However, electronic payments can sometimes take a little longer before being confirmed in our accounting system. In such cases, we kindly ask for a bit of patience so our team has the time to record the payment properly. Once the payment is entered into our system, we promptly proceed with the patient’s reimbursement.

Unfortunately, he could not perform a root canal or extraction on the same day because he does not specialize in that procedure. To ensure you received the best possible care, he referred you to another dentist who handles more complex treatments.

Additionally, the dentist prescribed antibiotics and painkillers to alleviate your pain while you waited to see another dentist. We understand that not being able to resolve your issue immediately was frustrating, but our priority is to provide the highest quality care, even if it means referring patients to another dentist.
