Fantastic experience: Dentistry @ Riverview I had an excellent experience at Dentistry @ Riverview, 1206 Highway 15, Kingston. Dr. Bains was fantastic in reviewing my tooth and explaining the required treatments. He performed my root canal and fillings with great care and professionalism. Kayla and Hope did my cleaning and were incredibly gentle and thorough. They made the experience comfortable and stress-free. A big shoutout to the assistants who supported Dr. Bains, Hope, and Kayla. Although I can’t recall their names, they were always attentive, helpful, and made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout each visit. And of course, Malana at the front desk is the heart and soul of this practice. Always welcoming and kind, she makes every visit pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic for top-notch dental care and an amazing team!

Fantastic experience: This is an awesome dental clinic, every single person that I've interacted with there have made me feel calm & respected. I have been there 4 times now, and each time I have been nervous and panicky (like many people with dentistry), and each time they have been gentle and supportive and encouraging and patient. As well, the fillings that I've had done there are the first time in my life that I've had no pain during fillings; previous fillings have been painful and took forever to do, but these ones are a breeze. ALSO they direct bill to your insurance, which makes it that much less painful. I live 45 minutes away from the clinic, and I will continue to be their patient as long as they let me!

My kids love the treasure chest and the receptionist is so great at texting me reminders and going above and beyond to accomidate our families busy schedule without any difficulty. This place is convenient and an amazing addition to the east side.

I called Dentistry@Riverview. They had me go in immediately. My tooth is back! I'm greatfull for the care, compassion and professionalism they all showed me!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Dentistry@Riverview for five years. Dr. Bains, my dentist, is EXCELLENT! I am a senior and fell today. I thought I had chipped a tooth (or worse!!!). I was able to get in within an hour and Dr. Bains smoothed off the small chip, looked at my whole mouth to check for any other damage from my fall and I was back home in no time. THANK YOU! They give you a moment if you need one, if you feel any pain they stop, and you are informed on what is being done. As well, appointments are easy to book and reschedule. My partner and I have been going to this dental office for two years and we have not had one remotely bad experience.

ALL the staff were extremely caring and kind, as I was quite nervous about this. Dr. Bain and his assistant took the time to explain everything to me regarding the extraction and after care and the extraction went very well. I am very grateful to the whole team, including the front desk staff who always treat you with compassion, and help in any way they can. I thank you all again for making this experience much less stressful as it could have been.

Negative experience: Been with this dentist for a couple 3 years roughly , am no longer a patient as had 4 of my fillings that he put in fall out a few months later, it doesn’t make sense to continue if they fall out shortly after. Sorry but not happy about it , my other couple of fillings are over 20 plus years old and no issues.

Kayla is the absolute BEST hygienist, Malana and Jackie are super friendly and are amazing at getting us in and out, and both Dr. Bains’ (husband and wife) are fantastic at what they do! Everyone is amazing After an initial chat with Dr.Bains during our first my children brush and floss nightly without being asked. Couldn’t ask for a better spot!

Fantastic experience: So I have a thing ….crippling, crying, heat beating erratically fear of the dentist. You can imagine how well a root canal would go over. Well this place is awesome! Melina and Jackie give you pep talks before you go back into the dentist chair, the dental assistant makes you as comfortable as she can and the dentist is empathetic and does everything he can to make you comfortable….that and a little nitrous oxide and you’re good. The dentist is also so awesome I don’t even have any post pain. 100% recommend to anyone

Fantastic experience: I am Ranjit . I had best experience at this dentistry. Staff was so nice and they treated me very well. I had pain in my tooth bcz of cavities. They gave me appointment after three weeks but I requested them to make it early and they just extract my tooth after 3 days of my checkup. Dr.Bains was so easy on my teeth and she did not let me have too much pain. She was giving me strength while extracting my teeth .

With Riverview it feels like a close knit group of dentists & they make everything quite comfortable. Such a friendly and hands on staff. Last week I had a dental emergency I phoned multiple dentists with one offering me an appt for April 30th. For an emergency! I phoned dentistry @ riverview and they were able to get me in the next day! I found all the staff to be amazing. I have serious dental anxiety and I felt so at ease here. Fantastic experience: My first visit to Riverview Dentistry was great! Receptionist follow up with insurance and pharmacy. Friendly caring service from the hygienist and pain-free treatment for cleaning teeth. The dentist gave me a report on some immediate dental repairs needed and some ideas about long term maintenance. Upon leaving all my direct billing was easy to understand and next apointment set. Very confident I am I good hands.
