Negative experience: I brought my daughter to this clinic over the summer, and it was unfortunately the worst dental experience we’ve ever had—especially disappointing considering the high cost. The dentist provided very little explanation and applied something to my 5-year-old daughter’s teeth without clearly informing us, claiming it was for “sensitivity,” even though that wasn’t the reason for our visit. The front desk experience was just as frustrating. The receptionist was slow, unwelcoming, and seemed uninterested in helping. There was no greeting, no smile, and the focus appeared to be on upselling rather than providing good service. Overall, I left feeling frustrated, poorly informed, and let down by both the clinical care and the customer service. I cannot recommend this clinic based on our experience.
