As always, The dentist was incredibly skilled and explained everything clearly. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel always comfortable. Fantastic experience: Had assessment of broken tooth , to decision for crown with crown in Place- all within two hours . Perfect fit of crown with assistance of AI. Dentist relaxed and efficient.

Negative experience: If you need affordable and good quality dentistry, then this is not the right place. I walked into this place as a student asking if they did wisdom tooth removals, and I was in shock when I was told after insurance I’d need to pay $1000+ dollars out of pocket for wisdom teeth removals and an $80 consultation. Thank goodness I trusted my gut and tried a different dentist clinic, where I was given free consultation with xray scans, and only needed to pay $210 out of pocket for wisdom teeth removal. I encourage everyone and especially students to research other dentist places first before settling on this one

Fantastic experience: As a family, we have been going to Dr Jeff Sumner since he took over from Dr Albrecht and then to Dentistry on Lawrence when they opened. The Doctors and Staff have always been totally professional and dedicated to our dental health. One situation that highlights their commitment and willingness to go above and beyond, is when our granddaughter from Ottawa was visiting when she was eight, and she broke off the bottom half of one of her front teeth in a playground incident. Dentistry on Lawrence set up an appointment the next day and Dr Nasseh filled it in, perfectly matching the existing tooth, and to this day over a year later, it is still there! As a matter of fact, she now has braces and the Orthodontist in Ottawa commented on how good a job it was! Thank you Dentistry on Lawrence for everything you have done!

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, I've been a patient for as far back as I can remember. I became very weary once there was such a large turn over of staff. I'd show up for an appointment and I was never sure who would be taking care of my dental needs. I won't go into specifics about how I feel about the events that lead up to me leaving their practice. What I can say about the way they handled my disappointments were very unprofessional and uncaring and none of the staff wanted to take ownership on their part for the role they played in the events that took place. In my experience alone, a Dentist while removing a tooth should never have cut my lip with a saw which bleed for 4 hours, seeing it probably could have required a stitch or 2. There was never an apology given in fact the Dentist blamed it on the fact that I jumped. So, my question is if a child jumped would the dentist blame the child without taking ownership of what happened?

Fantastic experience: I had a difficult tooth extraction and needed follow-up a few times because of some concerns. Both times they got me in on the same day and didn't charge me anything for the appointments. They were professional and also very caring when addressing my concerns. Both times I left knowing that my concerns were taken care of and that they cared. They are all such warm and friendly people and yet professional. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I just had 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed at Dentistry on Lawrence and had an AMAZING experience. I felt no pain during the entire procedure, and all of the staff made me feel so comfortable. Even though I was only somewhat aware during the surgery, I could hear the dentist always telling me what he was going to do before doing it. This is something that I appreciated a lot. I have no complaints about my experience and would highly recommend this dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I'll start by prefacing that I have a lot of anxiety around dental work from cleanings, to fillings, to more intense work. Registering to this office was easily one of the best decisions I made as the staff and atmosphere are enough to immediately put you at ease. The staff is very friendly and easy to speak to which takes a load of stress off of the whole experience of going to the dentist. Everything is made easy from booking appointments to setting up payments through your benefits. The dentists and dental hygienists are very friendly and listen to your concerns and take things into co side ration like certain sensitivities. My last dentist office pushed my boundaries a lot which made my anxiety of going back even worse, so it's a breath of fresh air having folks that u d'état and accommodate your needs. I had put off my wisdom teeth extractions for over 11 years due to the anxiety around it, but felt comfortable enough with this office to jump back on that horse. I'm currently 3 post surgery and it couldn't have gone better. I felt zero discomfort during the surgery, and the after care provided through medications has also meant zero pain, zero swelling, and virtually zero discomfort so far! I can't recommend this office enough!

My son also had his dental treatment here and the staff created a joyful atmosphere for him, and now he's always excited about his visits. Fantastic experience: I've been going to Dentistry on Lawrence for several years now and have nothing but good things to say about my experiences there! I really like their central Kitchener location, the staff are always super friendly and the hygienists & dentists truly care about any concerns I have with my teeth. The hygienists have often offered helpful suggestions to improve my oral health, (such as using an electric toothbrush and certain types of mouthwash, etc.) which I've tried with great success. When I more recently had an issue/pain with a filling I had done at Dentistry on Lawrence, Dr. Sumner saw me right away the following day for an emergency appt and fixed the problem free of any additional charge. I will continue to choose Dentistry on Lawrence for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: In all my years I have never been more satisfied With a Dental clinic! They are All professional, apt, and extremely Curtious to your needs, Even in these crazy times. My dentist could not take me and after making contact with them, they did everything in their power to get my into an emergency root canal Whilst not bumping other clients. Fantastic experience: I went to Dentistry on Lawerence for my first dental visit in several years. The staff was incredibly understanding and made for a very comfortable experience. The location is very clean and it feels very professional. They even use TVs above the chairs if you’d like to watch Netflix while you are having your appointment. I’ve had several visits since then for cavities and they have made for a relatively pain free experience, with two different doctors. Definitely recommend their services here!
