Negative experience: My night guard has been replaced twice in 2 months . Not impressed , I have had other night guards that have last 5 + years and they never broke . I hope this one will last more then 2 weeks . I am happy with the service but there is something wrong with the quality of the product or material. May be it should be reviewed ?

Fantastic experience: I have been a lifelong patient of Sequoia, going back decades before it was even called Sequoia Dental. Sarah, the phenomenal hygienist, is what really keeps me coming back. Going to the dentist isn't always fun but Sarah makes it so. She is lovely, caring and beyond efficient. Even living 90 minutes away - this is still my dentist as long as she's there. I would recommend this spot to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Love Marisa!! I used to be terrified of the dentist, but now not so much. Office is very welcoming, kinda like Cheers where everyone knows your name. Marisa is the best hygentist, very caring and shows concern about her patience’s wellbeing. I can honestly say that going to the dentist is a fun experience. Although I didn’t have to see Dr K this time, he takes the time to make sure I’m ok and that I know what’s happening each step of the way.

Fantastic experience: Suffering from a broken filling and not happy with my former dentist, I reached out to a friend for a recommendation. She suggested Sequioa Dental. I gave them a call and despite me not being a patient of theirs they penciled me in for the next day with Dr. Liu. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I was at work when I bit into a protein bar and chipped my tooth—there was a gaping hole, and I instantly went into panic mode. It was 3:30pm and I knew the office closed at 2pm on Fridays, but in desperation, I called and sent a text to Dr. Khambay. To my surprise, he personally called me back within 10 minutes. He asked a few questions and told me to come in right away. While we weren’t able to save the tooth, I was incredibly grateful that he took me in after hours without hesitation. What truly stood out was the care that continued beyond the visit—he personally called me the next morning to check in, explain what to expect, and told me to text him directly if anything came up. Dr. Khambay is brutally honest and direct, but always professional, kind, and yes has the best sense of humour. Thank you so much for the incredible customer service and for going above and beyond for your patients. Truly appreciated!!!

Fantastic experience: One of my long time, held onto, baby teeth decided to bust apart. Dr. Mann, was able to squeeze me in for a rush appointment, which in itself, was super appreciated, but the work she did, in a word, outstanding. I knew immediately, after her meticulous and creative work to repair what was left of my tooth, would be a success. Dr. Mann, is super professional, very informative and I learned very quickly, very talented and takes pride in her work. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mann.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to sequoia dental for the past few years. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Probably from being a child. It was such an awful experience as a child. But Dr. Mann and the rest of the team was absolutely fantastic. I brought my daughter for her first visit and I couldn’t have been any happier with her and my experience. Sally (I believe that was her name), was so incredibly patient with my daughter. She was so calming and explained everything to my daughter, in a very kid friendly way. I almost consider her a friend :-) The entire staff at the office are welcoming and cheerful, and go out of their way to make sure that your 'dental experience' is as pleasant as it can be.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of this Dental office for over 20 years. Staff have always been pleasant, helpful and caring, making sure you are kept comfortable in trying to create a stressfree experience. Submitting claims with insurance providers is usually very smooth and their reminder service is very helpful and user friendly. My hygienist Sarah is awesome, Dr. Khambay, Jillian and the whole team at Sequoia Dental provide an excellent environment and service I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We've always had great experiences, however I want to acknowledge Angie who takes special care for both my 12 year old (who is so self- conscious with her new braces) and myself. We never feel scolded and she provided clear and consistent instructions. Grateful to have her to take care of my girls and myself!

Fantastic experience: Of all the dentists and hygienists I've ever had, the people at Sequoia are the best: cheerful, accomodating, and gentle! I actually go more often now than I used to and am never worried about discomfort. Dr. Khambay is awesome (you should see my perfectly snug bridge) and I will see Sarah for cleanings until she retires.

Fantastic experience: Looking for a new dentist and made a couple calls. Cathy at Sequoia found me a time slot the very next day!!! I was treated like a "Regular Customer" from the minute I walked in the door. There was no waiting around for someone to come get me and put me in a room so I could wait again. Suzie was very gentle and professional while cleaning my teeth and the dentist guy was great too, he suggested some additional whitening procedures for me to consider but was never ever pushy for an up sell. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I wish I could give 7 stars.

