Fantastic experience: On January 15th I was scheduled to have the remains of a rear molar extracted and opted to have a light sedation for the procedure. This was the first time I had opted for this type of pain control, and I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I can’t say I remember very much…a good thing, and waking up was no problem. I felt a bit ‘wobbly’ afterwards, and had my husband there to drive me home. All in all, the staff were great and Dr.Sherghin DDS, managed to get the tooth out in one piece! I highly recommend the West Five Dental practice.

Fantastic experience: While I have only visited West Five clinic one or two times, Dr. Hesham Sherghin has given me outstanding professional service every time I have seen him here and at the other clinics he works out of. Due to past traumatic experiences, I have extreme dentist phobia, especially involving metal instruments of any kind (sharp or blunt). Dr. Sherghin acknowledged my fears, and treats me with patience and care with no condescension. He intuitively sees shifts in my anxiety and immediately adjusts whatever he is doing as needed, from verbal explanations to oral examinations, before anything escalates. He has provided me with thoughtful and customized options for treatments (root canal, fillings, descaling - all terrifying for me) that were not traumatic in the least and for the first time in years, I am now planning regular dental visits. If you suffer from dentist anxiety at all, I highly recommend Dr. Sherghin. Empathetic, supportive and professional as well as quality dental work.

I attended here with my family of small children. The staff patiently explain practices and their actions throughout the appointment. I find that communication works well for children. Fantastic experience: I had very good experience when I called for a tooth extraction. I had a infection that gave me a lot of pain for about a week. The night before I couldn't sleep at all and waited for the clinic to open. I was the first person to call the clinic. They took me as a emergency patient. The staff were very nice and the Doctor was very kind and very professional. They took a scan of my tooth and she told me that the tooth can't be saved. It was an easy process and with good bed side manner the Doctor pulled the tooth and saved me from the pain that I lived through for long time. So after this good experience I introduced the clinic to my family and other members.

The dentist was gentle, kind, and very patient, taking the time to explain each step in a way that made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. The procedure was quick and smooth, and thanks to the dentist’s professionalism and care, my daughter was calm throughout. Afterward, we were given clear and helpful instructions for follow-up care. I truly appreciate the level of attention and compassion shown, and I would definitely recommend this dentist to other parents.

You are make to feel welcome the second you walk through the door. Each person from the assistant to the hygienist to the actual dentist was great. Very personable staff... Negative experience: I did post a review previously with a 5 stars rating, but things have changed since then. I have a100% coverage with the insurance company and initially they covered me a 100% as they had promised. But then after a few months as the new calendar year started they charged me for the procedure without letting me know before the procedure. After that they said they will not be covering me a 100% due to the change in charges. I have stopped going to them after that. Will probably change to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: We are a family of 7 and love West 5 Dental. So far, we have been nothing but impressed! All of the staff is friendly and engaging, from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm and clean. We never feel rushed and are included in the explanation and procedures of what is going on with our dental care. We have had cleanings and fillings done and everything was completed efficiently and in a safe environment. My children (and my nervous husband) all attended with ease. I would highly recommend West 5 Dental. Also, the little shops in the buildings surrounding are great local spots to check out! Very inviting!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this dental office for almost 3 years now And I couldn’t recommend it more! The staff are very friendly and patient for those who have any dental anxiety, plus being able to watch TV while getting your teeth worked on Makes the overall experience a lot less boring. When I had issues with my wisdom teeth and had do you get them removed, they even helped me get an appointment at another clinic when I was in too much pain to wait until our other scheduled appointment. This is a lovely office, with lovely people, Definitely one of the best in London.

