Positive experience: The lead dentists here are great. The hygienists have always been phenomenal. But spider lashes at the front desk really brings the business down. I think she has forgotten she works in dental CARE. Quite unpleasant to deal with, and shows no grace towards clients.

The dentist I saw (forget the name) had me in for an initial checkup, which turned into him completely fixing another dentists mess up of a filling that was still causing me tons of pain. He did a root canal and a temporary filling right away to relieve the pain I was having. The hygienist was incredibly kind and I had an amazing experience. Will be coming here from now on.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Alsabbagh is very professional and very skillful at what he does, three of my wisdom teeth were extracted without pain, I was so nervous at first but it turned out going really well and recovery was great which thanks to Dr. Alsabbagh and the whole Alba team’s care. Fantastic experience: I have a had previous dental trauma in the past -- HOWEVER; Alba has eased ALL of my fears, and now going to the dentist is no longer fearful or bring anxiety. Their kind, helpful, and careful care is a vast change from any dental experience I have ever had. My comfort, and care is their number one priority, and it is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: OMG this is the best dental clinic. I got the best experience for my wisdom tooth removal. This is my 3rd dental visit for the removal for my wisdom tooth removal. I had a terrible experience from my last wisdom tooth extraction leaving me with severe pains and PTSD for the past 2 years. But the Dr. Sharif and the staff were amazing. I was soo anxious and scared but they calmed me and walked me through the experience from consultation, surgery and post surgery care . I am writing this less than 24 hours after my extraction so you can imagine. I wish I used them for all my 4 extractions. The space is clean and have modern facilities including a TV you can watch during the surgery.

Fantastic experience: Today was Dr. Darwish’s first day at the clinic, and I was his first patient. He first gave me medication, but when he saw how much pain I was in, he told me to wait and came back after seeing another patient to start the root canal. Now I feel completely fine — before that, I was in so much pain I felt like I was dying. He was a great doctor, just like all the others at this clinic. Doing the treatment the same day was the best thing he could’ve done. I’ve never received care like this anywhere else.

Negative experience: I had a teeth cleaning last year and booked another appointment this month. When I scheduled it, the receptionist assured me—twice—that it would be covered by my insurance. However, after completing the cleaning today, I was suddenly told I had to pay the full amount because I needed to wait a full year between cleanings for coverage. No one informed me of this policy when I booked the appointment. Instead, they confirmed it was covered. This is incredibly dishonest business practice—hiding extra charges and misleading patients about costs. I regret coming back, especially since they have also charged my family unexpected fees for routine cleanings. If you're considering this dental clinic, think twice. Be prepared to pay more than expected.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this place for years now and I feel like apart of their “family”. I’ve gotten my Invisalign there, my son transferred over and got his fast braces and my bf a lot of work also. They are decently priced, won’t do anything that’s not in your best interest, are very knowledgeable, offer payment plans and do direct billing plus they have great office hours. The cherry on top was years before we went to them my bf was having issues with his teeth where another dentist wanted to just pull them, he went to another office and this male dentist told him he was too young and saved his teeth but the next time he went back that dentist was gone - low and behold when I was looking for a place that did direct billing for my Invisalign I found this place and convinced him to go, sure enough he’s now the co owner of alba! They were also very patient with my son who is on the spectrum. I have zero plans on going anywhere else!

I had been enduring excruciating pain for about a week, unable to sleep, and was desperately seeking a dental appointment. Despite calling numerous places, I couldn’t find an available slot on short notice. While searching online, I came across Alba Dental Care and was impressed by their outstanding reviews. I decided to call them and was relieved to get an appointment the very same day. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in good hands. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I especially appreciated the little touches like having a TV on the ceiling, which helped ease my nerves. The dental assistant and doctor were incredibly friendly and professional. They quickly identified the issue—a cavity that required a root canal. As an international student at Fanshawe College, I was grateful that they managed the insurance claims seamlessly. What made the experience even more comforting was how attentive they were during the procedure. They always informed me before I might feel any pain, which helped me stay calm throughout. Thanks to their care, I didn’t experience much discomfort, and my mouth felt normal the very same day. Although the pricing was on the higher side, the quality of care and service made it worth every penny. I wholeheartedly recommend Alba Dental Care to anyone in London or nearby neighborhoods. In fact, my sister traveled all the way from Toronto based on my recommendation, and she had an equally positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try going here thanks to a Google Maps review that was so heartfelt and detailed, it had to mean this clinic was a good place. I’m very happy to have made this decision. Everyone I saw at Alba was stellar, so caring and incredibly patient. I know a lot of people have dental anxiety, but my thing is that I had a traumatizing procedure 16 years ago–it’s not even that I get anxious, I get irrational. From the reception desk to the doctors and assistants, everyone went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and that I understood everything clearly. They will patiently explain the same thing to you 5 times if you need it and explore every option to make you feel safe. I had a root canal done today and as they promised me (and I wouldn’t believe them!), I felt no pain nor discomfort. It’s been about 10 hours and the area is just a little sore, nothing else–I haven’t even taken any painkillers yet. I am definitely coming here for other procedures and now feel a lot calmer about the idea. Finally, because dental work is super expensive and that’s another reason I and many people get anxious: I’d been to another clinic where they offered me fewer treatment options, for much more money. I feel the treatment plan I was given at Alba is reasonably priced, and depending on what I wanted to do, they were also able to offer some flexibility. Definitely recommend coming here before checking anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with Alba Dental for about 3 years now and they have never failed to take care of me every visit. They make sure to explain everything thoroughly and is very transparent with the whole process even if it’s just a basic service/process. I have recommended them to a lot of friends and continuously do.

