1 month ago Negative experience: I went there because other google reviews said they were good.... not sure who made those comments but Indian doctor who extracted my teeth made the experience so painful and unnecessary. Her cavalier attitude made me question the professionalism, I've never been in so much pain before, best to avoid.

1 month ago Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience. The receptionists—Ruby, Maricris, and Anne—were all so friendly and made checking in a breeze. They were super helpful and made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Dr. Romy Pabla is amazing! She took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole visit. You can tell she really cares about her patients and knows what she’s doing.

Hygienists are great, teeth feel nice and clean I have my deep cleaning with Elif, she was gentle, and explained everything very clearly and I felt calm and secured, and every single tooth they make sure is clean. I definitely recommend this place. They provide excellent care with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable environment. Takes the time to explain any concerns or questions. I would recommend! 3 months ago Positive experience: I am a new client and I would have love to give 5 stars because this clinic is so nice and clean and people are very accomodating and friendly. It's just that one of the recep, wasn't able to get the name (not one of the Fil ladies). I almost paid for the filling because she overlooked the details and was just insisting that the claim was rejected by the insurance. I asked her why repeatedly and she said she didn't know. I had to call myself and then later she figured out that my husband's name (who's also their patient) was written in my claims. Information was not matching that's why it's being rejected. Also, the doctor wanted to do 3 fillings that day but can only do one because she put a note of rejection. It's a bit waste of time and energy. Overall, I am still happy and satisfied with the all the other staff and sevices. She should just be careful next time because we don't want to pay for something that's supposed to be covered by insurance.

4 months ago Fantastic experience: They've been my dental practice since I moved to Toronto. Dr. Arora has done an incredible job with my teeth. I had a dental accident while playing sports, and he has beautifully restored them and cared for them ever since. In addition, his staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Dianne, Anju, Rubi, and Ann, who are very helpful and responsive when you have questions or concerns. It's a great dental practice with highly skilled and compassionate professionals.

4 months ago Fantastic experience: I am glad to have good experience at Keele & Sheppard. Receptionists are helpful to answer my coverage of CDCP. Ghazal was my hygienist to clean my teeth. She is professional and wasn’t painful and relax during the cleaning. And Dr Arora be patient to explain my situation of my teeth. He polished my pumping teeth with serval times after filling. Make sure I feel good with it. I recommend this dentist clinic if you looking for caring.

Dr. Arora is espicially skilled and precise with his work. With health care professionals, it’s sometimes hard to find good, non-judgmental care—the hygienists, staff, and dentists here give you straightforward and actionable advice for all your dental needs.
