Fantastic experience: I get nervous going to a dentist but here it seemed everyone cared very friendly made you feel at ease the cleaning was one of the best I have had in my years of going to dentist.

Ive always been nervous to go to a new dentist because I've been treated poorly and judged by others before but Everybody at Arora is so kind and they dont judge and help in any way they can. They direct bill and work with CDCP. They will text with appointment reminders. Which is super helpful.

Everything is clean, which is very important in the field of treatment and especially dentistry. We liked your place. My daughter said that she really liked this dental clinic. Fantastic experience: My first visit to this office, I met with the hygenist Saga Musa and she was great. Very detailed and very pleasant and then came the coolest dentist I'd ever seen in my 70 years on the planet. Sanya Arora was very pleasant, helpful and informative. I have not had a regular dentist for over 7 years and I'm thrilled to have luckily landed in the chair at Arora Dental on Charing cross. On May 15th I was back in the chair for a filling and again with Dr. Sanya Arora and I cannot say enough good things about this young woman. Best "chair side manner" I've ever experienced and I've been going to dentists for over 50 years. I cannot believe my luck in landing at this dental office. And don't get me started about the head massages...Chef kiss to that.. Today, Feb 19th I went in thinking I knew what the best outcome for my cracked in half tooth could be and I was totally amazed at what Dr. Sanya actually did. Another amazing experience with her and her staff. Super friendly, super experienced that together made me super happy. Over the last 71 years I've had too many different dentists to count and not once was I ever as happy as I've been after a visit to Dr. Sanya...She truly is the BDE (best dentist ever)

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth extracted today by the dentist. He was excellent explained everything before doing it and while doing itThe lady that worked with him was very nice as well. Fantastic experience: My first appointment here today was amazing. Both Dr. Arora and my hygienist Andrea were very knowledgeable along with reception and other team members. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Things are very high tech with the latest equipment and the building Reno’s make it so bright and clean. I loved the under eye mask they put on during your visit. Lots of great advance to maintain my aging teeth. I even received a coupon for an XL pizza. An extra special place for your children’s dental care. My daughter recommended them to me and my grandchildren also go there. Give them a try as you won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience at Arora Dental in Brantford! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so welcoming, the dental hygienist and the dentist were super kind and fun. You know that awkward moment at the dentist when they ask you questions while being elbow-deep in your mouth… and you’re just supposed to mumble “mmmhmm”? Well, here, they’re so nice and interesting that you actually want to answer. Even if you physically can’t. All in all, amazing experience. I’m so glad I transferred to this office. Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience at Arora Dental Clinic in Brantford. At my previous appointment, Dr. Saj carefully reviewed my X-rays, and my hygienist McKenzie did an amazing job, very thorough and gentle. Today, I went in for a tooth extraction, and I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Peter and Dr. Sajal made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Peter has a great sense of humour, which really helped calm my nerves. Both doctors were reassuring, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the reception staff is absolutely amazing! friendly, kind, and very organized. Honestly, the entire team is fantastic. I highly recommend Arora Dental Clinic to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental office.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had — this is echoed by my husband and son (both have never been fans of any dentist). The staff is warm and welcoming, efficient without being rushed, and very, very good at what they do (Dr Arora quickly repaired a tooth that had been “repaired” multiple times by another dentist without success). The TV on the ceiling, blankets, eye masks (seriously!) and complimentary drinks in the waiting area are the icing on the cake. I cannot recommend this dental office enough!

Fantastic experience: Update: I had a root canal today and I just can't say enough good things. I have never ever had such a good experience also completely pain free and NO anxiety. I felt so comfortable. I have no issues coming back and honestly feel excited that I am taking control of my teeth again. I feel so thankful to have found this clinic. *****I just had the best experience I have ever had at a dental clinic. The staff were so so kind. I felt so comfortable and honestly not anxious at all like I usual do. It's weird for me to say this but I am looking forward to my next appointment and I trust I am in the best hands. Fantastic experience: The team at Arora Dental went above and beyond to address my dental emergency over the holidays when I couldn’t get in to see my regular dentist at another clinic. Negative experience: I did not have a dentist and thought this office was close to where I live, so I thought I would sign up as a new patient. Have a visual exam and cleaning. I had called to set up an appointment, filled out all the forms on line, and the day of my appointment I was called, and told that they would not take me, since I did not want to have x-rays. I was requesting a check up ( a cleaning and visual exam). I did not have any concerns or problems, I just wanted a check up and cleaning, and meet the dentist that would be doing my care. I would not have a problem having an x-ray if I was experiencing pain, chips or any other issues. I was told I would be better off seeing a dental hygienist. This is such poor form. Pressuring patients to have a unnecessary x-ray, when they had not even assessed their teeth. They may have some great dentists working there, but the reception is certainly sup par.

Fantastic experience: For very first time I visited Arora Dental for X-rays and cleaning. Due to some personal concerns I was in process of changing my previous dentist whom I was with for more than 20 years. I searched for 5 star ratings and this clinic came up. Second reason was my son also goes to this clinic. My first visit went great. Staff and dentist were super duper friendly. Clinic is equipped with latest equipment. Hope my second visit will be as pleasant as the first one. Today I went for my second visit. Dr Sanya suggested on my last visit to get my front chipped tooth fixed. So I got it fixed today. Now I can smile more.

