Fantastic experience: I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr. Sharkas for my dental implants and I'll tell you, this was the best experience I've ever had at a dental office. So far the process has been painless and quick. I recently went in and told them that I also needed a root canal on the opposite side and he referred me to someone in Guelph right away. I have an appointment there in LESS than a week!! His goal is to help me feel better and I so totally appreciate that. Jill has been excellent as well in telling me what the next steps are and what to expect. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Everyone in their office is friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in years and my teeth were very sensitive and I was in a lot of pain. Country Hills Dentistry treated me so nice, was incredibly gentle because they new my pain, they did everything they could to make sure they were doing the proper treatment or procedures and to make sure I was comfortable!! I missed my appointment and they called me to reschedule and made sure I felt that it was okay! %100 recommend !!! Update : I went again today and they are just as sweet as ever! Connie at the front desk is amazing so accommodating and sweet! Both dentists that worked on my teeth today are awesome! Very quick but gentle and very straightforward! I love that I got in here! They also take O.W benefits, Canadian Dental Care Plan, your work benefits or pay out of pocket!

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office in the K-W area. You start with a smile from the Office Manager, Mary. She knows her stuff and is such a kind, knowledgeable person. My dental assistant today was great. I have very sensitive teeth and she was super careful during the cleaning. The "icing" on the cake is the dentist, Dr Sharkas. He will always go out of his way to help us. He is so gentle and truly cares about his patients. If I could give this dental office and staff a 100 stars, I definitely would!

Dr.Tarek Sarkis always explain the process before starting a job. All of the services are friendly, professional and user friendly.. It's always a good experience. And I would recommend any one who requires dental service should talk to dr Sarkas before making as decision.

Fantastic experience: I have had some tooth issues requiring major surgery and other extensive procedures. Dr. Shark's and his assistant Jill have been so reassuring to me. Turns out I didn't need it, Dr. Sharkus took care of the problem without having to go through an unnecessary treatment. The whole staff is very pleasant. I'm glad I got a second opinion. Fantastic experience: Went in today for a filling on a front tooth, that was broken and I was afraid of losing.. I was so nervous and not a fan of dentists. Dr.Sharkas, sat me down and in no time, restored my self confidence in my smile.. you would have no idea it was broken or a previous root canal!! It was all I wanted for Christmas!!! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Country Hills Dentistry for over 25 years and absolutely love all of the staff and dentists, both old and new. Dr. Sharkas is the main dentist I have my dental work done by currently, and he is so kind, funny, professional and very good at what he does. I always leave the office laughing, smiling, and with zero discomfort or pain from any dental work. Cleanings are done so thoroughly by the dental hygienists (whom I also love chatting to - hi ladies!) and my teeth feel brand new by the end! The lovely ladies at the front desk have watched me grow up at this facility since I was a child, we have shared so many memories over the years and it is a pleasure seeing them. They process our insurance/paperwork so quickly and truly make the experience and process easy. I continue to recommend Country Hills Dentistry to family and friends, as I truly believe they are the BEST!

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience from beginning to end. I required an emergency tooth appointment. As a new patient the girls were very delightful and helpful. Had my tooth extracted a week later and I will continue with my appointments with doctor Sharkas.

Negative experience: There's a lot to digest here: I came in for a cleaning and x-rays on which I was not in the chair until after 9:05am, and was done at 9:50am. They billed my insurance for: 7.5 min polish, 30 min scaling, x-rays, plus an extra 15 min scaling I was unaware of. The hygienist also had her machine malfunction during the cleaning too which took over 5 mins to sort out with another hygienist.... So I believe their timing was off slightly. According to the hygienist the dentist was busy and couldn't see me at the end. I was told by her the office would call if there's any cavities. Three weeks go by no phone call, all of sudden I get a text for a May 15th 4pm appointment. Upon calling I was told it was for a filling, one in which I was not aware of nor booked myself, so I was told I would be called back in regards to these issues. Which I was the following day by the owner. (Spoiler there never was a cavity confirmed by a second opinion) After speaking with the owner the explanation I was given was that the hygienist is a temporary hygienist from an agency to cover for an employee that had left recently to another practice due to her living situation. The owner Derek then explained that this doesn't reflect on the office as a whole as she is not employed by them. He then offered me a free whitening which I ended up declining due to the fact I live in Etobicoke and it is not something I need or want. At the end of everything I feel like the decision to not ask your client if they want a temporary hygienist to clean their teeth was a poor business decision, also the fact that they even hired one instead of rescheduling was as well. It also leaves me concerned as to why the Dentist (owner) himself did not make a point in giving me an exam and making sure the temporary employee met their standards - which I never really got a direct answer for as it's his direct responsibility. Update: I went to another dentist to have a proper diagnosis. A place in Oakville... Guess what? No cavities! These guys were prepared to drill into my mouth without even physically checking my teeth by a doctor. The worst part is they keep calling me begging me to update my review... They are lucky I don't report the for suspected insurance fraud. Update 2 July 20th: I received an email today from these clowns saying that i received the payment for the claim they submitted to my insurance and that I owe them for the entirety of the cleaning. I can assure you i have not and I have the records showing the claim was paid... To them... These guys are something else. 1.) Billed insurance for services I did not get. 2.) Did not see an actual dentist. 3.) Booked an appointment for a cavity I was not told about. 4.) Went to another dentist for x-ray reviews and an exam and was told there are no cavities. 5.) Told the claim was not paid and I received payment when I have the records showing the exact opposite. If you want a nightmare for a simple cleaning use this dentistry... I am considering legal action at this point as I have phone recordings of their claims of cavities and have pulled my health records from new dentisry claiming the exact opposite.
