in their mouth for dental X-rays, which I really appreciated. After that, another doctor examined me and was very patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions. The entire visit was completed within half an hour, which was impressive. I truly appreciate how efficient, professional, and organized the entire team was. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: The doctor I saw—whose name I’ve forgotten—she always wears a white mask, and her voice is muffled and unclear. She is the angriest, most lethargic, and depressed person, speaking through her nose, as if she were forced to work. She was completely useless. I simply asked her about the pain and problem with my jaw, and she said, “excuse me !!” I got scared, as if I had said something wrong. I immediately left.

Fantastic experience: Dr Gill did a wonderful treatment for our family dental checkup, cleaning and cavity treatment. Highly recommend this clinic. The best in Kitchener I would say.

Fantastic experience: It was my first visit and I’m really very happy with the service. The staffs are amazing and helpful. The doctor and the dental assistants were highly knowledgeable. I’m going back for my follow ups as I’m indeed very satisfied with the overall process and results. I find the cost reasonable and the doctor did not push for anything that was not necessary and advised exactly what I needed.

Fantastic experience: I visited the clinic a week ago for a filling. After the procedure, the tooth was still causing pain. So the week after, I called this clinic and they were able to book me an appointment the same day and fix my pain for free! Excellent service!

I went in pretty nervous (not a big fan of dentists ) and worried about the cost, but everyone there was so kind and patient. The assistants explained everything clearly and even called my insurance to check what was covered before doing anything. The one who took my X-rays was super sweet and helped me feel calm the whole time. The dentist was amazing too — really knowledgeable and honest without trying to push any unnecessary procedures. Overall, just really good people who genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've been for a cleaning and 2 multi filling appointments and would recommend this office to everyone. I've had 2 different dentists with 2 different assistants here and they have all been incredibly professional, attentive and helpful. Before this I had pain at every dental appointment and was truly terrified of the experience, but now I actually look forward to my dentist appointment! I'm not kidding, this place rocks. Front staff are great with communication and will even text you! (I rarely answer my phone) I'm booked again for the end of the month. Thanks Benton Dental for accepting CDCP!

Negative experience: Absolute nightmare experience, although it's been 6 months but now since I changed my dentist she made me realise from my previous x rays that I did not need that many fillings Just overcharged me for dollars nd ruined my teet

Negative experience: Most good comment are either her staff or fake, had a very tiny cavity that was very minute on the xray but she made it worse now i am being charged for rct and crown just because she made it worse Would absolutely not recommend her

Negative experience: They will cancel your appointment if you don't confirm their random text or call. They do not tell you of this silly policy. Its taken weeks and weeks to get an appointment here. Very unfortunate and unnecessary, never seen any medical clinic in my entire life enforce such a policy, I noticed other 1 star reviews noting the same foolish policy. I will be in pain longer because of this policy. ANSWER. I am writing the correct clinic 100%. Nt
