The appointment felt somewhat rushed, and at one point I felt uncomfortable during the procedure. Because I had previously had good experiences at this clinic, the situation highlighted to me. After sharing my feedback with manger, they personally reached out to me and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. Our conversation was respectful, and focused on understanding what had happened and its highly appreciated. This kind of follow-up shows that the clinic takes patient feedback seriously and genuinely cares about maintaining a good standard of care. Fantastic experience: Dentistes compétents et chaleureux qui m'ont soigné et conseillé durant mes examens dentaires. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'éthos de l'équipe qui a toujours fait preuve d'honnêteté lors d'examen dentaires: la possibilité qu'une carie n'empire, la nécessité de plombage temporaire, le développement potentiel de nouveaux abcès, etc. Je ne me suis jamais senti forcé ni pressé de prendre consultation, et j'ai gardé le contrôle de mes soins dentaires de bout en bout, tout en recevant des soins de haute qualité. Un grand merci au docteur Maalouf et docteure Gagnon, ainsi qu'à toute l'équipe d'aide soignant et à l'acceuil.

Le dentiste et toute l’équipe ont été professionel, attentionnés et vraiment très aimables. Ils ont su me rassurer du début à la fin et tout s’est déroulé beaucoup mieux que je l’imaginais. Fantastic experience: 4 dents de sagesses en moins et une quinzaine de nettoyages, je n’ai vu que des gens compétents, sympathiques et travaillant dans des locaux propres et lumineux. Le seul problème est au niveau des stationnements autours, mais c’est gerable.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time being here and being a person who is terrified of dentists, also feeling ashamed of the state of my mouth, (I apologized a few times) they made me feel at ease. It was respectful. They took time to explore options on how to deal with my dental problem-keeping in mind how it scares me having this dealt with. The communication was clear and they answered my questions. Maybe I am not AS afraid of dentists as I thought... maybe it's just the needles, not the assistants and dentists themselves. Negative experience: Je souhaitais prendre deux rendez-vous pour un simple nettoyage, un pour mon conjoint et un pour moi. Malheureusement, on m’a informée de manière assez abrupte que seul un examen complet était offert, sans aucune flexibilité, même si j’ai déjà passé un examen il y a moins d’un an chez un autre dentiste. C’est vraiment décevant, surtout lorsqu’on essaie de maintenir une bonne hygiène dentaire avec 2 à 3 nettoyages par année. Nous n'étions pas à la recherche d’un diagnostic complet, simplement d’un service de base. Dommage, car la clinique est située juste en face de chez moi. Ce manque d’ouverture laisse une impression de service rigide et peu à l’écoute des besoins réels des patients.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there is kind, patient and professional. I had cavities filled in, they did such a good job you can't see a trace of it. Likewise, the wisdom tooth that I had removed was completely painless and was done in record time.

Fantastic experience: I am usually very nervous about going to the dentist due to sensitive teeth. This was my first time here and I was so relieved that my cleaning was very gentle and didn’t make me want to tense up the entire time. I am extremely pleased with the care and highly recommend this clinic if you don’t have one in Griffintown. The clinic is bright, clean new and fresh. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: J’ai vu pas mal de dentistes un peu partout dans le monde, et Dr Marceau est clairement l’un des meilleurs que j’ai eus. Toujours à l’écoute, hyper soigneux, je faisais limite des siestes pendant les soins tellement c’était sans douleur J’ai fait retirer mes 4 dents de sagesse avec le Dr Marceau, et honnêtement… INCROYABLE. Aucune douleur, aucun gonflement, pas un bleu. Je n’en revenais pas. Le centre est propre, les hygiénistes et les filles à l’accueil sont toujours souriantes et adorables, et les prix sont très raisonnables pour des soins de cette qualité. Franchement, je recommande les yeux fermés !

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with my teeth cleaning by Katherine super thorough and gentle! And my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Roberts has been a game changer. She’s incredible and has helped me with my TMJ issues. She is Professional, attentive, kind and making my whole process seamless. Highly recommend her for Invisalign Treatment.

Negative experience: Will be switching to another clinic after a couple of unsatisfactory appointments with Dr. Sophia Robert. Would be looking for a more considerate & qualified professional.

