Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Conklin Dental! From the moment I walked in the door until the moment I walked out, all of the staff was kind, compassionate and caring! It really seemed like they were willing to go the extra mile to make me comfortable which I really appreciated. I had a great experience with Chanel (I believe that was her name) she was extremely thorough and took the time to answer any questions I had and explain things to me- she was lovely! The dentist was also great, very kind. Marsha took care of me at the end of my appointment and she definitely went above and beyond! I would recommend this place to anyone:)

Negative experience: Hopefully its improved since i was last here (2023) but we left Conklin dental after multiple (3 different family members) fillings fell out within a few weeks to a few months of having them done. They were professional and nice to deal with with a nice clean office, but the work done was poor.

Fantastic experience: Conklin Family Dental is where you want to be. A family friend recommended them and I was initially skeptical after I had shopped around before finally settling for Conklin Family Dental and I was glad I did!!! Everyone was welcoming, kind and swift with appointment bookings, follow-up and procedures were well explained to me as the parent and my child as the patient. I had all the help I needed and more. I resend them over and over and over again; take it from someone who had tried other Dental facilities prior!!

Fantastic experience: Conklin dental has been my go to for some time now, and every time they are so incredibly amazing! All the staff are very kind and I honestly think due to my kids coming here since they were small, is the reason they do not fear the dentist! most recently we were seen as an emergency and Dr. Nicole went above in beyond in so many ways !! I will forever be grateful for this dentist office and their staff. From reception, to assistance, to dentist everyone is so empathetic, kind and zero judgement.

Negative experience: The dentists and dental assistants were excellent professional and skilled throughout my visits. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff (Julie) made me decide to transfer my care elsewhere, even in the middle of an implant procedure. When I called, the receptionist’s demeanor noticeably changed after hearing my name, and I felt dismissed rather than welcomed. There should always be a basic level of courtesy and respect when dealing with clients, especially in a healthcare setting. I truly value good patient care being in the medical field myself, but that starts the moment you walk through the door. My poor experience with the front desk pushed me to cancel future appointments and find a clinic that prioritizes both professionalism and compassion at every level.

Fantastic experience: my first time going to this dentist office, And I couldn’t have been happier to be a patient and receive the amazing and kind care that I did. The hygienist was very polite and attentive with all of your needs during the appointment. The receptionists are lovely and so welcoming to everybody that comes and the office Manager is so kind and is always making you laugh! I can’t wait to come back!

The dentist was thorough and made me feel comfortable thru the procedure. He also explained a lot to me in simple terms. Fantastic experience: Conklin Dental, I personally think it’s the cleanest dentist place I have been in so far. They are very professional, very friendly, helpful, they communicate better with their patients. I have had my teeth clean before and where I went did a terrible job. Conklin dental however clean my teeth and take out things that my old dentist was not able to take out. I was happy with my cleaning and will be using Conklin dental for as long as I live around the area. I sincerely recommend them and I guarantee you they won’t fail or let you down.

Fantastic experience: I had to go in for a root canal. First off, they were very friendly, and set me up watch Netflix while they got into my mouth. I was laughing at the stand up I was watching, and we joked that they should make a video of me laughing while getting a root canal. This is my dentist now. Great place.

Fantastic experience: These guys are great! They call and text to get me in gear to see the dentist. Some thing I’d probably let slip through the cracks if they didn’t. They’re also very accommodating of my special needs, flexible with scheduling and giving me towels to put under my back and neck.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Emily is a highly skilled and experienced dentist. I recently had a filling done by her and I am very pleased with the results. It is a significant improvement over my previous filling, which was done by a different dentist and unfortunately broke after only a few months. I was initially hesitant to seek treatment again, but based on my positive experience with Dr. Emily, I highly recommend this clinic.

The hygienists are so friendly and concerned about us being comfortable and the dentists are always happy to help and do their best work with you. Fantastic experience: We were looking for a new dentist for our daughter (4 years old) when I came across a Facebook ad and decided to give them a try. They were so patient with her and gave her the best care possible. They did her procedures in a timely manner and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process.

Fantastic experience: We just recently moved to Brantford and we were looking for a new dentist in the area. This one was located 5 minutes away, so I decided to contact them. The changeover was easy and they were so helpful with all of my inquiries. It was the first visit for my toddler too and they made it great for her first experience. I had two or three appointments already for myself and I’d say their quality of work is great and they are very personable. They are our new family dentist going forward. I would definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: I've never had to wait for an appointment. I've called in unexpectedly with an emergency as a filling had fallen out, by the next day I was in seeing a dentist, taking good care of me, explaining every part of the procedure and what my options would be. very understanding people, never had to wait long in the office even for the appointment. The longest I've ever waited is 20 minutes, which is great. Being nervous to see a dentist to begin with not having to wait long and think about it helped a lot I'll continue to deal with this dentist because I've been treated fairly and respectably and I Appreciate that

Fantastic experience: My husband and I recently moved to Brantford On, we decided to change dentists and choose the Conklin Family Dental. We found the practice very up to date and modernized with all the updated professional tools needed to perform any dental procedures. We have been twice each to see the dentist, all the staff are very friendly, they explain in detail what is going to happen and we even get to watch Netflix while they are performing our teeth cleaning. The facility is very clean and bright. Thanks for taking care of us. We would highly recommend this Dentist to our family and friends nearby.. Fantastic experience: We had been looking for a dental office that would be accommodating to our three kids and we have found it at Conklin Family Dental. Their team is great, we have been able to book appointments easily for the adults and for the children. It really is a family oriented environment and my children and I enjoy going to the dentist.

They offered a monthly payment plan when we encountered a larger bill than I expected (due to the apparent lack of teeth brushing skills my children had at the time not due to any surprise charges or anything) I would absolutely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in quite some time due to anxiety, so when I developed a nasty wisdom tooth infection, I knew I had to find a dentist. After reading previous reviews and perusing their website, I decided to call. The receptionist was SO kind/understanding and got me in for an emergency appt just two hours later! Upon arrival, I was greeted by two cheery receptionists that immediately made me feel more calm. X-rays determined I have seven wisdom teeth!! Dr. Hazell prescribed antibiotics and advised coming back in one week to remove two of the wisdom teeth. Although I was panicking, Dr. Hazell’s humour and kind demeanour made it an easy choice to come back. On extraction day, everyone from reception to the lovely dental assistant who noticed I had some shakes after getting the local freezing and took the time to explain to me that there was adrenaline in the medication and got me a blanket, to the amazing Dr. Hazell who removed two very stubborn wisdom teeth with no pain and kept me informed of what was happening throughout the procedure. I left feeling 100% confident with my decision to choose this dentist and her team. A few days later I had a couple of concerns with the appearance of the extraction site (as I have previously had zero experience with any dental work.. not even a cavity filled!) I sent a photo via email and Dr. Hazell promptly reviewed it and reassured me that this was the normal healing process. After being afraid of dentist offices for so long, I have found a place where I feel safe, understood, and not judged. I cannot express enough thank yous to Dr. Hazell and her team!

They take the time to get to know your family and never come across as being judgemental. Sidney at the front desk is so lovely and friendly, and Dr Hazel is kind and funny and so thorough.
