Fantastic experience: I have been a client at Dentistry for several years and I have found my recent experience consistent with all those before. The administrative affairs ( appointment reminders) are well-handled and the office is welcoming. My hygienist (Diane) is ever-efficient, informative, and attentive to my comfort during her procedures. The dentist (herself in this case) is always personable and very focused on my dental well-being. I am always comfortable heading into the practise. Good people and for me excellent results.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my teeth cleaned here for the longest time. My teeth look great!! My wife and 4yr old son goes here as well. I have nothing but good things to say about them. If you have benefits, they take of all that. They accommodate my schedule and they have a day before reminders, so you never forget. Fantastic experience: Compassionate Dental Team with all of the new tools and instruments to make the experience comfortable. Teeth always feel great after leaving this place. Special Attention to Specific Needs for a multitude of Different Reasons. Highly skilled staff make the dental experience smooth and comfortable for many clients within the City of Kingston. I have already highly recommended this place to people I know and will definitely continue to do so in the future. The only Dentist I know of in Kingston who does a wonderful Free Dental Work Day for its surrounding community. Don’t hesitate for your own dental care today. Your smile is worth the time and effort. All you gotta do is sit there for an hour long visit.

Negative experience: Gotta wonder if those 5-star reviews were written by their employees. I recently went there for a check up and they did practically nothing. No useful information. Total waste of $143!!!!! Fortunately, I found a good place downtown the following week.

Fantastic experience: Your receptionist are always helpful and courteous. Smiles when you walk in ,feel welcome. I have had Diane for my hygienist since I was 26. I have had nobody else. If it would not have been for her kindness, patience and her skills to make me comfortable I know, I would not have come back. So as always thanks Diane after all these years you still make me feel special in a place most people hate to go to. I am know 69 and all the credit goes to the most amazing lady I could have met all those years ago.

Fantastic experience: I know people are afraid when a dentist needed but I can assure that at Dentristy you will have a great experience. Drs. Bains (Mr. & Mrs) are wonderful professionals and they explain what it needs to be done very clearly and are open to questions. It is also very important to mention the roles of the hygienist (favourites are Diane & Sara) they are very kind and make you feel comfortable and when cleaning make sure you don’t have pain. There are also the assistants have everything set up for you and ready to assist the dentist. I have to mention a very important person, Hallie and the administrative personal greeting you with smiles and kindness, excellent customer service. For me they are the best dentists in town!!

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating with timing and seeing me promptly when I expressed I was experienncing pain. Once the problem was assessed they brought me me back quickly for a needed root canal. The treatment was painless and successful.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this dentist for years used to be owned by Dr Smith then he retired 5 years ago or more. The Sandhu brothers and Mr and Mrs Bains are wonderful dentists that took over the practice in recent years. My favourite dental hygienist is Dianne we’ve had a wonderful relationship over the years and she keeps me on track and has my best interests for my oral hygiene. My 4 year old daughter has been also going for 2 years now and loves going to the dentist due to the amazing staff. We always leave having sparkling clean teeth. Keep up the good work team!

Fantastic experience: Thank you, Dr. Bains! I can finally eat and drink without pain! I had two root canals and a filling done yesterday, and today I feel like a million bucks. I was so scared that I had let my mouth go for far too long, but with sedation, he promised I wouldn't feel anything, and he wasn't lying! Besides a small pinch, it was virtually painless and seemed like it was over before I knew it! And it cost a thousand less than was even expected!!! The front desk staff was amazing, and the whole process was very fast and painless (for lack of better words). They were kind and professional, and the office was clean and catered to my needs!
