I really appreciated how they explained the treatment and answered all my questions. The clinic is modern and super clean. I’m very happy I chose this clinic and will definitely be coming back.

Negative experience: Not sure why this place is very highly rated. Been trying to get a simple teeth cleaning appointment for months now ( ive been a client for 2 years) and the receptionist kept telling me they’re booked fully until a month or 2!! How unprofessional! I called 3 times to try to book and even sent an email waiting for them to call me and they never did. Even last year they called me to take an appointment for teeth cleaning and I had to pay because they did my appointment every 6 months instead of 9 (I’m covered with my insurance) and I let it slide. But this, completely unprofessional and you will lose clients and I’m an example. Closing my file here and I opened one with another clinic. Management do better if you’re overbooked, and let the recipitionist lose the attitude on the phone.

Negative experience: Did dental procedures for my kids aged 5 and 7. They would not allow me to stay in the room with my kids with the pretext that they could communicate their needs on their own. Made me wait in the waiting room for them to finish. I’ve never experienced this or heard of this at any other dental office.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Somera . I've been his patient for few years and I can say I no longer fear seeing a dentist. Dr Somera is the best ,he is very patient and knowledgeable and diligent ! unfortunately he is no longer working at this clinic . He always took the time to explain the procedure and I've always felt secured and I had no fear for the treatment because of his experience. I'm disappointed that Dr Somera had to move and place us with a different dentist. I went few days ago to do the scaling(detartrage) with Rachel ,I highly recommend her. Thank you Rachel and the stuff is always friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Unfortunately not a a good experience at all. Just like a car mechanic that will do work that doesn't need doing, this experience with this clinic was exactly the same. To start with, before anyone looked at my mouth, they took 7 regular x-rays and a panorex. I was amazed as any dentist I've ever been to has NEVER taken x-rays without some reason to do so. The assistant told me this is standard procedure. Of course, there's a cost to taking all those x-rays that they conveniently wrap into the price. Then I was told by the dentist - Dr. Somera - that I had a whole bunch of little cavities that needed to be taken care of, which did not sound right to me at all. Very little was said about them and he walked out before I could really find out more. I was put on a plan that included fixing all those little "cavities" which would have amounted to well over $1000 in costs. I asked for the x-rays to be sent to me (always ask for your x-rays) and took them to another dentist who said there were no little cavities and he disagreed 100% that anything needed doing as far as those "little cavities" went. It might very well be that Dr. Somera does really good work. But I strongly advise you to question whether the work needs to be done at all - get a second opinion. Be very very cautious!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this place it's clean and nice and friendly staff and Dr Julian somera has always been great he takes his time and explains everything he is about to do so you know what to expect and it makes you feel better and less stressed. Hes always done an amazing job and it has never hurt like when I had to pull out my 4 wisdom teeth. He's a great doctor he does an amazing job every time. He helped my mom as well when she had a big problem with a bad tooth ache and needed to have it pulled out... so because of him I always refer him when someone I know is looking for a dentist he's the best of the best in my opinion!! Definitely if you are looking for a good dentist you definitely want him I'm from the south shore and I go all the way there because it's hard to find a good dentist and when you do you don't want to change and go anywhere else!

Knows how to do injections with little to no pain. I am so happy my retired dentist turned over his patients to Dr. Somera and his team about 12 yrs ago. Happy camper patient here.

Positive experience: I have been there twice for cleaning, once for filling cavity. The dentist Dr Ali is nice, and Rachel is the best hygienist I have ever seen. But they assigned me to another girl on my second appointment. She was less patient and rushed the whole cleaning process. Maybe because she was tired at 5pm. But that was less satisfying considering I paid $200 for this. Reception girls were helpful. Good in general.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going here for several years now for teeth cleaning and other treatments. The value is great and the service is excellent. My dental hygienist, Rachel Horth, is very caring professional. She has great knowledge about all dental needs, and provided great care during my first visit with her. I've always been hesitant about going to the dentist, but after my visit with Rachel, I became a regular. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Additionally, the rest of the team is great as well - Marie, Joanie and Dr Julian Somera did a great job in extracting my wisdom teeth. The staff at the clinic provided very thorough answers to my questions regarding payments either personal or through my insurance policies. Overall, Centre Dentaire Bois-De-Boulogne is a highly recommended clinic.

Positive experience: The service was good but ever since they expanded their operations 2 years ago, their service has deteriorated greatly. When you make an appointment, you end up a minimum 30-45 minutes in the waiting room before they come get you (shows bad time management of appointments). No appointments available on Fridays. They told my children had cavities and delayed and cancelled multiple follow up appointment. Strange thing, when they went to see another dentist, it seemed like the cavities disappeared. Overall slow and disappointing service. My wife and children (& soon myself) have moved on.

Fantastic experience: The whole team is super professional. Very up-to-date all the new technologies. Very efficient I didn't wait a long time and I was in and out fast. As pain-free an experiences as is possible. They worked with my budget. Dr Somera was friendly, answered all my questions and since that first visit has worked on my whole family with no complaints, even the young ones. I've also referred many friends and colleagues. And parking is always been easy.
