Fantastic experience: Very professional, great customer service.

Negative experience: Dr. Rick was the best. His replacement on the other hand may not be. I had root canal almost 2 weeks ago, and I felt pain throughout the whole experience. My gums were cut up so badly, I couldn’t stop bleeding at the end. Here it is almost 2 weeks later and the tooth is still sore.

Positive experience: I think I waited less than 2 minutes. The staff are very friendly and professional. The place is clean. Heather cleaned my teeth - she has a fantastic sense of humour and put me at ease right away while also being very honest and explained everything as she went. Entertaining while educating. A dental rock star I think. Really a superior dental experience. It would be a 5 star review except their parking situation is a bit crappy.

Negative experience: The lack of transparency from this clinic is very concerning. They do not have your best interest at heart and are not forthcoming when it comes to your treatment options nor do they provide clarity with what is being charged to you. Always a surprise, and never to your benefit. They knowingly try to manipulate your situation so they benefit, financially. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: In 2023 I missed an appointment and the receptionist called me with the worst attitude I had the stomach flu, so I gave her a piece of my mind. Today I come back for an 8am appointment, and no one was here, sat outside for 20 minutes before someone arrived with a key. I think it’s ridiculous how they can charge you money for missing an appointment but their late and it’s okay lol if your going to come at people with an attitude maybe do your job and open when you are supposed to. Reception here clearly doesn’t know how to do their job

Fantastic experience: The staff are friendly and professional. The dental hygienist was bubbly, experienced and did a great job, and the dentist Dr. Grewal is excellent. All in all, this is a great dental office. Has been for years.

Negative experience: My bill for a cleaning was much higher than previous visits and I was billed for 45 mins of scaling time I didn’t receive. I was also told the X-rays that were taken were “quite blurry” so it wasn’t clear whether or not I had the start of a cavity. I emailed my concerns and never received a reply. Very disappointing given I’m a client who pays out of pocket and have been with the same dentist since childhood.

Fantastic experience: My first experience was amazing! Everyone was super friendly! They were very through and even showed me pictures!! Overall I was super impressed!

Positive experience: I am pleased with the dental work but my appointment was 40 minutes late and no one told me about the lateness. No one had consideration for my time or schedule. Do better

Negative experience: honestly worst dentist my mom and I have been to. We’ve both had bad experiences here. My moms tooth was improperly fixed and then they told her nothing was wrong with it when she was experiencing pain after they “fixed it” until we decided to go to a new dentist and they told her she has nerve damage! The dentist here put TWO pins into my mothers tooth which is an outdated practice and the weight and pressure from these pins probably created the nerve damage our new dentist said. My mom went back to this dentist four times previously after they “fixed it” because she was in pain and they said nothing was wrong and they “couldn’t get back there.” Apparently they couldn’t see the nerve damage! Our new dentist is promptly fixing it and giving her a root canal which is what she needed. Horrible dentistry practice here. The hygienist here also was tugging on my mouth piercings to the point that they were hurting me and this has NEVER happened with any hygienist anywhere else.

Negative experience: I’m so upset it seems Dr. Monika Spolia is more interested in making money than helping people have a beautiful smile. I just had a broken molar “filled” for about 600$ Wednesday ,right after the procedure was done she shows me the x ray and explains it will probably “not hold “because of the location on the surface of the tooth, I may need a cap?what? Why didn’t she tell me before the unnecessary procedure that left me in the same amount of pain as before i spent 600$ ?I needed a root canal! Now I paid for this filling “that may not hold” and now they were trying to book me in for a root canal 3 days after the “ filling that may not hold” sounds to me like a money grab! So frustrated So disappointed! This was the last straw for me after years of this kind of bs at this office I’m done. I am so Sick of businesses taking advantage of people who trust them for a “ professional “ opinion. Be professional do your job.

Great team today thanks …. it sucked but you did it and you did it well :)

He has been my dentist for about 7 years and has done some (too many) fillings and more recently a referral for a root canal. He is helpful, kind and knowledgeable at every visit. I’m sure it was just the needles or gas back in the 80’s tho lol. The hygienist I seen today was great!! very thorough and did amazing job!! I cannot emphasize that enough, If I were to go back I will be asking for her

Fantastic experience: Dr Othman and Lashea are the best team. They have been so overly patient with my daughter and her anxiety about fillings, they never do more than what she can handle and try to make it as easy for her as they can. The compassion they have to there patients radiates and you can tell they both love doing there job. Their always so sweet to both my kids and us adults. They really mesh well making the whole visit a lot easier. I actually enjoy my dental visit now because of the amount of ease they surround you with.
