Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Clarence Street Dental for many years and have always been well taken care of. I do get anxious about dental appointments, but Winnie made my cleaning today so much easier. She was kind, patient, and let me take breaks when I needed. I really appreciate her care and highly recommend her

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Jenna! I had a large canker sore by my lip that I was concerned would cause me pain during my cleaning. Jenna did an expert job of getting everything done and not bothering the sore at all.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Clarence Street Dental. I took my daughter for an Orthodontist consultation everyone was very helpful. Dr. Sander went over everything and explained what and why things needed to be done. Lisa took her time and explained the cost and what was all included in the price. I feel the price is also very fair. The whole experience was excellent.

Jamie, his assistant, was equally lovely and kind. I have severe dental anxiety and they helped me through it by being respectful, quick, and gentle. They talked in quiet tones and it helped me feel safer as well. They are a great team.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience today with the nurses and Dr. Shum. I had a tooth extracted and I got to know the staff a little bit better. I haven’t been in a long time. My experience today was wonderful, The only thing I didn’t like was having to pay out of my pocket first and wait for the insurance company to pay me. other than that, my experience today was good.

Fantastic experience: Clarence Street Dental is very impressive to enter: big, light, open. The receptionist greeted me warmly, answered my questions efficiently and did not, in the least, add to the usual stress I feel in such a context. The X-ray technician was also very patient and accommodating; it seems that my small mouth (who knew??!!) made it difficult to get an useful image and she was able to invite me to another area where the machine could get the necessary picture with no discomfort to me. Dr Ferrao was incredible! I do have a slight phobia for needles and he managed to complete that part of the visit without causing me too much agony. And the actual extraction was completed in a wink and it made the previous hullabaloo to which I exposed them seem almost unnecessary! I could never honestly say that I look forward to my next visit to the dentist's office, but I can say that Clarence Street Dental did make my experience as smooth and gentle as possible.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients here for years, and now we’ve started bringing our son as well. His very first dental appointment was such a positive experience thanks to Dr. Sachania. He was kind, patient, and made him feel completely at ease. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully set up for families. What could have been a nerve-wracking visit turned into something easy and enjoyable. We’re genuinely looking forward to coming back!

Fantastic experience: Always a good experience at CSD. Winnie has been a great hygienist, she works efficiently and quickly, but thoroughly. She is mindful of any potential discomforts through the cleaning, usually asking if this or that feels ok to keep going, and asking if a break is needed. Though usually it’s fine as I think she works with care also. I’d say CSD has been top tier overall!

Fantastic experience: So after a few visits being a new patient at CSD, I have had a tooth removed, night guard made and two cleanings which were all amazing. My most recent visit was with Winnie , she has a very nice personality and is very gentle doing scaling/cleaning, she explains everything she is doing !! Such a great dentist 5 stars all day long !! Thank you.

Dental appointments aren’t always something people look forward to, but Dianne’s calm and friendly approach made it an easy and positive visit. I truly appreciate her attention to detail and her genuine care. Highly recommend asking for Dianne if you have the chance.

Fantastic experience: Heather (the dental hygienist I've been seeing at Clarence Street Dental) not only does an excellent job of keeping my teeth cleaned and ensuring dental health, but she also respects my dental anxiety from previous negative experiences and is careful to involve me in decisions and make sure I know what's happening and why. Additionally, she's a delight and lovely to hat with, as much as one can chat back while their teeth are being cleaned :) I also see Dr. Tudo for check-up needs and anything that's beyond the scope of a regular cleaning, and he is equally gentle and caring. I can tell the team I have at Clarence Street is committed to my dental care and to being personable and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wu and Clearance Street Dental are by far the best dentist and dental office I've ever been to (And I'm 45!) Dr. Wu was very, very, very thorough with his examination. He also, while showing me the photographs and x-rays, explained in complete "Laymen's Terms" what the issues I was facing were, what needed to be done to correct them, how they had to be done, and even in his recommendations of what needed to be done first still asked me what I wanted to proceed with first (I decided to start with his recommendation). All in all, an attentive, professional and great dentist who made me feel comfortable and fully able to understand what was being said to me. What I didn't understand, I asked about and it was answered in a way that I could understand it. Highly Recommended!

Fantastic experience: I’m one of many who has anxiety about coming to the dentist. I had a semi-emergency and the team was able to squeeze me in. Dr. Tudo was absolutely phenomenal. He eased my fears by explaining each move, what it was going to sound and feel like. He patiently stopped to check if I was okay and told me to lift my hand if I felt any discomfort. He was extremely reassuring and kind. With that kind of compassion and care, I know I can come back sooner than later with next to no anxiety.
