Fantastic experience: I really liked Dr. Jordan right away. Sometimes you can just tell. Dr. Jordan displayed the confidence and knowledge I want from a dentist. After my last dental experience that I wasnt exactly thrilled with I couldn’t be happen that I have found Dr. Jordan.

Melanie the hygienist and Dr.Jordan is 10/10, they always ensure they fully explain everything thoroughly so you completely understand, they all also make sure you are comfortable and have no discomfort!! Fantastic experience: Northwest dental all do a meticulous job. Cheryl at the front desk is patient, organized, kind & friendly. Dr.Brillon does an exceptional job & helped me get back on track & my teeth are way better. I recently met Dr.Jordan who was very kind to me when I came with an emergency situation & he got me a quick referal to the endodontist to have an emergency route canel. I like how Dr.Jordan didn't make assumptions for the reason of my infection (sometimes dentists/hygenists are quick to lecture or blame patient when they notice someone with serious teeth or gum issues- but there are lots of factors that come into why someone might have problems- diet/nutrition, health history, genetics, mental health, past mistakes/choices, addictions, medication side effects, etc...) I always appreciate when health professionals show compassion/ask questions before lecturing, guilting, or blaming. Sometimes we as patients are already feeling guilty about our part in our dental health (example- someone with depression or PTSD etc.) I was very grateful for Dr.Jordan's genuine care & compassion- while I was experiencing the worst pain in my entire life from a dental absess/infection under my crown. It made a difference & relieved my fear about situation by getting me a quick emergency referal & explaining my options & being so caring & kind. Melonie, Aldona, Cassy, Ursala & Nicole do an amazing job with the cleanings, they are respectful, hardworking, kind & compassionate! Cassy has a keen eye for detail & such a kind heart. Cassy has great sugguestions & she cares a lot (asking about water temperature because she knows I have sensitive teeth). Melonie is absolutely wonderful! I love her calm energy, she is really gentle, great listener & does a really excellent job. I am a regular client of Melonie for cleanings. I look forward to my cleanings with her. I highly recommend checking out Northwest Dental. Their new office is really beautiful, clean & modern! Comfortable waiting area & newer chairs in dental offices make it more comfortable & easier to breathe during procedures.

Fantastic experience: My sister, Carole Valliere, had some teeth removed today by Dr. Brillion. Such an excellent experience. No pain. The only problem she had was he forgot to send her teeth home for the Tooth Fairy! always look forward to my dental appointments. Everyone is so cordial, almost like family. I am always taken on time and everyone is so polite. Thanks I had another positive appointment today with Dr. Klein. Always a pleasure to have him work on my teeth. The atmosphere is very relaxing. My entire family gets all their dental work done here.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Billion is brilliant. That’s not just the statement but the truth and the fact. He’s gentle and caring towards patients and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures. I was told by previous dental office for procedures that would cost me over $8k. I asked all questions about my teeth and Dr. Brillion suggested no further treatment would be required. We are living at a time when professionals are losing their ethical standards for money but Dr. Brillion is different. He respects his profession and conducts each procedure with love and care. He has the ethical standards. P.s. He likes music ☺️

Fantastic experience: If you have dental anxiety, I could not recommend Dr. Brillon enough. I requested he explain what he was doing during my filling and wisdom tooth extraction, and he did exactly that. He explain every step and why he was doing it as he went through the procedure. He checked in on how I was feeling and explained what the expect one step ahead of time. As a result, I felt calm and trusted him. I wish all experts were like him: listened to your concerns and addressed it. I had a terrible experience with my first wisdom tooth extraction at a different clinic so I couldn't thank Dr. Brillon enough for restoring my comfort/confidence in dentists. I will only be coming back here. PS: if you use CDCP, they use the current dental rates, so you have to pay out of pocket for the difference between the dental schedule from 2023 and the current schedule.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been going to Creative Dentistry and now Northwwest Dental since Dr. Klein owned the practice and Dr Brillon and team have taken the service to a new level. Ursula is my hygienist and is not only awesome at her job but has a terrific sense of humour and makes the visit that much more pleasant. Dr Brillon was on personal leave for a checkup and the replacement dentist looked at my bridges and commented "Man, Brandon does really good work." That's what I like to hear when another professional compliments another's work.

Fantastic experience: Creative Dentistry is very friendly environment, I always feel very comfortable knowing I’m getting the best dental care. Even in our current mask situation for now! :)) Today’s appointment went really well , we are always greeted with friendly smiles. I always feel I’m getting the best care with all my latest procedures that I’ve been getting done! The new building is certainly a pleasant atmosphere to walk into , a very relaxed feeling and contemporary vibe!

