I was struggling with severe dental pain and swelling, and I honestly felt like all doors had been closed for me. I was very worried and stressed. From the moment I contacted the clinic, the staff was extremely polite, supportive, and professional. Even before I reached the center, I had spoken to them on the phone, and they had already informed Dr. Patel about my condition. When I arrived, they immediately started working on my situation without any delay. Dr. Patel treated me very kindly and stayed up to date on my condition throughout my visits. He gave me hope and confidence when I was feeling helpless. I visited the clinic 3 to 4 times, and every single time I had a very positive experience. Negative experience: Really rude and unprofessional administrative office. I went to do one of my root canal treatments on a tooth in mid-September. They did it, but after the root canal, the tooth started getting sensation again. So I complained, and I had to go back two more times again and again. They did some cleaning on the surface and told me that if I feel sensation again, they will open the tooth and redo the root canal process. After that, I booked another appointment and went for the reopening. They drilled my tooth and did something, then told me to come back after one week to do the other half of the opening and fill it with a temporary filling. But after just two days, that temporary filling opened, and from the hole I started getting really bad pain. Today, 22nd of December 2025, I went to do the second part, but the receptionist simply said I don’t have an appointment today and that my appointment is on Wednesday morning. From the first day, I clearly said I can’t come on other days, only Monday evening, because of my new job. Now the receptionist is saying I have to come next Monday, otherwise they can’t do anything. I explained that the temporary filling is opened and it’s really painful, but the receptionist said they can’t do anything and told me to come next Monday. Now, with a painful open drilled hole in my tooth, I have to wait another week. I’m not going to judge the doctor’s skills, because I totally understand that sometimes a root canal can have complications due to bacteria or other reasons. But even if there was miscommunication or if I really didn’t have an appointment today, at least the receptionist should have handled this professionally. She could have said something like: due to no appointment today it may take time for the doctor to check, but because of pain and an open drilled hole, the doctor will see you or at least give painkillers. That’s the kind of professional response I expected. Instead, she simply said “can’t do anything, come next week.”
