Fantastic experience: Stephanie was my hygienist for a routine cleaning and she did a great job. She was gentle and thorough. Dr. Tanvi checked my teeth afterward and gave me tips for long term oral health. I feel confident in the care I receive here.

Fantastic experience: I had been putting off going to the dentist for a few years, but after a friend recommended Bisson Dentistry, I’m so grateful I finally made the appointment. From start to finish, the team exceeded all of my expectations and provided truly exceptional care. Angela did my cleaning and was absolutely wonderful—professional, gentle, and incredibly reassuring. She made the entire experience comfortable and helped ease any nerves I had. I also received treatment from Dr. Tanvi and Lori. As someone who strongly dislikes getting fillings, I was especially anxious, but they created such a calm and supportive environment that the whole process felt completely manageable. Their compassion, expertise, and attention to detail made it the best dental care experience I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: My tooth extraction was totally painless! Dr. Tanvi explained everything in advance. She did not rush the procedure and kept me very comfortable. Fantastic experience: Tabitha did my cleaning and she was wonderful. She checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing. Dr. Tanvi focused on long term oral health and answered my questions thoughtfully. Easily one of the best visits to the dentist I’ve had.

Fantastic experience: I had to get a bridge done recently and was feeling anxious about it. Dr. Taggar did an awesome job and the procedure was almost painless. His assistant Evangeline was very friendly, I really enjoyed talking with her. All around a very positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I got a teeth whitening treatment done recently with Dr. Tanvi and his assistant Jasmine. I can see results in just one session and I’m super happy with it. I’ve never felt so confident in my smile. I’ll be back for more treatments again soon!

Positive experience: No direct bill, saw a different dentist each time and would prefer to have just one dentist . Little to no explanation for treatment choices. I feel like everyone is wooed by their spa experience but I just want a good dentist not a hand message Edited just to comment on your reply, I wish you were right but in my experience insurance usually takes 2 week to process and can be as long 4 weeks to get reimbursed. It’s most certainly not done in one day like you mentioned. Also would like to add that my first visit when I actually saw Dr Bisson was fantastic and hope I can see him going forward.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment yesterday and from the moment we arrived, the entire experience was absolutely wonderful. The office is beautiful and we were greeted so warmly, and it immediately set the tone for the visit. Rachel is hands down the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and truly exceptional at what she does. What stood out even more was how amazing she was with my four-year-old, who had to come with me to the appointment. The way everything was explained so calmly and thoughtfully made the experience not only relaxing, but actually fun for both of us. Dr. Lighvan was an incredible dentist. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, reassured me throughout the appointment, and never once made me feel pressured into anything that wasn’t necessary. The way he communicated was thoughtful, respectful, and truly admirable—it made me feel completely at ease and confident in my care. When we were leaving, Shelley was equally fantastic, so kind, patient, and clear when explaining the billing process. And the fact that she even made me a coffee on the way out was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch. To top it all off, I was even offered a complimentary foot massage—at the dentist, no less! As someone who experiences dental anxiety, that level of care and attentiveness meant so much to me. It’s rare to experience this level of warmth, care, and genuine appreciation. This office goes above and beyond, and it truly shows. I can’t recommend Bisson Dentistry enough!

Fantastic experience: The most caring, organized, beautiful dental office I have ever been to! You will not be disappointed with the care you receive here. I have seen many hygienists and dentists at this practice and they have all been lovely. Today I saw Ashish and Dr. Tanvi and they helped me feel very at ease while they repaired a filling that failed from my old dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am a new patient here. I recently switched from a different Guelph dentist - after receiving what I will be nice and call subpar service from them. The staff at Bisson have been friendly and made me feel very welcome. I recently came in for my second visit where I needed 3 cavities filled. Dr. Bisson did that for me on his birthday. Now, I realize this will sound super weird, especially to those of you who have dental anxiety, but let me tell you…it was the most pleasant cavity filling I have ever received! They asked ahead of time if I would like some noise cancelling headphones or sedation. I opted for just the headphones and they got some Netflix queued for me to enjoy whilst receiving these fillings. Now I don’t know if the freezing never set in properly in past fillings I’ve gotten at other dentists, but I could not feel a thing when I went here. And they were super fast, I was surprised and expecting it to take longer than it did. Not trying to lay it on thick, but overall, Bisson Dentistry seems great. They do things with intention, to provide the best service for everyone individually and their specific needs I’ve noticed just from the short experience I’ve had here so far. They also have snacks and refreshments in their waiting room too which is a plus!!! Edited to add: Just went in for my 3rd(?) appointment here today…Tabitha did my cleaning and she is amazing! Very knowledgeable and incredibly friendly! Set me up with a nice picturesque winterscape to look at and some calming music and offered me a spa treatment as well. She also answered my questions about a night guard and helped facilitate setting me up for an appointment. I will be going back to see Tabitha for cleanings for sure! After a long search of trying to find a good dentist in Guelph, I’m happy to say I have found my place!

