Fantastic experience: Now, I know that going to the dentist isn't an hour at the spa. But if you need to visit one, eg: twice a year, Dentistry on Queen is pretty awesome. Everyone is super friendly and as chatty as you need them to be. They've been our family's dentist for 3 years now.

Negative experience: went in for a decayed molar needing a tooth extraction. couple things I didn't appreciate during the app. I'm someone with a lot of dental issues and anxiety over dental procedures. I had asked for nitrous as that helps me settle. before I got the nitrous and without telling me before they did I was asked to open my mouth and they stuck the needle into the corner of my jaw twice. I am used to the dentist atleast saying okay were going to freeze u now. then they put the gas on, for 5 minutes it was just oxygen as routine but didn't tell me when they turned the nitrous on so I wasn't expecting when to feel it and suddenly did. and they kept turning it up without asking me. the procedure started and I was hyperventilating most of the procedure because of the immense pressure and pulling being done. they kept saying I was fine but never explained anything they were doing at anytime so I was left to guess which increased my anxiety. after I left and the freezing wore off I was in a lot of pain and felt a piece of tooth where the hole is. I looked in my mouth and clearly saw on of the roots still there. I could plainly see it so I'm not sure how the dentist with his bright lights didn't. this whole thing was not a pleasant expierence for me at all.

Fantastic experience: Margo the hygienist is totally amazing. For the first time in the last 25 years I do not need freezing to have my teeth cleaned. Highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience from start to finish, had not been able to see a dentist for two years and had a issue I needed cleared up and they were quick, friendly and professional about everything. Sana was amazing at getting back to me fast and getting me in even earlier then expected, Hannah was amazing and proffessional with the cleaning and help figuring my next step and Dr. Omar was great at addressing the issues that needed done first and working with me to be able to get done. As well if you have insurance they are great with working with you with it! Will be recommend anyone to go here for dentist emergency or cleanings. 5/5 ⭐ and will be returning! Update: recently went back to get a cleaning and some cavities fixed and was just as amazing as last time if not more. They work with you and your insurance to make sure you can get everything you need to get done. I continue to recommend this place to everyone as they are the best place place in kingston to get work done. 5/5⭐ Update 2: went back fory annual cleaning, everyone there was amazing as always got in right away. Had Adam do my cleaning this time did an excellent job making sure I was good the entire time, as well keeping the spirits up with his dad jokes. Overall an amazing experience as always and recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. 5/5

My cleaning was absolutely immaculate and Margot educated me on my gums, how they should look and optimal care for them. Best cleaning I’ve ever had. They also suggested that I get a night guard as a result of the thorough exam of my teeth and was transparent around how insurance would be processed. Can’t wait to go back and I’m happy I trusted them with my dental needs!

Dr. Kaur really took her time to explain my cavities and how I should brush and I didn't feel any judgement towards my teeth that I have felt in past offices I've been too. I don't remember his name but the male assistant that was helping the dentist was also very friendly and helped me feel less anxious.

I first went for an emergency last year because they were the first office I called that did direct billing and could get me in right away. They’re very sensitive about cost, non judgemental, and everyone is lovely to deal with, from the front desk staff to the hygienists to the dentists themselves. Update 2 years later: If I could give six stars I would. Totally amazing experience today. I went in for a cleaning and a checkup, and they caught a small increase in size on chip in a front tooth, and squeezed me in to fill it right away. I brought up getting a bite guard, and they took a few extra minutes to do the imaging to order one. The whole team, from the dentists to the hygienists to the front desk team are just lovely people, and so pleasant to deal with.

Negative experience: Pretty awful experience overall. The hygienist and cleanings were good, but the fillings were the worst I've ever had. I was left in the chair for 20 to 30 mins at a time with holes in my mouth and no communication about what was happening, despite what the "owner's" revised reply below claims. Fillings were not properly adjusted, so it felt like I had cardboard in my mouth. I had to go back multiple times to fix the work, which remained rough, bumpy, and uneven even after return trips. They also cancelled appointments last minute and had poor communication when trying to reschedule. There are plenty of dental options in Kingston. Try somewhere else. Edit: Bumped down to 1 star after smarmy response below. I guess I just had bad luck with these folks. 2nd edit: seems they removed their smarmy response ("You should definitely explore the other dental options Good luck.") and have pivoted towards defensiveness. At least it's more "professional"? Any other updates you'd like to add "owner" who was there and gave me the worst fillings I've ever had in my life? I guess now it's not smarmy, just snarky. I'd wager you have AI and robots getting you your 4.9 on Google based on the number of reviewers with a single review

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I called as a new patient looking to get an appointment due to some jaw pain that I felt was coming from my wisdom teeth. They got me in within half an hour of me contacting them for the first time. After an exam and some x-rays they found that all 4 of my wisdom teeth needed to be removed and they offered to do it on the spot, which I accepted. The process was quick and efficient and I left the office an hour after coming in with 4 less teeth. I also hadn’t been to a dentist in about 8 years and admittedly don’t always have the best oral hygiene, despite trying my best. This has always made me nervous to go back to the dentist, expecting some judgement. There was absolutely no judging and the staff were all very understanding and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable and were empathetic to my situation. This is definitely going to be my new regular dentist. Kudos to the entire team at Dentistry on Queen! Every single staff I interacted with were amazing!

Fantastic experience: I went for a new patient exam, xrays and cleaning. It was about 8 years ago since my last dentist vist. It went extremely well for me. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly. The hygienist spent a comfortable amount of time on cleaning, which made me feel like they care and the Dr was honest, patient with my questions and also made me feel like she cares about her patients. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a dentist/hygienist that listens to your concerns, look no further! I had the pleasure of Dr. Manjot Kaur efficiently and painlessly(as pain free as a freezing needle can be) do some fillings. Dr. Kaur and dental assistant Nirosha were excellent at understanding my needs and kept the atmosphere light and fluffy, plenty of laughs! I also had a cleaning done by Margot and I must say, hands down the best cleaning I have ever received. Margot and an assistant(I did not catch his name) were able to address concerns of mine in record time with an extremely gentle touch, normally I would need some form of numbing but not with her! I cannot say enough good things about this place, if you hate the dentist (let’s be honest, it’s not exactly a fun outing) you would be doing yourself a favour by coming here. All the staff I have interacted with from dentist, to hygienist, assistants and the front desk staff were absolutely lovely to deal with. 10/10!

Let's be honest, we're all afraid of needles and injections but if you go here you wouldn't feel a thing because the dentists here are pros. Dr.Omar and Dr.Manjot who attended me are truely the GOAT. No pain all gain. I came here for filings and wisdom teeth extraction and things went smoothly. And it's not only the dentists even the other staff members are really caring and friendly. They have taken excellent care of my teeth I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!