Negative experience: Rude reception staff most can’t speak English. My dentist was great but she has been on leave for so long. They take to many X-rays and I don’t think I’ll go back. But it’s due to their reception staff. No offence but don’t work downtown if you can’t speak English well. Also I don’t understand why you need to confirm by text if they are going to charge you for not coming to an appointment. You should be able to cancel by text too then. Not only press “C” for confirm that’s not a real confirmation confirmation should allow for a “N” no or something as well.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at this clinic for a few years and had been postponing a gum graft due to fear of the unknown and, honestly, not being great at the dentist in general. However, Dr. Marceau and the staff were amazing and made me feel at ease. The procedure was much faster than I expected, and the recovery has been nowhere near as bad as I feared. I’m so glad I finally did it!

However, a friend suggested this clinic, and I am 100% satisfied with the services I received here. I had a crown treatment with Dr. Malouf. Not only is he very skilled and patient, but he also checks all the comments regarding the clinic to ensure clients are genuinely satisfied. Dr. Malouf pays careful attention to feedback, and it’s clear that high-quality care is his top priority. I have a lot of respect for Dr. Malouf because of his dedication and attention to detail. Positive experience: Edit: lowered my rating today from 5 to 4 stars after repeated issues with reception. Still a great experience with the dental hygienests and dentists. Great dental clinic! We moved to the south Shore and still drive back to Montreal for our appointments. They are also very good with kids! Today they had no problem with my 5 month old coming with my to my appointment. The dentist even watched her in the other room while I got my x-rays. I've had fantastic experiences for years.

The Clinic is ultra-modern, ultra-bright & ultra-clean. There is entertainment in each room with a monitor on the ceiling showing fun things that you can watch while you are lying in the chair getting your procedure done. Dr Malouf came back with in a minute after my Xrays were taken & showed me on a big monitor what was the issue with my tooth. Wow! I had never seen this kind of modern technology & clarity at a Dentist before & I was very impressed. The staff was super friendly & cheerful.. Fantastic experience: I was referred by my husband, because he’s been there for more than 10 years. They are very generous with the teeth cleaning supplies. We also brought our daughter here. They were very patient with her. It was very sweet of them to ask my daughter to pick a toy after her first visit! so I finally decided to try this place :) the dentist run an honest practice, they will not do unnecessary procedures just because you have a generous insurance policy. The staff are quite capable, they were able to process my insurance properly so I didn’t have to submit on my own. Looking forward to do visiting again in the future :)

Negative experience: It's a clean and good looking clinic but the price is outrageous and they always push for unnecessary procedures to push the price even higher

Negative experience: A horrible woman at the reception. She hardly spoke any English and when I asked about the prices of the fillings she said she doesn’t have such information, only the dentist knows and she hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth extraction from Dr. Malouf and he provided excellent service, care and follow up. In fact, after the surgery, I did not feel pain and I had no inflammation at any time after (compared to my prior experiences in other dental centres where the opposite happened). The staff also provided excellent care and displayed professionalism. For sure, I'll be back!

Negative experience: They are not good at recognizing issues!!!! and cost you a lot! In the fall of 2021, I went there for constant tooth and jaw pain. I don't remember the dentist's name, she didn't recognize the issue after I had images. She referred me to a jaw specialist which cost me $450. She also couldn't see any issue in my jaw. So the dentist gave me a guard as she thought it was a grinding issue during the night and that cost me more than $700, and I didn't use it at all. I told them this pain is tooth pain, they didn't listen and didn't send me to another dentist! Besides the money I spent, I cannot forget that pain and all the painkillers I used to relieve! Finally, on my trip to Iran, my dentist said both my teeth same place with pain are entirely ruined and needed a root canal. She fixed it in 1 week and the pain I suffered for months vanished.

Negative experience: Not one to write reviews but my experience at Dentaire Griffin was not ideal. I was in for a filling and the dentist kept getting frustrated with me for not being able to keep my mouth open for long periods due to a health condition. I understand the situation is not ideal, it's not easy for me as well but I would have appreciated some patience. I ended up leaving the dentist with blood all over my cheeks which both the dentist and receptionists did not advise me of. I ended up walking around downtown with blood all over my cheeks... To make matters worse, they sent me a questionnaire asking if I had a positive experience to which I replied no. I got a response back saying that someone from their office will be in touch. No one ever followed up with me...

I went in as a new patient last Good Friday with a badly broken molar, razor sharp, Doctor Vaughan and her kind assistant repaired the tooth immediately with no pain. I definitely am now a regular patient at the Centre and recommend to my family and friends.
