Fantastic experience: My first appointment and consultation with Portway and I am beyond pleased that I have found a caring and excellent Dentistry the staff and dentist were very professional and caring put me at ease right away and answered all my questions and because of them I am finally going to have a smile I can be proud of .Thank you to Nicole for getting things started very quickly for something I have been waiting a very long time February 26th 2026 Just had my teeth cleaned and left feeling great always a good experience when I have an appointment they take very good care of their patients and I appreciate that so much do glad I found such caring Dentists and staff thank you

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the service I received during my visit today. The appointment was easy to schedule, everything was punctual, and the whole process was very smooth. Flavia, the hygienist who treated me, was very kind and made the experience much easier. She explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She was very gentle and worked with great care, which I really appreciated. I never felt uncomfortable during the cleaning, and she did an excellent job. I truly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrific experience all the way around. Money before performing the work??? Sounds like a pay before pumping your gas… that’s ridiculous! Very poor communication and I will never go back.

Negative experience: I had a very poor experience at this dental office. The appointment was delayed, the staff was not helpful, and the dentist lacked professionalism. I felt rushed and uncomfortable throughout the visit, and the treatment plan was not properly explained. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Lydia , my hygienist , Dr. Babbat, my dentist and the team at the front desk , especially the wonderful Nicole make going to the dentist and learning about good oral hygiene a pleasant experience. Negative experience: NEVER GO THERE!! They are so unprofessional as They cancelled my appointment just before one hour of my treatment by lying that dentist has family emergency. They accepted that They were lying as They are not skilled dentist to do a root canal.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always accommodating and the work speaks for itself. Dental work in general is borderline unaffordable(but that is everywhere). I dont take care of my teeth as well as I should. But im changing that..they have never lectured or made me feel worse than I already did about my teeth. For context...I had a root canal done 5 years ago on my front tooth. I opted out of a crown(im not rich lol) but the root canal has held up. If I was a millionaire. I would just let them have their way with my teeth, with full confidence.

Fantastic experience: A great place to take care of your dental health. Ayesha is excellent with patients and always attentive and caring at the reception. Lydia is a wonderful hygienist who makes your teeth shine effortlessly, and Dr. Babak is kind, professional, and reassuring. My entire family goes here, which speaks to our overall trust in the clinic. There was one instance where a temporary staff member took my X-rays and mixed up the images, which led to an incorrect identification of several cavities. I had this triple-checked, and the clinic later acknowledged it was a mistake by the temporary staff. While that experience was concerning, it was handled by Lydia and Dr Babak well later. Overall, aside from that isolated incident, we’ve had a very positive experience at Portways and would recommend them.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and other staff here are actually so nice and friendly .. I am genuinely petrified of the dentist and have always absolutely hated going for as long as i can remember.. but they have been really been very nice and reassuring. I have not always been the best patient and due to severe anxiety Ive missed a few appointments but they still are so nice to me. I think I might even say that my fear has started to be cured(well, at least improved) because I have actually started to be a little less anxious when I go .

Negative experience: If you want to know about any unknown virus then you should definitely go this place i went there for my TMJ issue and doctor start talking about something strange virus which was not even related to my TMJ issue. Very poor service. You should definitely try other places but not this one unless you want to know about any stupid virus.

Fantastic experience: I'm very happy with Portway Dentistry! I hadn't had a dentist for a few years, and I was getting concerned about a loose tooth... so the Portway flyer came to my mailbox at just the right time :) The dentist assessed my tooth, took some x-rays, and made a plan of action. It was my first time experiencing a dental elevator tool, but I could tell he cared about the process and he expertly removed the tooth in less than two minutes. I expected to have some general pain the next day but there was none, and I am healing up very well with no issues. A few weeks later I had a cleaning done, and I was a bit nervous because it had been a while. Flavie did an amazing job! She took her time and was very calm making sure I wasn't experiencing any gum sensitivity pain. I had a very obvious coffee stained smile and she got my teeth so clean! And by the way, what made me choose Portway initially was their flyer. It had all the professional information I was looking for, as well as being friendly. And as a Canadian it meant something to me to see that they can provide dental care in multiple languages.

Negative experience: If I could give them a 0 stay review I would. Do not waste your money or benefits with them. You never get the same dentist. The dentists are never on the same page when it comes to your teeth. I had one tell me I need a root canal on one visit,then next visit another dentist tells me I need 2 root canals. They both butchered my bite plate so that I couldn't drink any cold drinks for almost a year without a straw. When I went back for them to fix it, they charged my insurance company for their screw up plus even though I was a current client they decided they charged the insurance company a new client fee. You know because I hadn't been there for 3 years so why not. Save your money/benefits, don't go here. They used to be great 5-6 years ago but now they don't care about you, they just care about milking you and your insurance company for all that they can. Your teeth and anxiety will thank you!! Trust me

Fantastic experience: I experience serious anxiety just thinking about a dental visit and I’ve had nitrous for all dental visits, including cleanings for many, many years. I was searching for a new dental office & discovered Portway. After reading the many positive reviews that highlighted the gentleness of the hygienists & calling & speaking with the receptionist, who also reiterated how gentle the procedure would be, I decided to take a chance on cleaning with no nitrous. Flavia was my assigned hygienist & she was absolutely amazing!! Flavia has a very calm manner, she explained each step of the process & was extremely gentle, not only was I relaxed during the procedure, but almost enjoyed it! Thank you Flavia!!
