That Dr Kobilov and his employees gave me a wonderful and inviting experience .They treated me respectfully and regained my confidence in dentists. I spent many years battling addiction and because of my deterioration of health. I had considerable damage from grinding and not taking care of my teeth. Dr kobilov and his team were able to rebuild my smile and help me with my confidence.They expedited my service because of my need for relocating. I was reluctant to get any dental work completed because of past experience. This dental office enabled me to have trust and confidence in their care. I would rate my experience at five star. Thank you for treating me with respect and making me feel confident again.

Negative experience: We as a family we thought of joining KMA dentals for our routine checkup, staff were kind and welcoming. The person at the desk was not welcoming upon asking about the insurance policy and price she didn’t tell me or my husband about it. At the end of the appointment charged us a big amount firstly from my husband, there is something called informed consent which was not followed. Secondly when I had my appointment I asked at the desk for insurance coverage she just mentioned you are all good. As I have booked the appointment for cleaning hygienist starting doing xray and when writer mentioned about the coverage they said let me double check with the front desk and even at that time they didn’t informed anything and writer went to the front desk in the middle of the appointment. The person at the desk didn’t inform anything but handed me paper with certain price which I didn’t had any clue off and receptionist keep telling me to call the insurance company to know the coverage. When writer mentioned I don’t want to do the xray she said it’s mandatory to do as it’s my first appointment and commented that I didn’t show up on my appointment as it’s my husband’s appointment when he got sick and had to cancel the appointment at the last minute. What my understanding was when we go for an appointment I would be informed upon arrival what are going to do today and how much will the insurance coverage and how much I have to pay from my pocket but nothing like that happened which was very unacceptable. On the top when I said I will do my xray when I have full coverage as I can’t afford to pay the receptionist mentioned if you don’t do these xrays on your next appointment I will charge you from your old insurance which was really upsetting as it was not a welcoming comment. My whole experience with KMA dental was not good. They do charge very high price as compared to other dental clinics in Kingston

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from my dentist (Dr. Thom) and hygenists! I prefer going on Saturday's as that's when Dr. Thom is present at this location. I have been visiting for more than five years now, after my dentist of 35 years retired ... Always experience wonderful vibes and notice great teamwork. And they're at a new location now, parking right there ... brand new office ... it's really modern (!) and super clean! I'm really happy with KMA Dental and have already recommended to family and ftirnds ... would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at KMA for 7 years and have appreciated the comprehensive care Dr Kobilov and the team have provided me. A family member had a dental emergency several years ago and Dr Kobilov went above and beyond and was responsive and helped find a dental surgeon who could respond quickly and effectively. The clinic has come a long way from the plastic-draped construction zone of an old office (during COVID) to the bright, neat, sophisticated new clinic but the care hasn't changed at all. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I really like this office. It's clean and calm. I had to have a filling done, and was quite worried about the numbing shots. Dr. Tom was really calm and accommodating. Kept checking in on me, and it didn't even hurt that much. The procedure went quite quickly too.

Fantastic experience: The hygienist was very friendly and warm, she told me information to help make my teeth better. She made me feel comfortable and calm, gave me a stress tooth to squeeze on when i asked for it. She was gentle with checking my teeth, and scraping. I was a bit stressed before i went in, and she had me calm within seconds. It was a great experience.

The dentist explained the procedure beforehand and did everything possible to minimize the pain from arthritis in my facial bones.

Negative experience: My first visit at KMA Dental went really well the x-ray appointment was smooth, and the dental hygienist did an amazing job with the cleaning. However, during my filling appointments, I had mixed experiences. The first doctor filled one side of my teeth, but the filling was done too high, which made my bite feel unbalanced. It also left sharp edges and unfortunately caused part of my tooth to break. Since then (about two months later), I’ve been feeling discomfort and pain on that side, and I can’t chew certain foods like meat. I don’t think the area was properly cleaned or adjusted, so I’ll be going somewhere else for a follow-up and x-ray before updating this review. On a positive note, the second doctor who worked on the other side did a great job the fillings were shaped properly, my bite feels normal, and I can eat comfortably on that side. The only thing I noticed after getting home was that one tooth still seems to have a cavity that wasn’t treated. Overall, the staff are kind and professional, but the quality of work really depends on which dentist you see.

Fantastic experience: Hi,I would like to take my time to appreciate KMA staff for their kindness,Yesterday I was having excruciating thooth ache that had affected the right side of the head to my neck and being new in kingston I dint have insurance so this lead me to be rejected by the first dental clinic that I went to.I was crying with pain at the bus station not knowing what do next,that's when I went to Google and I saw KMA Dental Clinic I gave them a call and the lady who picked up my call gave me hope,she gave me an appointment which was 2hrs away and I went to the clinic.I met a very organized team,they examined my tooth.The doctor saw the pain in me and he asked if I was ready for a tooth extraction,of course that was the question I was waiting for,The doctor was so professional in his work,the procedure went well I couldn't believe the tooth was out until they showed me the extracted tooth,I mean i felt 0 pain.Iam happy to recommend a thousand people to KMA Dental Clinic.Im now free from pain getting ready for my 12hrs night shift thanks to KMA.

Positive experience: The dental office was clean and the people were nice but I didn't feel like they were not so proffesional like because before getting fitted for my dentures the lady was mixing the solution for the mold in front of me and boy she made the biggest mess of my face and outfit with the puddy it was so liquid it was dripping down the sides of my mouth and on my clothes they also took a long time finding the size of mouth guard to fit my mouth and in return did not get my mouth molded for dentures and was sent off and was told they will call me for additional appointments...?..Buy then I got a call back to have my bite measure for the molding they molded my dentures. This second visit wad 110% better than my first they took their time making sure it my molds were the best fit for me always asking if i was comfortable and explaining what i need to know and was willing to answer any questions i had i left the K.M.A dental feeling really confidant that I had picked the right dentist...really nice people. So thanx K.M.A DENTAL!

Negative experience: Three people in the Dental Hygienist room only one is the Hygienist. Very impolite in moving the dental chair to my height. It was very very uncomfortable for me in the chair and getting up when she was finished..my mobility is very difficult. Not going back after this session at 11:00 today

Positive experience: Dr. Kobilov is an excellent dentist. He is very considerate of a patient's pain, he is efficient, and professional. You barely even know you are waiting with the TVs displaying various information, or cute little puppies, and Dr. Kobilov makes sure that you are never waiting long. In addition, the Dental Hygienists are quite pleasant and helpful. One is impressed by the cleanliness of the dental offices and even the waiting room is quite relaxing with a modern fireplace projecting a warm atmosphere. Even the location of KMA dental is great because there is plenty of parking. I know that Dr. Kobilov takes emergency patients, as that is how I first met him and I find that his rates are quite reasonable. I do highly recommend Dr. Kobilov and KMA Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had to get an emergency root canal due to a severe tooth infection, and my experience was the best I've ever had with a dentist before. Dr. Pazliddin Kobilov made me feel extremely comfortable despite my situation, and was very welcoming and kind. I've always felt shamed or pressured by dentists in the past and have always had anxiety visiting one before, but Dr. Kobilov ensured that I felt safe and cared for. Him and the assistant Ishita made a great team and guided me the whole process, keeping me in the loop. Definitely an amazing clinic!! Wish more dental clinics took the same approach as this one.