Fantastic experience: We recently moved our family over to this clinic and were extremely happy with the care provided. The manager Bobby at the front desk fit all of us in right before xmas last minute (as my own on-call schedule makes it difficult to make appointments). The hygienists were amazing with my kids and thorough. The rooms are modern & tv for the kids was a nice touch to keep them occupied. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had the best services today at West Five Family Dental. They were the most helpful and caring dentist I have been to for years. They treated and explained every step they were doing. They made you feel at ease. There was no pain at all when receiving the freezing or extracting the broken tooth. I was amazed. All staff is friendly and caring, even the Dr., the office is very cheerful and bright, operating rooms are bright with a view to the outside. Fantastic experience: Really great service. Helped me feel comfortable right off the bat being a new client of theirs. I was well informed of what type of services were available and was being done for me. They answered all the questions I asked such as pricing for services before I agreed to anything. I like that, and they also helped me file everything needed for my insurance so there was way less hassle / work on my part. I really like that the secretary did it in a way that it was directly dealt with from office to insurance company, rather than me going home and figuring it out myself. It’s nice to know I’m leaving with nothing to worry about. I’d gladly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I have been having Invisalign treatment in this location with Dr. Tawar and I can gladly say that it's been a great experience so far. The greeting staff in the entrance are also always very helpful and friendly and the cleanliness of the location is really great. Fantastic experience: Haven't been to the dentist in literal years, but West 5 Dental took great care of me! They were incredibly kind throughout my cleaning process and took the time to explain what they were doing and what all their measurements meant. Great staff! They also have the best chapstick I've ever used.

Frieda, the hygienist that cleaned my teeth, took her time explaining what she was going to do, and what the ongoing plan was, in order to maintain good oral health. I was concerned about possible pain during the procedure. She suggested a simple hand gesture to signal I was experiencing discomfort. Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental experience I've had. Wow! I had no idea going to the dentist could be like that. I mean, I've had good dentists before, but this is a cut above. They even found an existing issue with my daughter that other dentists had missed! Everything ran like clockwork! The staff were organized and friendly! I had my own tv with netflix on the ceiling to watch. I didn't even need medication for anxiety. I love this place. And to top it all off. My daughter asked when she could come back to the dentist.

Her dental hygiene skills are excellent and it was truly the best cleaning that I’ve ever had. Dr. Z recommended and placed a crown on one of my teeth and I appreciated the on site lab since it only took a couple of hours vs days at other dental offices. It is nice to be able to trust these medical professionals since it is so important to maintain dental health, especially now. I would highly recommend this office for your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a family dentist who was able to bill our insurance directly because we had issues with other dental offices in the past. My husband and I have coverage with the same insurance company as we both work at the same place, we have 100% coverage but when other dental offices were charging us then billing our insurance, they didn't care to see if they submitted a correlation of benefits correctly and I found myself having to deal with a lot of paperwork to get refunded everything we paid. West five family dental has been great with that avoiding this extra headache for me. And we received such a great dental experience for my 2 kids. They absolutely loved going to this place, at the end they get a token to get a prize from a coin machine which made them very happy. The office was so clean and nice. Great environment! We recently had a dental emergency with a fall my daughter had over the weekend and the pediatric emergency doctor who saw her told me the dentist you saw at West five family dental was one of my students and I highly recommend her. Hearing that reassured me we made the right decision to come to this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Both receptionists were efficient and helpful when answering my many questions … they provided an answer for each question asked. The dentist himself was honest and able to explain on a level where my daughter and I could understand. He took the time to make his own assessment on my daughters teeth instead of basing them off the previous dentists report which I was pleased with. We had been to three different dental locations and my five year old shared she was happiest with her visit at West Five! As long as we continue at this dental office, my daughter will be excited to return which is rare for children! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We chose to move our dental care West Five about 6 months ago, after reading many positive reviews online. Well, they were all correct. The admin staff are organized, knowledgeable and kind. The clinical staff are friendly and never rushed. I’ve been very happy with them, as has my daughter. Edit: we’ve been taking my daughter here for several years now- and continue to be very happy with all the staff and dentists!

Fantastic experience: The first time I'd been to the dentist in 2 years after a terrible experience elsewhere. What a difference! Everyone is friendly, professional, and helpful. I brought my 2 kids under 3 and my nervous toddler felt comfortable enough to let the dentist take a look- no problem! They even stepped in and entertained my baby while I got a filling. The big TVs for watching while getting work done are an added bonus. My youngest now gets seen by the staff, and is totally comfortable! They're so great with kids and remember details about our lives - which is so impressive when they only see us every 6 months! Great personal touch!
