Fantastic experience: Best dentist experience in 10 years. I have not had many good experiences with dentist and have more often then not, left in pain or unsatisfied. NOT HERE. They respect you, your time and do anything they can to out uou at ease and make you feel safe. I called for an urgent appointment and was booked withing 2 days, when i arrived i was in the dentist chair within 10 minutes. The work took 1 hour and they accept insurance (and will file the claim for you). The doctor was thorough with his explanation and made sure to check in on my multiple times throughout the procedure. He appeared to have a student or apprentice technician with him and was very kind and direct with his instructions for them. I am very pleased and impressed!!

Positive experience: At my first appointment, I had a very positive experience meeting Dr. Konanec. He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I was also helped by a very kind and understanding staff member whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. During this visit, Dr. Konanec referred me to an orthodontist, and the clinic themselves booked the orthodontic consultation for me, implying that treatment should proceed promptly. I raised concerns about timing and mentioned that I would likely need a dental cleaning before starting orthodontic treatment. I was reassured by the staff not to worry about this — they explained that even if Dr. Konanec was away, they could arrange a simple cleaning with another provider before treatment, and that the rest of the examination could be completed once he returned. Based on this reassurance and the sense of urgency communicated to me, I proceeded with the orthodontic appointment. Unfortunately, my experience with the orthodontist, Dr. Korne, was extremely unpleasant. I was immediately pressured into paying a $1,000 deposit and committing to a very expensive treatment plan starting the following week. Once I got home, I realized the cost was significantly higher than the normal range for standard braces. Despite there being no finalized treatment plan, I was pushed to begin immediately, and spacers were placed between my teeth during that first visit. Because treatment had been made urgent and spacers were already placed, I contacted the dental office right away to book the cleaning appointment I had been promised. This time, I was answered by an extremely rude staff member who repeatedly dismissed my concerns. She initially stated there was availability the following week, but then refused to book it because I already had a later appointment scheduled. I tried multiple times to explain that I had been explicitly told I could have a simple cleaning before treatment — even if Dr. Konanec was away — and that this was the reason I had agreed to proceed so quickly. I also explained that a routine cleaning does not require a full examination with Dr. Konanec. She continually cut me off, spoke over me, and turned the call into an unnecessary and unprofessional argument. After this distressing experience with Dr. Korne and the refusal to honor what had been clearly promised to me, I decided to cancel my orthodontic plan — which cost me my 1000 dollar deposit — and seek care elsewhere. This was very disappointing, as my initial experience with Dr. Konanec was genuinely positive, and I wish I could have continued my care under his supervision.

Fantastic experience: I went there for a second opinion in having an implant since I was told it was not possible to do it. Dr Youssef accepted to see me very quickly since the extraction was already done and I needed a bone graft. Even though I was not one of his patient. He generously took the time to explain everything in detail to me . He then proceeded to do the bone graft. Also his assistant was very helpful and so all the personal in general. A friendly clinic and very professional.

Fantastic experience: My third visit so far in 2 months, so far everything looks prefect and the staff there is friendly and efficient. There are no delays when it comes to appointments, you wait for 5 minutes and you're called on. The doctor gave me a clear plan and explanation on what needs to be worked on and he has been friendly. Again so far so good and hoping all stays this way.

Positive experience: Very good dentist experience but they didn't contact my previous clinic as they said they would on the phone and after my appointment I found I was on the hook for $300 uninsured photos of my teeth. I would have declined if I knew they couldn't get the photos from my previous clinic and that the panoramic photos would be uninsured and $300. I'm lucky I have insurance in the first place but I can't help but feel salty that money went up in smoke like that. Edit: The clinic got back to me and showed interest in finding out what went wrong, my follow-up cleaning went well so I upgraded to 3 stars. New patients just remember to make sure the file transfer from your old clinic goes smoothly and be very sure what you are covered for before your appointment or you might get rushed into an unexpected payment like I had.

He usually works with the indispensable Fareeda. My dental hygienist is Ziaobing and she does excellent work. They do not all have the same dental professionals but the one thing they have in common is that they are all satisfied customers. When I leave Drummond Dental I always see Saran who takes care of all the paper work with a smile. Bravo!

Sabrina Akhter, dental hygienist is polite, professional and clearly takes great pride in ensuring that she does a good job and that patients are well looked after. Fantastic experience: It was my first appointment, and I was fairly impressed with the level of service I received. I felt well taken care of from the moment I walked in until the very end. The receptionists were very welcoming and offered a mini tour of the clinic. Dr. Conanec and his assistants were very professional and conducted an extensive examination, which included cancer screening, jaw muscle and lymph node checking, and a thorough teeth examination. Everything was documented and well explained to me and to the hygienist with whom I had my next appointment. Parking might be challenging in the area, so plan your visit accordingly. At 9:30 am, I was lucky to find one of the two parking spots on Guy Street right next to the clinic when I arrived, so it was easy for me that day. Having 10-15 extra minutes if you have to park a little further is recommended. Overall, it was a wonderful and satisfying experience.
