Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dental office for 8 years now, and highly recommend them. Every visit no matter which dentist or hygienist I see, my experience has been extremely positive. The sign on the window referring to chickens absolutely refers to me, but I'm always made to feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the door.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to these guys at least 13 years and I Havnt had a bad thing to say about them. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The staff up front know me by name and it’s super welcoming. I have bad teeth but they have fixed me up and I’ve had good check ups and no cavities for what feels like the longest stretch of my life. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: New update march 2026. Another awesome experience with the team. Another great cleaning. Highly recommend them. New update. April 2025. Highly recommend dr Sam and the team. They did a great job in the cleaning and 60 min whitening session. Now I got me some bright white choppers thanks again team. Winter 2025. Five star dentist. I wanted to take the time and give a 5 star review for Dr Sam and his team at brantford mall dental. They have well earned my 5 star review for all the dental work they have done over 15 plus years. I wasn’t blessed with great teeth and smile. 30 plus years ago I got into a bar fight and got my 2 front teeth knocked out. I had a temporary denture since the fight and they have upgraded my dentures over the years. (See picture) Recently I was able through benefits and a fair price from Dr Sam to get permanent posts and crowns put in where the 2 teeth were missing. I had to have bone grafting done as my bone and jaw had changed over the 30 years. I had the post put in and two beautiful teeth in place of my worn out denture. Dr Sam and the team did an amazing job. The two teeth looked so awesome that I had the other 2 permanent teeth capped with new crown teeth. I now have 4 brand new amazing teeth and I now smile to show off my Pearly whites. I am so blessed to have an amazing dental team. They have always been there to help. I highly recommend brantford dental. Best dental office in Brant county. 5 star all the way. Spring 2024 review. Dr Sam did a wonderful job of making a difficult situation with my dental needs and made it a peaceful healing process. I decided to do dental implants and dr Sam and the team did an amazing job from start to finish. Of course there was pain involved with the healing but dr Sam was helpful to prescribe pain meds and solutions a few days after the surgery. We often don’t like the dentist but the team at the office was amazing. Highly recommend dr Sam for dental work and surgery. Thanks again.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for years and couldn’t be happier! The entire team is incredible - from the warm and welcoming front desk staff to the knowledgeable hygienists and dentists. Fantastic experience: Just got my bridge done on my bottom teeth. Process started in October 2025 and was completed at end of January. From start to finish the process was amazing. From explaining exactly what was going to happen. To the initial preparation work, and the first temporary. The healing process and final fitting. The staff were awesome and just as excited as me to see the finished result. I could not be happier with the result and would recommend the whole team from reception, hygienist and dental staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve suffered from dentaphobia (intense, irrational fear resulting from traumatic experience) my whole life, and finding Dr. Sam’s practice has been nothing short of life changing. All the staff treated me with patience and compassion — they never rushed me, fully understanding my fears. During treatment Dr. Sam was incredibly gentle, constantly checked in on my comfort, and used calming language that helped me stay grounded. I left my first visit feeling proud of myself and hopeful about future dental care. If you’re terrified of the dentist like I am, this team will help you get the care you need with dignity and kindness — I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: The staff at this dental office are very kind and professional. They're personable, calming, and gentle! They are very good at what they do. They make appointments fun for my young daughter, explaining scans and equipment, and keeping in fun conversation with her. They ease my tension during my appointment by giving me updates and explanations along the way while constantly checking in on my comfort level. The office provides funny animal videos on the overhead television screens which we find to be a cute distraction. From the front door to the procedure chair, I would highly recommend this office!

Positive experience: The only thing my wife and AI both notice and are unhappy about is the polishing. We will probably go somewhere else for that, however, the cleanings are the best I've had anywhere, to date, and I'm 63. I recommend my cleaner fully.

