Fantastic experience: You made me feel so comfortable it’s been years and I used to have a dynamite smile and then my dentist died and I never went back so thank you for today. I was comfortable and you’re truly warm and kind and you took away all my fears of going back to a dentist. The dentist was so kind.

Fantastic experience: As a medical professional myself i can honestly say they are one of the BEST in Brantford!The dentist is efficient and truly cares for his patients.He does a great job every time! This is why my entire family goes there now. The staff members are friendly. The office as well as all the rooms are always kept clean and they take every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of their patients. Highly reccomended !

Fantastic experience: Last Friday I went to my usual dentist as I was having extreme tooth pain. The dentist there examined my tooth through x rays and visually looking and was unable to determine what was going on. He suggested that I would most likely need a root canal and that there could possibly be a Crack in the tooth which he said he was unable to see. So keep in mind this was on a Friday, he said his schedule was fully booked that day and was not able to help me. He froze my mouth and sent me on my way with only avice to take tylenol and advil. He was not able to see me until the following week. Well I knew that after that freezing wore off that the extreme pain would be there and I'm talking pain all through my bottom jaw up to my ear and to my head. Really bad pain. So after the financial co-ordinater told me the cost for root canal (5,000) or more I decided that I need to go elsewhere to have this tooth looked at that same day as there was no way I was able to live with that pain another day. I decided on Fairview Family dental and boy I'm so glad I did. The minute I walked in I was greeted by two of the nicest receptionists around. I was midway explaining my situation when Dr. Mo came out and asked me what was going on and how could he help. I explained everything and he said he would get me in and take a look in a couple hours as he had some patients he had to take care of in the meantime. So I had the freezing in already so that bided me some time. It was a great idea to wait a couple hours cause the freezing wore off and Dr. Mo was able to determine exactly which tooth was the problem. They got my x-rays sent over and he could not see any infection. So when he examined my mouth he found a Crack on the inner side of my tooth that my usual dentist did not even mention. Dr. Mo took a picture of the tooth and showed me the Crack which was very noticeable. How the dentist at Brantsmiles didn't see it is beyond me. Anyways I wanted the tooth removed as a root canal would work for a short time but eventually be a moot point and tooth would have to come out as Dr. Mo explained. So not only did Dr.Mo explain everything in detail to me he saved me lot's of wasted money that I would of spent. His assistant who was in the room while he removed tooth was an angel as she held my hand while tooth was being extracted. Dr. Mo asked how I was doing throughout procedure and was so wonderful. Sorry for the long review but I want people to know that there are angels among us even in a profession like dentistry and Dr. Mo and his staff certainly are those. It has been a week now since my middle molar was removed and I'm pain free and healed up!!! Thank you Dr. Mo from the bottom of my heart for getting me in at the end of the day on a Friday to relieve me from that pain. If anyone out there is looking for a friendly, honest and wonderful dentist along with terrific staff, look no further! My family and I have found our forever family dentist Dr. Mo. Thank you for caring for a complete stranger and treating me with the utmost dignity and respect!!

Positive experience: This was our first time visiting this office. While the team was friendly and got us in very quickly, I do wish they either placed us in a bigger room with a chair or had chairs available for parents to use while kids are being treated. Otherwise I really have no complaints. Will return again with my kids.

They always answer your call, keep you up to date with appointment reminders or any changes and its easy to reschedule with them as well. Amanda is an amazing hygienist. Fantastic experience: The staff were wonderful and very non judgmental regarding my lack of dental care over the years. My previous dentist was very quick to just say that teeth should be pulled as they can’t be fixed. This dentist said we can work with what you have and save the teeth which was very surprising to me. They have sent away an estimate for insurance so I will know what to expect going forward. I hate visiting the dentist due to many bad experiences but i am hopeful again . Highly recommend Update today was the start of the work needed on my teeth. 4 front teeth needed to be fixed including one that had a chip in the front. Can’t even tell the tooth had been broken and all fillings successfully done today. I am beyond impressed as i am a bad patient and nothing even hurt Great job today

Fantastic experience: I was on a haunt for a dental office that has good customer service, organization, positive and clean atmosphere, and proper work done that wasn’t rushed, This place had just that. i went in to get fillings done, instead i got a check up where i was explained to exactly what was going on in my teeth instead of just being rushed and not being told what’s going on with you. 2nd appointment i got an amazing deep cleaning done by someone who was super nice and friendly. And i finished off with the check up dentist for some fillings and she did an amazing job at it. i would 100% recommend this place over many places in brantford because of their service. Also this was all done in basically the same week!!!

The whole staff from the first phone call to the dentist was incredibly helpful. Got me in quickly treated me with respect understood my issues and even helped me with the cost as I don't have insurance. If u ever need a dentist or are thinking of changing Do Not Hesitate to give this clinic a call, Arsh in reception was so helpful and Dr. MO was beyond kind to me. The Fairview dental team was so kind I didn’t feel any pain they walked me right through it step by step and I had a root canal I was so scared Since all my friends and family say they hurt so much. I didn’t experience any sort of pain again I can’t say enough amazing things about this team my whole Experience Was so great I decided to transfer My children as well from their dentist. I wish more dentist were as kind and caring as much as this office.

My son felt little to no discomfort during the procedure and continued to be pain free after the freezing wore off. Very happy with our experience here! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. We have many more visits ahead but after today we feel far more confident we’ll be taken care of. UPDATE- All the work is completed, 6 visits I believe, amazing staff caring people, very impressed!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough about Fairview Family Dental. I visit this office for all my dental needs and orthodontic care. Dr. Mo is incredible and has a very calming presence, while explaining all procedures thoroughly. He is amazing with my 7 year old as well. Everyone from the hygienist, dental assistants and admin staff are so warm and welcoming. They really make a point to get to know you and your family. Dr. Ayach has also transformed my smile over the past year. I had a very severe case of crowding and cannot believe the difference so far. I would recommend this dental office for all minor and major dental care, families and orthodontic care. They really provide comprehensive services that are a cut above.

Fantastic experience: This all started back in December 2019 when searching for a Dentist. After 4 years of denying and not attending to my teeth I walked into Dr. Mo's office. The staff were friendly and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Today I can happily smile with confidence giving a 5 star review with out hesitation. All the staff are experience and not hesitating to share ideas in maintaining a healthy mouth. I would give them a 10 star if possible but instead highly recommend this office if you are searching for a family practice.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I are fairly new patients to Fairview Family Dental. We started going here in March 2024 because our dentist was just too far away. It has been a wonderful experience so far. My daughter loves Dr. Abbas because he praised her so much on how well she has taken care of her teeth! He also took a huge burden off my shoulders tonight by fixing a tooth that I assumed just needed to be pulled because I couldn't afford the proper fix.