Fantastic experience: Overall, it was a very good experience going here! I had to have a root canal performed, and it ended up being a walk in the park. From being able to watch something on the TV above, to joking with Ella about the number of x-rays when it was tricky to get the right image.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend this clinic enough. From the moment I walked in, everything was designed to be calm and peaceful. They offered slippers (great for slushy days) and beverages in the waiting room. In the chair, they really go above and beyond for comfort, they let me pick a show on Netflix and provided noise-canceling headphones and sunglasses. The dental work itself was very gentle and careful. I tend to get tense during procedures, and the dentist actually took a moment at the end to massage my forehead and jaw to help me relax. The reception team is friendly and caring, and I really appreciated that there was zero pressure to rebook immediately at the end. They sent helpful reminders beforehand, too. A fantastic experience overall.

From the second I walked in, the front desk greeted me like an old friend, and the hygienist could tell I was nervous – she talked me through everything, checked in constantly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Fantastic experience: If you are looking for dental services I highly recommend Aurora Dental. Upon coming in, with just a phone call, they will set you up with all the paper work over the phone and email you to digitally sign and fill out the rest, as well allow for you to send in any other information/proof of insurance by texting in a picture of your coverage to get the ball rolling: easy peasy. They even suggested to sign up for Canadian Dental Plan for extra support if needed. The staff greeted me with a warm welcoming and even entered my name in for a draw to win $100 gift card!! I was set up with Dr. Roz and his lovely assistant Dianne. They both made me feel safe, comfortable and in charge of my care. They checked in with me frequently and listened to my dental history genuinely. I felt heard, cared for and treated with respect. I especially felt trust and non-judgment coming from all staff. I’ve had difficult experiences in the past with many dentists, but Aurora was most gentle with my care. I highly highly highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Coming to Arora Dental is always an enjoyable experience! This is the first time in over 65 years that I enjoy coming to a dentist's office. We have been with Dr Saj for a few years now and I have never seen such a dedicated man and an extremely progressive thinker. He clearly knows who to hire and how to train his staff. The staff are all wonderful and go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable and happy to be there. From the help yourself to beverages, games for kids, mags for adults and Wifi, he thought of everything. Who has ever watched TV on a ceiling? His summer neighbourhood party and now a prize for singing in, this is THE dentist clinic where you WANT to be. Anyone reading this, this is not a paid commercial! I mean every word. Fantastic experience: First things first, I wish I could give them 10+ stars! I was very anxious for this appointment and they made me feel so calm and relaxed from the minute I stepped foot into the clinic. They offer noise cancelling headphones to tune out the noises, they have complimentary drinks, and cooling eye patches (which feel so nice!) and they have TVs on the ceiling to calm and distract you. But above all of that, the staff is so kind, friendly, and understanding to everyone’s unique situation. I booked an appointment for my 2 yr old to be seen by them, and I think he’ll absolutely love it and have just as great of an experience as I have had.

Fantastic experience: From the waiting room with drinks (water, coffee etc) & exam rooms with TVs, Bluetooth headphones, cozy blankets and under eye masks to the friendliest staff and doctor, they do everything they can make doing to the dentist a good, even relaxing experience. Fantastic experience: I cannot rave about this place enough! It was recommended to me by a family member who takes her kids there. We are out of town but decided to try as it was our last shot before taking my 5 year old for sleep dentistry. Dr. Sanya was AMAZING with him, played and talked to him, and made us all feel so comfortable. She took the time to explain everything to him and show him the tools, made balloons animals for him and catered to his needs. He had lots of anxiety so I didn’t have high hopes, but we finished TWO appointments now and I will never take my children anywhere else as long as they are in business. Literally cannot praise them enough. Such a fun and happy atmosphere, and all of the staff have been excellent.

Fantastic experience: When I call the Arora dental clinic I am amazed with the friendliness and very accommodating approach of the receptionist to me.. even I called them on the spot today to have a tooth extraction of my daughter at the same day and they accommodate me right away. And I’m very satisfied after my daughter 1st milk tooth extraction today. She is just 5years old and she is so excited to have her tooth removed.. and during the whole procedure she is so relax watching tv.. without complain that is painful or whatever thank you so much Arora dental team for this experience especially for Doc Sage and her assistant for being very nice to my children and giving my daughter a good experience after her first tooth removal.. I met with Olivia the hygienist who cleaned and polished my teeth , took xrays, and gave me some under eye masks that felt like I was at a spa! I was nervous but watching the fish above my head swimming around,was so relaxing ! When I met with Dr. Saj he asked me what I didn't like about my smile. That's the first time anyone has asked that. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. Amazing staff. I did not have a good experience in the past at another clinic. Arora Dental was amazing. I absolutely recommend it. Dr. Sanya goes above and beyond and gives you excellent treatment. The office is modern providing a very warm, friendly and comfortable environment, from the waiting room to the exam room. I highly recommend, I only have great things to say! All the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Everything was good but government card was a letdown for dentist I think. They are doing customers a public service honoring government guidelines associated with it but maybe not benefitting financially for the work they must perform.

The dentist and staff were very gentle and patient, explaining everything clearly before starting. Even though I was nervous, they made me feel calm and comfortable. Fantastic experience: After not having benifits in over 3 years, I knew I needed lots of dental work. I have now seen Dr.Saj and Dr.Sanya for an extraction, a cleaning and 2 fillings. Each time I have went everyone from the reception, the dental hygienists and dentists are absolutely wonderful. As many, I've had my fair share of dentists who shame and make you want to avoid scheduling your next appointment. But never here! They never make you feel bad for your dental stuggles. I feel very well taken care of, educated on my dental health and even pampered, with blankets and T.V's to distract. Pampered is never a word I thought would ever be used for a dentist, but they are that great!

Positive experience: I recently had to have crowns on my two front teeth. I am fairly new to the practice so I was a little nervous. Every precaution and attention to detail was taken including attending the lab to ensure the colour was exact. They were able to work around my schedule and fit me in for appointments. Overall very pleased with the result and would recommend the practice. I will certainly continue to go the Arora Dental for all my needs.