Fantastic experience: I just want to share my real experience about Sequoia dental office. This office is just wonderful. I have recently started to come to Sequoia dental office, this was the best thing I could do for my teeth. My first meeting with Dr.Mann and my dental hygiene Marisa was an amazing experience. I had a complete examination of my teeth and all intra-oral and extra-oral examinations in the head and neck area. which has been my best experience of full examinations so far. My first cleaning was done with my dear Marisa and it was awesome. I love Marisa's professional and friendly behavior . She makes you feel special. I think it’s the thing that we want:))) Also, last week I had my first filling with my sweet dentist,Dr.Mann. I can just say that she is professional, precise and responsible in her work. She makes absolutely comfortable atmosphere in her room for her patients. I also had clenching teeth issues during my sleep, I got my Night guard made by Sequoia office and I really love it and can’t sleep without it anymore . Truly choosing this office was the best thing I could do for myself and my teeth, and I recommend it to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I started coming to Sequoia this year and am so glad I switched over. At my first appt the hygienist did the most thorough exam I have ever had. I needed one filling and thankfully saw Mr Mann who is so sweet, approachable and knowledgeable. The assistant was great also! I was also just fitted for a mouth guard and feel they did everything possible to make it as comfortable of a fit as possible.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Sequoia Dental in Guelph for over 15 years (it was called a different name years ago, with a different dentist). It is an excellent dental practice, efficient, and well run. The office is clean, and each examination room is spotless and private. Equipment is up to date and clean. The dental hygienists are thorough, professional and gentle, as well as friendly. The practice is family friendly. Dr Khambay is jovial, friendly and puts his patients at ease with his sense of humour. Dr Mann is friendly, professional and efficient. Any procedure I have had with either dentist has been well executed in a timely manner, with excellent after care and follow-up. They are affordable, and offer payment options as well. I highly recommend Sequoia Dental.

Fantastic experience: I've had several dentists in the past and this is by far the best. Cleaning is extremely thorough (plus comes with free advice on anything you ask) and Dr. Khambay always does the impossible fillings. Most of the time I'm half-asleep in that chair—feels like a spa for my teeth. Great atmosphere and all the staff is always so welcoming. To be honest, I hate that they're so good, because I moved cities and thought about changing to a closer dentist, but they're worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: Having lived in 11 cities in six countries, where I was served at numerous dental practices, I can say that the most meticulous and results-oriented hygienist I have encountered is Marissa at Sequoia Dental in Guelph. She is so good that in the three years I have been a Sequoia client my teeth (and I must add gums) have shown no sign of requiring any treatment from its dentists Dr Mann and Dr Khambay - save from a quick nod of approval after each cleaning session. Which is quite something - as my teeth (and let's not forget gums) have stayed put for decades! Zahid

Not only did I get an emergency appointment when I had pain in my jaw, but they also offered to pull my wisdom teeth right there, and I was the last appointment of the day! Really appreciated getting the appointment in the first place, the actual procedure was just icing on top.

Fantastic experience: Like a lot of people I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I've gone to Sequoia Dental about five times in the past two years. My most recent visit was yesterday and I must say I have never felt so comfortable at a dentist office in my Life. I was met by the most warm, friendly staff that made me feel so at ease I actually had a good time, LOL. Normally I am very Anxious and white knuckled the entire visit but my Anxiety was little to none. The technician took her time in her work and treated the job a professional and a perfectionist which was Greatly Appreciated! The ladies performing my dental procedure were so friendly and funny. Honestly It made me feel like I was with friends. I cannot Rave enough about the great experience I had at Sequoia Dental. I've always been self conscious of my teeth. Not only did she fix my issue but she took the time to do a little shaping and now I have a pretty teeth which I thought I would never say without spending a fortune. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, I will always come back to Sequoia Dental even after I move 2hrs away. It's worth the drive to To go back to Sequoia!

Fantastic experience: I went to Sequoia Dental yesterday for my cleaning. I had not been to the dentist since pre Covid. Me bad. But my hygienist did an amazing job. It feels great to have my teeth cleaned. Dr. Khambay was his usual friendly, welcoming self.

Fantastic experience: The staff, doctors, everyone here is beyond accommodating, compassionate and kind. My 7 year old daughter loves going there, even after a tooth removal, filling and crown. They all made her extremely comfortable, talked her through all the procedures and made sure she felt in charge the entire visit. I can’t recommend Sequoia enough, they worked with me with my insurance deadline to make sure I was covered and have always looked after my family. I absolutely think they are the best dental office in all of Guelph.

I was in the middle of a horrible experience with a dentist that I had been a long time patient, and was feeling completely deflated. I needed an emergency extraction and was being quoted an unrealistic amount. A friend recommended reaching out to Sequoia, and I am truly thankful that I did! The service provided was exceptional! They took care of my needs quickly, thoroughly and efficiently, all while showing empathy towards my situation. In addition to the procedure being a very small fraction of what was quoted from my previous dentist, they offered a 10% courtesy discount as I was paying out of pocket! The office is very clean and well cared for- a huge requirement for me! I look forward to becoming a regular patient at Sequoia. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!