Fantastic experience: I've been going for 10 years and recently had 2 veneers replaced on my front teeth. I was very nervous but they made everything so easy. Dr. Bisson and staff are all incredible. I've heard it's more expensive, which I actually don't think it is, at least if you compare the quality of service and knowledge, but even if it was, I'd rather pay a bit extra for the knowledge and care I get there. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow! What a great experience today at this office. I was greeted by the receptionist, Anne who was super kind in helping me find the waiting room and offering me a beverage. Shortly after I was introduced to my hygienist, Diana. She showed me around the rest of the office and I even got to meet the dental assistant I’ve heard so much about, Lori! Diana genuinely cared about my comfortability and adapted promptly to any needs I had during my cleaning. I also met Dr Tanvi, who was super friendly and seemed very knowledgeable in her field. Overall a 10/10 would recommend! AND shoutout to Dulce for getting me in earlier than my original scheduled appointment. Looking forward to seeing this team more.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to receptionist Stephanie! She just got my young son in quickly to be seen (who is experiencing tooth pain). She was so so kind, compassionate and helpful when I called. What a lovely human! I will also say that my 4 year old daughter came home in tears today- absolutely devastated to find out she’s not going to the dentist with her brother. She always looks forward to her visit which is so wonderful!

Positive experience: Too many bells and whistles for me personally, I like barebones and straightforward appointments. But if you want a more boutique-feel to your dental visit, or a warm and relaxed environment for your family, I would highly recommend. 100% recommend if you have any anxiety or even annoyance over dental appointments. Professional and pleasant environment, the staff are incredible, and the little touches like coffee, tea and snacks are cozy. Their team provided transparency around the technology and plan recommendations as well.

Fantastic experience: Love Bisson dentistry. The office feels so much nicer than other dentists offices! My hygienist is so great and everyone is so friendly there. AND big bonus, you can get some spa services done while you're getting your cleaning. I've chosen a hand massage the last few times, and it is such a nice bonus. Plus they have massage chairs and TVs you can watch during your cleaning. They definitely do their best to make going to the dentist as pleasant as it can be! Definitely recommend! **Edited to add recent experience** We had a bit of a dental emergency this weekend and I tried texting the emergency number indicated in their after hours voicemail. It was Sunday evening and I did not expect to realistically get a reply!! but within a half hour Dr Bisison had texted me back and indicated that he would send a prescription off to the pharmacy for my son. Super impressed with this level of patient care from Dr. Bisson! Pretty rare these days to get an after hours response from any medical professional! Again highly recommend this practice. :)

Fantastic experience: I am normally very apprehensive to go to the dentist, but Bisson Dentistry definitely changed that for me! They are extremely kind and efficient and make you feel right at home. The office truly has a spa like feeling and the positivity radiates throughout the building. Dental hygienist Jasmine and the wonderful receptionist were so welcoming and comforting. Fantastic experience: On this day, while at the clinic, I found out about a sad family matter. Stephanie and the lady (sorry, forgot her name) who gave me a tour were very sympathetic and understanding. They kindly offer that I can reschedule without charge. I am glad I chose to keep the appointment because Dr. Bisson and the rest of the team, who were with him at that time, were very professional yet compassionate. The receptionists are very friendly. Anne Marie was very patient and went out of her way to direct me to the front door. This made my first time at this clinic very memorable. They didn’t only care about my teeth but they made sure I left the clinic with a comforted heart and smile knowing I’ve been cared for as a person. Thank you for helping me go through the appointment in spite of how I was feeling that day. This really means a lot to me. God bless you!

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been someone who’s terrified of the dentist due to past experiences, but since seeing Diana that fear has completely changed. She is incredibly gentle, careful and truly cares about her patients comfort. Her calming presence and attention made me feel safe and reassured throughout the entire appointment. Shelly and Dr. DaSilva made my visit calm, comfortable and relaxed. Shelly took excellent care off me, even offered me a blanket on this chilly day. Dr. DaSilva was caring and took time to explain the procedure for my crown. And of course the hand massage was amazing. Highly recommend Bisson Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This was simply a lovely experience. Everyone is so nice, and the atmosphere is delightful. Waiting room is bright and cheerful but I wasn’t in it long as things were moving on time which is great. They showed me around the office, and it’s just a great looking place. I don’t have any complaints. I got a cleaning and my teeth got cleaned up, that’s always a nice feeling. I’ll add to this review after a few more sessions, but so far so good!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pedigree made a house visit after I was discharged from St Joseph’s. I was very concerned about my oral health as I was unable to care for my teeth and mouth during a 6 week stay in hospital and rehab. She relieved my concerns and gave me several tips on how to clean my teeth, the proper tools to use and a tip on dealing with Thrush in my mouth. She’s the best and I feel fortunate to have found a dentist who is willing to go above and beyond a normal dentist/patient experience. Bisson Dental Clinic is the best in Guelph.

