I searched desperately for a dental clinic and luckily came across Village Walk Family Dental. They replied to my online inquiry very quickly and were able to book me the earliest appointment the next morning for a check-up. Fantastic experience: I had a surgery last year to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. My surgery went very smooth and had a smooth recovery. If I had any pain post-surgery, they provided me with an appointment, scheduling me for the very same day! Later on, I recommend this place to my friends and they had a great experience too!

Negative experience: Worst experience of my life. Was charged twice what other dentists charge. The dentist mohammed or whatever his name was rushed me into getting everything done when cdcp would of paid for it in a month I paid cash only to have to go to another dentist that actually cared about more than money to get bone fragments from an extraction removed that cdcp would of paid for in a month to have crowned. I would highly not recommend going to village walk dental to anyone it was like taking a walk through hell. I was also solicited to do this review with the hopes of winning a number of different electronics. To me it showed how desperate they really are for money. Dont go if you care about your mouth.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dental hygienist and orthodontist. Was able to pinpoint pain issues I've been have for years now in a matter of minutes. Got fillings done that barely hurt afterwards and have been feeling amazing ever since! Have a great Financial plan when it comes to braces and work with you in terms of your treatment plan. Have had a few bad dentists and ones who completely disregarded my concern or the fact I was in pain during procedures. Fantastic experience: I had a scheduled procedure today. I arrived slightly late, but no one made me feel uncomfortable because of that; instead, the staff were extremely courteous as usual and got me into the treatment room almost right away. Dr. Sherghin, was very attentive as always and took the time to ask if I had any questions and explained the procedure in detail. the procedure took a bit longer than planned and I was very impressed with Dr. Sherghin's patience and dedication to do what it took to get the job done right. Fantastic experience: Went for consultation today and was impressed with each step...all were friendly and professional. The Doctor was thorough and gave details to my questions and concerns. I felt heard. I have decisions to make and now I feel more confident due to their honest evaluation.

Negative experience: Twice I was told I need to pursue periodontics, as I have thinning gums. I finally agreed and was charged $200 for a consult, where I received an estimate for $7600 to perform a gum transplant on 4 teeth. I was advised 2 of my teeth were rather urgent. I opted for a second consult - which I was given at $0 This Dental Surgeon confirmed there was absolutely no reason for surgery, and nothing wrong with my gums. Very concerned this Dental Office sees patients with insurance and looks for and suggests procedures which are unnecessary.

Any of my questions or concerns are treated with importance and addressed. I'm adding to my review because I've been for another appt. The prior visit wasn't a one-time experience - Village Walk Family Dental has once again earned top stars for friendliness and being very good at what they do. This is my 2nd addition to my original review - I am nearing the end of a multi-visit treatment to install a bridge. Throughout, no un-answered questions and no surprises. Add to that courteous and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: I just want to expressed my gratitude for Dr. Lacombe and his staff! My daughter was seen and received her dental treatment under sedation within a month of our referral. Dr Lacombe and his nurse made this process very comfortable and eased my fears as I was hesitant to have my daughter undergo anesthesia. The clinic is also very child friendly, and my daughter continues to ask to go back for another “treasure” from the treasure box.

Negative experience: My son done his braces here and they done a good job. Every time when they tighten the braces, he get very bad pain and the face all gets swollen. If we call for an emergency appointment, they never give it. We can’t go to any other dentist for this purpose as they didn’t do it. My son had to suffer a lot for 3 days with the pain and swelling. It’s unfair treating a child like this.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Village Walk Family Dental after being encouraged to do so by a family member. My initial consultation pertained to a failed dental implant that had been done elsewhere and why that implant may have failed. Each step in the process was explained to me before it was taken right from the scans which would allow the dentist to have a clearer view of what was going on. Treatment options were then discussed as well as highlighting some other issues that may eventually be a concern. I was then provided with a thorough breakdown of the cost for three implants, a root canal, and a night guard to prevent tooth grinding at night. An appointment was then booked for the next week, and three implants were successfully placed. The dentist explained the process before beginning, checked throughout the process that I was doing fine, and following the procedure again summarized what was done and what the next steps would be. Aftercare was also fully explained to me with the dosing of medication and the reason for each medication that had been prescribed. From beginning to end, every person that I interacted with at Village Walk Family Dental was friendly and professional. I felt comfortable and confident about trusting my dental care to the team and I will most definitely recommend their services to other family members and friends that live in the area.

Negative experience: I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Village Walk Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that patient preferences and comfort were not a priority. Despite making my treatment preferences clear, I felt coerced into accepting a specific option that was neither discussed in depth nor aligned with my needs. The assistant I interacted with was particularly dismissive of my concerns and offered little to no flexibility. The atmosphere felt more transactional than patient-centered, which was disheartening given the importance of trust and communication in dental care. Additionally, the insistence on certain diagnostic procedures, despite my reservations, made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. It appeared as though the convenience of the staff was placed above my comfort and informed consent. While I appreciate their follow-up attempts to address my concerns, the experience has left me wary and unwilling to return. I ultimately sought care elsewhere, where my preferences were respected, and I received the attention and care that every patient deserves. I hope Village Walk Family Dental can review their patient interaction protocols and ensure that future patients do not leave feeling dismissed and pressured as I did.
