Fantastic experience: After a not so great experience with our other dentist my daugther was terrified to come back, so she asked to switch. We came to magnolia and I can not express how wonderful they were! They were so kind and patience that my daughter now looks forward to going!

Negative experience: Basic dental care, nothing special or different than other Dentist practices. I was really disappointed at how they lacked confidentiality in patient treatment. If you value your privacy, I suggest you go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I was very interested in going for the new patient promo and sent all my info into them. At first texting and going well but then quoted me 850$ for new patient exam, cleaning and xrays! I have dual insurance so not big issue (even though this was approx 200$ more than other dental offices). They sent in estimate to insurance and then told be would be approx. 350$ out of pocket...this seemed odd so asked them on numerous occasions if this was sent to both insurances...to which I received no response . Feeling frustrated I canceled my appt and received a rather rude response saying they had quoted me, so unsure what issue was. Finally I guess someone actually read my messages and apologized it was not put to both insurances. As a first impression...Red Flags!! I will never be going to this clinic, customer service...zero! Edit... After the reply to my review I have proved my point even more...talking of courtesy vs obligation!? I was asked for all my information and for all you readers....I sent them both insurances..proof is in the txt messages..where I even sent pics of my cards!! The point wasn't even that...it was how rude they were in response when I asked if quote covered both insurances and no response to that, besides we already sent you that info!? Plus they only tried contacting me after this review to offer me a free toothbrush or spa service at the dental office!??.lol....trust me...something is off with this place! Once didn't respond they tried calling me, so I informed them I would not take any of their bribes. Lol... they are honestly..just bad vibes...my advice is stay clear of this place!