Negative experience: Last Saturday I had a dental appointment , which they switched to this Saturday since the dental hygienist wasn’t feeling well. I had no problems at all that they cancelled on me. Well the last few days I was coming down with a sinus cold and thought I could still make my appointment for this Saturday ……… I cancelled last night since my cold was getting worse. I called the dentist to confirm that they got my cancellation……….the lady that answered the phone was so rude saying that this is the second time I cancelled on them, and I will be charged with a $50 fee the next time I cancel on a Saturday……… I let her know that they cancelled on me last Saturday, because one of their dental hygienist weren’t feeling well. She was still so snotty and rude to me repeating herself and not listening to me. Well, if I’m not feeling well when I have a dentist appointment……. I’ll just still come in ‍♀️. Brantford Mall Dentist is amazing……… but the lady that I spoke to on the phone this morning was not! Maybe already having a bad morning??? Who knows ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I just had my teeth cleaned by Breanna, this is not my first time with her, but every time is the most pleasant experience! I dont like going to the dentist at all, but know it has to be done.. she makes it so much easier, she's thorough but yet gentle!! Highly recommend

Negative experience: My wife had an issue in his month. Went to see doctor and he recommended the issue is caused by his wisdom tooth and had to be pulled. Procedure was completed but problem still exists. My wife went to see a doctor specialized in throat and mouth. He diagnosed to have some test. By saying all this it means her tooth was not the issue but they did the procedure for the money.

Fantastic experience: This place is where its at for kindness & comfort and high-quality Dental care!!! Everyone is friendly and professional. Rebecca is exceptionally gentle & thorough and Dr.Sam is so kind & extremely gentle also. You can feel the positive energy here in this office as soon as you step in. The Brantford Mall dental office is the best place in Brantford for all your dental needs. From the receptionist at the front, the dentist as well as the hygienist are all amazing!!!! A special shout out to Dr. Sam who makes you feel more like family than a client….like I said, in the beginning, I’m not a fan of any dental work But Dr. Sam makes everything so easy. He’s the most amazing, caring, compassionate and understanding dentist and Man. There is never any judgment. They definitely cater to chickens of all sizes (adults and children). Fantastic experience: This is absolutely the best place both in work done and their incredible customer service. I have been going here for 20 years and will never change. We even moved to Delhi four years ago with no questioning or thoughts at all about switching to a place closer. I can honestly say that Dr Marianne Ghanime has literally changed my life. I was very insecure and feeling uncomfortable with my smile and how my teeth were and I couldn’t afford braces or have coverage for them but with her incredible gift and thinking outside the box she helped to create and give me the most beautiful smile ever. Now I can’t stop smiling. In seeing her work after she finished it literally brought me to tears in a very good way. I know some may say oh it’s cosmetic but it was life changing for me and gave me confidence I didn’t have before getting this done. I call her my angel and she truly is. I had a bad experience with an old Dental office so I was always nervous about the dentist and they truly take pride in making people feel comfortable. They explained what my insurance covered and moved me quickly from the waiting room to the Dental hygienist and she was amazing. She was quick with the x-rays, and was quick, gental and thorough with my cleaning and the dentist was very nice and explained things thoroughly as well. Negative experience: Part of the new Canada Dental Plan been without a dentist, practice appeared clean professional. Inquired about services- told they were accepting new patients asked me if I had private insurance informed them of being on theplan. They immediately informed me that due to being on the plan there was 10-20% mark up in services (claiming that my 100% coverage was not 100%) for plan members. Not "there maybe procedures not fully covered or we use different tools that cost a bit more" more of "well it costs us more you being on the plan". Also informed me that payment due on date of treatement- without knowing the cost of treatment and failure to discuss or disclose cost of service (no discussion or price points mentioned) this was designed to ensure that Canada Dental Plan patients need no apply. Spoke with staff at the plan informed me theh will investigate. Also was suggested to contact the Royal College of Denistry which am considering as looking for another dentist.

I recently went and I had the best experience a young lady dentist came in and I thought oh no she will never get my broken tooth out she was talking to me she made me feel so comfortable she gave me needles to freeze my mouth she was working in my mouth she toke a breather I thought she leaned back in her chair and looked at me and said the words I long to hear were DONE I she is my new HERO. Looking forward to my next appointment. Her assistant was even amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have always had excellent experiences here. They are kind, and work with me for my preferences on how I want my treatment to go. The staff are amazing and always make me feel welcome. They were excellent when I needed an emergency appointment before a trip I was taking and made sure to get me fixed up before I left. I have been going there for years after dentist hopping because of the treatment I get there. They have me for as long as they stay open.

Negative experience: Called today to cancel an appointment girl on the phone was extremely rude. No reason for it. Get better people answering phone. Will not be going back here! And definitely not one off happen multiple times, glad the record for quality...