Fantastic experience: Such a great dental practice ! Highly recommend them if you hate going to the dentist. With a state of the art facility, the latest technology, and a snack bar while you wait for your appointment, you’ll never dread going to the dentist again. When in the dental rooms, you will be greeted with a room filled with options to make your appointment comfortable, from your choice of TV (watch Netflix without the guilt that you could be doing something more productive) a soothing hand or foot massage to help you relax, and a nice warm towel at the end of the session to soothe your jaw muscles ! I cannot speak highly enough. The staff are also all so great and welcoming. You’ll feel right at home, and like a true celebrity. If I could give more than five stars I would !!! I’d travel specifically for the care they put into me as a patient, and every patient that enters their doors. Be prepared to fall in love !!!

Fantastic experience: Never had a wisdom tooth extraction be so quick and painless. Didn't even now the procedure was finished if the Dr. Hadn't said all done. From initial consult to work finished, including an hour to go have breakfast less than two hours I think.

I hadn't been in about a year and a half due to soul crushing fear of the dentist's office (LOL) but was met with warmth and comfort from the second I walked in here. Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the Dentist for awhile, but received a very warm welcome. Little time was spent before I was in a comfortable chair and the procedure had begun. I was able to relax easily during the work. The discussion about future work and scheduling was a breeze. Everyone was very kind and efficient. I declined the hot beverage and snack, as well as the hand or foot massage that were offered, some nice extras that I had forgotten about. I did however accept the moist face towel after the work was complete and a bottle of water to go. These added to what was already quite a pleasant visit.

Fantastic experience: As someone that has a phobia of the dentist, I can honestly say this office is the best! Stephanie is my favourite hygienist. She gave me the warmest hug for my birthday . All the staff have smiles on their faces and are very accommodating. Do yourself a favour and request the hand massage during your appointment. It's heavenly.

The people and environment are very welcoming and not at all like other dental offices that can feel stiff, scary, and overly medical-like. Plus, Rachel is an excellent hygienist whom I trust 100%. She is easy to talk with, very professional and careful, and such a kind person. I saw Dr. Pettigrew today and she is lovely and very efficient. I travel from Milton for my appointments and have no problem doing so because of the amazing care I receive.

Negative experience: Mother went here a month ago for a filling replacement of front tooth that it’s filling fell off, was initially filled 20 years ago by another dentist. She was quoted 400$ for a fix which ended up much shorter than the mirror tooth on the other side and very crooked, after voiced her concern she was told that In order to fix it she would have to pay another 1800$ . I’m not sure exactly how they finished this work with short and crooked tooth expecting a good review. Stuff like this make a trip to Toronto worth it. Just an FYI this mess was fixed by another dentist in Toronto for 400$ with a guarantee so our experience would tell you to avoid. It’s concerning the amount of 5stars reviews here.

Fantastic experience: They emphasize comfort during your appointments with Hand/foot massages, blankets to keep you warm, and Netflix shows of your choice. The team of Dentist are also very talented. I had a filling done with Dr. Bisson and didn’t even realize he had put the needle in for freezing. The procedure was quick and my teeth felt amazing after. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have only great things to say about Bisson Dentistry. I have had some less than ideal dental care up until now. I came in with major anxiety in getting care, and was offered many options to ease my stress. I have never had such a good hygiene cleaning. Ashley was absolutely fantastic. She checked in with me often, kept me informed of what she was doing, and was very kind. She is skilled, professional and thorough. I really liked Dr. Pettigrew, and appreciate that I am scheduled with her ongoing. Payment and scheduling was seamless, and I appreciate the estimates for ongoing dental work (Anne-Marie). The office is very clean, and it is obvious that they put great care into their practice and staff. Many thanks for a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pettigrew is an incredibly skilled, brave, brilliant, compassionate and gentle dentist. I have very complex medical needs and she went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe extraction and her pre and follow up care was amazing as well for my complex needs. I cannot recommend her enough. If it were possible to give more than a 5 star review of Dr. Pettigrew and Bisson Dentistry I would.

Fantastic experience: Going to Bisson doesn't feel like going to the dentist. It's cozy, welcoming and the staff go over the top to make sure you're as comfortable as can be. It's completely unlike any other dentistry I've ever visited, in the best possible way. And they're great with kids.