Negative experience: Dr Brillion has great technical dentistry skills. But likes to tell you what priorities are. Gives not a care as to what you have concerns with and want done. Complete ignorance and lack of patient respect. Reception staff are Complete money mongers. And think that they can just charge your coverage up to the point of no return. Taking zero consideration as to what has ti be done in priority fir the PATIENT !!!! Its our body and mouth. You can suggest. But its yhe paroent that tells you what they want done first. Its there body and money. Not caring, once again. What YOUR concerns are, into mind. Garbage facility disrespectful and belittling of patients. All about money. Not cures or patient concerns. Typical Carney ran dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I don't know of anybody who loves going to the dentist, but the whole Northwest Dental team definitely makes it easier to go! I love their new facilities and their staff who are all so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I have been with them for decades now, starting with Dr. Klein encouraging me to get braces back in the early 80s. I have lost count of how many appointments I have had, especially over the last four years while they have worked diligantly on everything that needed to be done before my insurance runs out, but I can honestly say that each time I have walked away happy and satisfied. So, thank you to a wonderful staff and thank you so much for your help and care!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Creative Dentistry (under various names) since the early 1980s, which should provide a solid indication of how I feel about the staff and the service! I tottered into their office over 30 years after a 12 year absence from a dentist office, explained my terror of dentists, and was welcomed and reassured. Staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable ... including let me play a tape (yes, a tape in those days) of Tanya Tucker, and said nothing when I hummed along with it. Dr. Klein saw me through several procedures and extractions ... or 'yanks' as I refer to it ... with professionalism and good grace. Tracy provided reassurance and hand-holding as required ... which it was, quite often. I have seen staff come and go, but their replacements were always professional, encouraging and kind. Though Doc is now enjoying blessed retirement ... or semi retirement or whatever it is ... I am in the capable and gentle hands of Dr. Han, while the wonderful Ursula provides regular cleaning care. And of course, Tracy is still there, always with a smile and a warm welcome. I have lived in several other cities ... including Invercargill, New Zealand ... and have been in Grand Bend for 18 years, but have never considered switching. Thanks to all staff for the kind, caring and professional treatment, and for keeping me calm ... I know it wasn't always easy!

He takes his time with freezing so it hurts way less and is quick and efficient with his work. He is kind and patient. Even willing to work at a weird angle so I can control my gag reflex better. I don’t gag like I used to. No more anxiety and fear waiting for my dental appointment.

I’ve had x rays, teeth cleaning and an upper mouth guard fitted and all I can say is my teeth have never been better! I recommend this place as their prices are reasonable and you will get professional service with a white smile!

Friendly staff who are happy doing what they do. The new office is really nice, and they maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Go there and get your teeth looked after.

Fantastic experience: I have been attended to by Dr. Klein and his assistant Tracy for 40 years. We have grown up together. There artistry (what I call it) has been amazing. From fillings to rebuilding a couple of teeth, to cleaning, it is the place I would love to recommend. They have been very thoughtful and accomodating to me as in later years I became claustrophobic. Their kindness has been so appreciated.

Fantastic experience: I am quite a nervous dental patient by nature but was quickly put at ease from the moment I stepped into Creative Dentistry and right up until my root canal and filling was complete. Everything went very smoothly with no pain whatsoever. I chose, for the first time, to receive nitrous oxide and what a difference it made. I was so comfortable and was even able to choose what music i wanted to listen during my procedures. Thanks Creative Dentistry Admin Staff and thanks Dr. Brillon and Assistant.