Had me laughing pretty much the entire appointment and was glad to teach and help me learn about what was going on whenever I asked. The dentist I had was also very nice and professional. Fantastic experience: I went into Sequoia with a family member as a support., and left a customer.. The friendly atmosphere and amazing service they provide made me want to get me and my family set up with them for all my dental work. Shortly there after before we could even have our first appointment., my daughter had a dental emergency. I was blown away with the rapid response and amazing care they provided. My daughter was at ease and I felt like I didn't have to worry. They were amazing. They expedited the process so my daughter was not in pain. They went above and beyond working with my schedule and dealing with my insurance which was all messed up. I'm very very impressed and glad I found them. I will gladly drive past the 10 or more dentists to get to them.

Positive experience: Always have a good experience here but this week I called little bit before 8pm..no one answered...so I left message and no call back 4 days later. Not sure if they don't check messages but that's little bit disappointing that no one returned call. I have been here many times otherwise and always very happy/feel good experience. My 5yo son loves going and all the staff. Plus they have something for him after each visit. Amazing dental office!

They immediately did everything they could to ensure I was comfortable. I've had some issues with things like my night guard because of a sore jaw in the morning and they were both very patient to help me make sure that I was comfortable and happy with it. Dr. Harminder Khambay was so gentle, and quick and they kept checking in with me to see how I was managing things. Your customer care is also on another level and the attention to detail and ensuring they work around your schedule for the appointments. Dr Khambay is vey calm and knowledgeable and just makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the minute you leave. This experience has totally changed how I feel about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a new dentist, you found them. The service you receive in Sequoia is professional, efficient and you get serious value for your money. The staff know exactly what they are doing and clearly explain what is happening at each step. Everyone is friendly and welcoming the moment you step through the doors. I have been seen by Dr. Mann the few times I have visited and have never felt so at ease in a dentists chair as I do now, all because I know I am in good hands. Fantastic experience: Simply the best dental office. Today was our first time meeting Dr.mann for my 2 kids. She was calm, gentle and extremely patient with the kids. My daughter who is only 8 and gets nervous about dental appointments said after her cleaning "I love going to the dentist" Susie and Angela were both also very kind and comforting during the kids hygiene appointments. Rochelle at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating for future appointments with my extremely unflexible and busy schedule. If you have the opportunity to go to this dental office you will be very happy.

Fantastic experience: I've been so happy with all of my visits to Sequoia Dental, it has changed how I feel about going to the dentist. The staff are always so kind and helpful, but also skillful and done an amazing job. I've had the best cleaning here, the most comfortable I've been during a cavity filling, and the receptionists are always diligent with their work as well as friendly. The staff seem to genuinely enjoy the work environment which I think speaks highly of the work they do.

Fantastic experience: I have historically hated going to the dentist but the team at sequoia dental have made the experience very tolerable. Dr. Mann and her team always remember key notes/details of my treatment plan and experience between visits and make sure that my experience is comfortable. I always get a full explanation of what is happening and why and they check in through the procedure and are attentive to my needs. Fantastic experience: I moved to the area in 2019 and did a very quick Google search for a dentist accepting new patients. Sequoia was the first result and I haven't looked back. All of the staff are amazing and friendly, they know everyone by name and I'm always greeted warmly. Dr.Khambay and Jillian were absolutely amazing during my first root canal, they kept the energy in the office so light and full of humour and I am so thankful. I am never nervous going into any appointments as they always explain everything step by step and are so good to routinely check in and make sure you're comfortable! Everytime I'm in for my cleanings, Suzie picks up our conversations exactly where we left off from the previous appointment without hesitation and has a very thorough attention to detail when she's working. She is always so kind and friendly, and patiently answers all my questions. I think most patients of Sequoia can say we actually have fun when we visit, and at least for me - I look forward to my appointments!

Fantastic experience: I have always been a person who loves going to the dentist, however we were seeing another Dentist in town and I was dreading going to every appointment. My husband suggested I change and go to Sequoia Dental. And what a difference it made. ALL STAFF are absolutely kind, welcoming and understanding from the moment you step into the office. The receptionist are sweet and kind, the hygienist are thorough, kind, and Dr. Mann is VERY knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything, and has a wonderful bedside manner. Do not go anywhere else in Guelph this is the dental office for you!

Fantastic experience: Great place. Have been coming here my entire life and for as long as I can remember, I’ve only had good, if not great, experiences. The staff is always nice and welcoming. The hygienists are knowledgeable and super nice. Dr. Khambay is not only a fantastic dentist, but just a great guy - has a great, warming personality, someone who loves his profession and the people who come to see him. I could have switched dentists when I moved out of town, but with the experience I have had, I will continue to come here. Awesome job!