Fantastic experience: I had my first dental checkup and filling after a while and dr Baalbaki has magic hands! Ive never had an easier and most comfortable dental appt where i didn't feel any discomfort during or after my appt. She is outstanding in her profession. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone especially people who have a-lot of anxiety. She has also worked on my daughter’s teeth and my daughter is very anxious to do anything and dr. Baalbaki she always comforts her and reassures her the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Getting your teeth cleaned is rarely the high point of your day, but Rachel does it pleasantly, quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. She asks the right questions, takes down the right information, and coordinates well with the dentists. My only complaint is that the office insists on staying in London, rather than moving closer to my new address!

Positive experience: I have previously given Alba 5 stars but now I'm updating it. Nothing to do with how amazing dr. Al Sabbagh is. He is the best dentist ever. It's actually the receptionist. I believe her name is Stephanie. She needs a lot of training to be more welcoming and professional. She never smiles when I come in. Also she treats me as if I'm begging something from her. Last time I was there, someone called before her lunch time. She picked up the phone, and had a conversation with the patient. After the call she started complaining about him/her in front off all of us. Seriously? She just makes my visits to Abla unpleasant anymore. Ps: the new receptionist is very welcoming. She always uses my name to welcome me when I visit the clinic, which makes it very warm and kind.

Positive experience: Overall good experience. The direct billing portion was confused as they wanted to charge me almost 200 for an exam I am 100% covered for. Not sure about that confusion. Dr. Abu was excellent and the hygienist was a very nice young lady. Would recommend. So far so good.

Fantastic experience: I was there for my wisdom teeth removal last month, I was very afraid how this will end-up, However doctors and staff here are very skillful and kind. They explained me the procedure clearly and the surgery itself went really well with literally no pain. I have experienced some pain later for 4 days approximately and it started healing really well. So far this is the best place i have been to. Writing this review after 3 weeks, I am completely recovered .

Fantastic experience: What Can I say. I have been going to Alba dental for 5+ years regularly. I LOVE this place. This place should get a dental Michelin star if there was ever such a thing. These are the reasons why they have never failed me in any way 1. Dr. Alsabbagh is fantastic, he is friendly, efficient, honest, clean, very well organized, very polite, and very respectful. I have also been assessed by Dr. Baalbaki for emergent reasons when he could not, and she absolutely fulfilled the exact same excellence criteria. 2. The office is extremely clean. As a doctor, I always pay attention to sterility and how clean / procedural everything is. I have never picked up on anything. I always notice that everything is wiped and carefully covered where it should be. 3. The Admins at the front desk are nice, collegial to each other, friendly with kids, adults, anyone really. They go out of their way to accommodate everyone. they are clearly carefully hired. 4. I always get offered the best service of everything, samples of tooth brushes and tooth paste 5. They always offer for me to bring my night guard so they can clean it for me free of charge when I get my teeth cleaning done. 6. In some instances when my insurance and the office did not agree on financial things, Dr. Alsabaagh absorbed the cost with zero added cost to me simply because it was the insurance company's issue and not mine. I think it is rare for people to be courteous to this extent 7. In an instance or two I have missed appointments through COVID because of my lifestyle/work. They never treated me poorly and were very understanding and helped me to reschedule with their best efforts. 8. They always follow up with my old concerns, even call me sometimes to check in. 9. In one occasion I had a complicated tooth extraction and I had started to feel short of breath and panicked, Dr. Alsabaagh and his assistant did their absolute best to insure my safety and well being and followed an excellent and quick protocol. In retrospect, I felt safe and I know I can trust them in case anything emergent took place. If you are a doctor / resident / fellow, This is the right place for you to invest when you start your work in London, They are extremely acquainted with our coverage plans and will do their best to maximize our benefits for us!
