Negative experience: run far away!! Made very clear I was on ODSP no extra money now there asking for 2300k. When we asked to explain they blame my wife when she talks to them they blame me . then when you get frustrated because it makes no sense they can't talk anymore. Now we have collections agency threatening us. And are insurance investigating I had one tooth done that broke a week later I actually asked to pull it and they assured me insurance will cover. I now am maxed for the year and can't even get my other teeth pulled that are in pain if I had known the one tooth would max me out for the year I would have definitely pulled.its very important to understand your insurance before going in because they will take advantage. I called my insurance to find out they have been trying to triple bill them as well for same procedure. I added a picture the tooth marked is what they are asking 2000 for. They offered us a month guard free from healthy smile as well but try billing my insurance as well for it I have reported everything and it will be properly investigated.

Negative experience: The reception staff are wonderful, but this clinic offers some of the worst dental care I've ever recieved. I went to this clinic exclusively for over 4 years, atleast twice a year. I expressed concerns about a tooth, got an x ray, and was disregarded- come to find out from my new dentist that the tooth needed a root canal. How do you miss a cavity that big? My new dentist also expressed that some of the fillings I've had here weren't cleaned out properly, and were continuing to rot beneath the sealants. I would recommend some other place, especially for fillings.

Fantastic experience: Ruhi the dental hygienist, is the best with children at monarch dentistry. She cleaned my son’s teeth very quickly, my son never likes to open his mouth, he cries and vomits . But Ruhi was talking with him like best friend and he didn’t even know what she was doing. Also, Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. Best dental clinic in the Brantford.

Fantastic experience: Everyone very professional. I am glad I chose this dental office, especially for my son. The doctor looked at my son and I and told us what was needed. Gave us enough time to talk. The hygienist Marisol meticulously worked with us both and the front office was pleasant to approach. The text and email communication are useful to send me reminders. Great location too.I recommend.

Negative experience: This was my first visit bringing my 5-year-old here. The dentist informed me that she grinds her teeth, which I understand can be common at her age. However, the way it was communicated and the looks I received made me feel judged and uncomfortable as a parent. A more supportive and understanding approach would have made the experience much better. I’m really disappointed because the staff at the front were so friendly and amazing but the dentist absolutely horrible I will never be back.

The pregnant dentist should not be working with kids totally neglected the fact that my child lifted her hand like she said to if she felt pain and took my child and myself screaming stop in sync with my child 3 times before she stopped and pulled away !!! Negative experience: i went for a w.removal CONSULTATION. literally a 20-30 min talk i was 10 mins early and waited 30 more mins after for my appt. front staff was rude and condescending aswell. lots of staff walking around and people coming out but no one calling me. some guy came in right before i gave up and left and got called in within 10 mins of being in the waiting area. i told the front staff i didnt have time for this and they acted oblivious and said rudely that they should call me soon or i can reschedule. didnt really sound like they cared to reschedule. i just told them no ill just find another dentist. quite unprofessional

This Dentist makes sure your teeth are cleaned and looked after right. Wish I was going here first then I would have gotten the right care.

Negative experience: I just talked to the manager. I am not one to get upset. Ashley made me upset. I called because my filling broke eating a sandwich two days after it was filled. Also, apparently its okay to discuss other patients emergencies over someone with anxiety. i was concerned that I was bleeding from my filling and would need a suture or go to the er. will not be returning. i dont need that added stress. my friend also thought I was in danger. this should not have happened. not to anyone. please don't go there. I highly don't recommend. my friend stopped going there also as he was scared to go.

I came in with intense tooth pain, the coolest, nicest receptionists got me in on the same day which totally saved me.