Negative experience: I went in for my appointment two weeks ago and I was told that I wasn’t able to have a cleaning done. I booked my appointment for just a cleaning four months ago because that was the earliest appointment at 6pm that was available and I specified that I only wanted a cleaning but would return in a year and have my X-rays updated then. When I arrived I was told that they can’t do a cleaning unless I agree to have an examination and X-rays. The hygienist told me this information with a big smile on her face and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked to speak to the dentist, Dr Brandon Brillon. I knew she had received this direction from him, of course, so I wasn’t surprised that he repeated the same thing. He said he needed the X-rays due to liability but the dentist I had there (Dr Klein) who retired didn’t insist on X-rays as I have them on file and I have excellent teeth. If he was concerned about my teeth or liability, going through with the cleaning would have been a better way to show he was interested in my teeth and how they fit into the picture of my overall health. He suggested I might be more suited to another office, much to my surprise. Dr Klein used to bring people in to look at my teeth regularly and ask if it was okay, because he had never in his career seen teeth as well-cared for and in such perfect alignment as mine. Clearly this dentist is not for me, as I’m allowed to waive the X-rays so his trying to force me to have them is horrible behaviour and it’s no surprise he’s accepting new patients still because he is not professional and he doesn’t understand his patients or have their best interests at heart. His social skills were atrocious and the office is clearly a disorganized mess as why would they book me an appointment in the first place if X-rays and an exam was mandatory? I suspect he knew I had insurance and wanted the business but I decided to leave the office and 3 days later I had an appointment at a dentist who walks the talk and actually CARES about the patients and not just the wallet and the moolah that a patient brings in. To say I was disappointed and offended by what happened is a huge understatement but in the end I am much happier with my new dentist and I will be telling everyone to NOT use Dr Brillon or Creative Dentistry. Bye bye and good riddance to a horrible office with staff that wasn’t friendly or organized and a dentist who didn’t express any concern about me as a patient or as a person and tried to force me to get an exam and X-rays after booking me for just a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Went move to Ontario I searching for a dentist that could assist my entire family. This place is great! Help my husband with lining up his dental surgery. And finding place for my daughter to get her braces. Miss Tracy at the front desk is exceptional, as well as all the other receptionist are very helpful. The dental hygienists are well trained and friendly. I went in for a fill that needed to repaired. My dentist and his hygienist had me in and out of there and 40 minutes. It was the fastest dental filling I’ve ever ever had friendly and professional. I’d recommend this place to my family and friends.

Fantastic experience: I love Creative Dentistry I have been a patient for forty years. They have taken exemplary care of my teeth. I have had many procedures, crowns an implant, fillings, extractions and just recently some additional improvements to my teeth. I love the Dental Hygienist as well we laugh and joke and she makes a potentially arduous event enjoyable. All staff are both professional and friendly, after all I have known many of them for most of my adult life. I highly recommend this dental office and bonus they are moving to new beautiful offices in 2024. Creative Dentistry the place to go for perfect teeth!

Equally impressive is his assistant (whose name I regretfully can't recall) who demonstrates remarkable attention to detail. Her precision with the suction tool is a relief, especially during complex procedures, making sure I'm at ease throughout. The administrative staff at the clinic deserves a special mention as well. Their friendly and accommodating nature makes scheduling appointments a breeze. They excel in managing logistical aspects, including dealing with insurance, which significantly enhances the overall patient experience.

He was extremly attentive and explained what was goint to happen during each step of my procedure. The staff was always welcoming and friendly . Fantastic experience: As a grad student at UWO, I sincerely find this clinic to be my all time favourite compared to all the other dental clinics I’ve visited throughout the years - in various cities and countries. Fantastic experience: My first and introductory visit was delightful. My attending hygienist Mandy - sorry to admit I didn’t quite get her name as my hearing is that of an 80 year old - was very professional in a way that I dismissed any anxieties I might have initially had.

Fantastic experience: Creative dentistry has such a welcoming environment. The staff there ensure that you are getting top of the line service in teeth cleaning. My dental hygienist, Cassy was such a sweetheart in cleaning both mine and my daughter’s teeth. She talked us through the process and educated us on everything she was doing. Fantastic experience: After years of neglecting my dental health I have finally started to take care of my smile with the help of the lovely team at creative dentistry! They have made going back to the dentist comfortable and a positive experience. As someone who’s generally not a fan of the dentist the team has made me feel very supported and I don’t feel judged at all when I’m there unlike I have at previous clinics!

He explained every process of the procedure so it was easy to understand and I don’t get nervous. I particularly note how dentist treat their assistants and was impressed by how my dentist was patient with dental students and gave them tips so that they are successful. Great experience overall.

Fantastic experience: Creative Dentistry has been my dental office of choice for 15 years. I started going when I was a child and am now 28 years old. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and their attention to detail. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming - I’ve since moved to Vancouver, BC but still come back for my regular checkups with the Creative Dentistry team.

Fantastic experience: Such an excellent friendly staff! Ursula is a great hygienist, my teeth are always squeaky clean when I leave! The dentists are very knowledgeable and take time to explain everything to you. Ample parking, comfortable chairs and tv’s. Not a bad way to spend an hour or two of your afternoon.
