Fantastic experience: This is a terrific clinic both, the dentists are friendly and take their time to inform you of everything. Staff are friendly and efficient as well, and Kelly is a my go to hygienist she’s great!

Fantastic experience: The care I have received at Ironwood Dental over many years has been great. They don't just care about my teeth, but all the health issues related to dental health and quality of life.

Negative experience: Unfortunately this dental office does not respect patient privacy. The cleanings are essentially done in an open space. The dentist discussed my personal information (both related to dental care and about my family) without my consent where 8+ others patients could easily overhear. There are also TVs playing with annoying YouTube videos (and ads!). It was so loud and crowded, I felt sorry for the hygienists. I am a healthcare provider myself. Unfortunately they seem to have abandoned PHIPA (Personal Health Information Protection Act), which they are legally required to observe. Instead they are pushing through as many patients as they can at a time to maximize profits. Disguising their lack of professionalism with friendliness (personal questions). An extremely uncomfortable appt and I will not be back and neither will my family.

For over two decades, he has provided consistent, exceptional care to not just me, but my entire family. He is knowledgeable, gentle, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. At one point, I tried another dentist because of the distance, but I went running back to Dr. Hussain. That experience made me appreciate even more the level of care and compassion at Ironwood Dental. Dr. Hussain is thorough, attentive, and truly cares about his patients. Fantastic experience: I had a upper tooth removed they made it a short visit, I left with no pain and two days later it's healing quite well. The office called to follow up that was a first for an dentist office for me, I will be going back for a cleaning in March.

Negative experience: They’ll charge you $300 for a cleaning and use up all your benefits and still charge you an additional $10 because your benefits didn’t cover a certain thing.

Liza, one of Dr. Hussein's dental assistants as well as Susan, one of his hygienist's were equally as fantastic and also deserve a shout-out! But it doesn't stop there...on my last visit for my cleaning I had the pleasure of getting Emma, another hygienst and she was amazing as well! They all took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I was comfortable throughout both visits. So, if you're looking for a dentist who combines expertise with compassion and care and has a fabulous support team, look no further. Highly, highly recommend! Fantastic experience: Switch to this Dentist within the last year and I have had 3 appointments. I like them, I am treated well. There have been a couple of hiccups with my benefit provider and the staff there have sorted those out without charging me extra. I think I'm gonna stay with them for a while.

Fantastic experience: They are respectful if they know you don't like dentists. They use awesome equipment for exrays. They are pleasant and try to help when they can. Dr. Hussain is the best, and sometimes tells stories about dentistry he does in other nations. Yesterday her did not seem to remember that I'm moving, and was sad that I'm still here. He took it as I don't want to be in this world anymore. And didn't stay for me to explain. First time he wasn't listening. Teeth were cleaned and polished perfectly. Staff is knowledgeable. I give them a 5 star rating for previous appointments. One day off should not change my mind

The dental hygienists are nice and didn't try to upsell me or automatically bill me for unnecessary services like some other places.
