Fantastic experience: We had our 5 day old baby there this morning to take out a tooth and they were amazing!! Quick and easy to get the tooth out very helpful with everything going on and no fuss from the baby! Definitely going back and recommending this place!!

Fantastic experience: The staff are so incredibly patient with kids who are apprehensive with going to the dentist. I feel so much gratitude with how we never feel rushed and the hygienist is willing to allow my son to take breaks throughout the cleaning so that he can do some deep breathing. The dentists are knowledgeable and proactive in addressing dental concerns that could be very challenging down the road. Truly a fantastic place!

Fantastic experience: Kids and teens dentistry is such an amazing dental office. All the staff are so friendly and patient with the kids with all there individual needs. My daughter was so frightened about getting a filling done when we went to a different pediatric dentist but at kids and teens it was so smooth and she now wants to only go there for dental services. Oh and there waiting room is top notch too!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience at Kids & Teens Dentistry. From start to finish, everyone was professional, friendly, and welcoming. The service was great, but what I didn’t expect—and was very pleasantly surprised by—was the incredible waiting room which was more like a play room than anything else. It had a play kitchen, treehouse, and video games. My young daughter was instantly put at ease. I think it paved the way for a great introduction to dentistry.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental clinic for any anxious child. The entire team, from when you walk in to when you leave, make you feel relaxed. The nurse is so kind and amazing with kids. She helps them, and the parent feel calm. The dentist is so patient and always hides any instrument that may be scary. We have been to other kids' dentists, but this is the only place my son feels relaxed at. We are lucky to have this place in Ottawa!

Fantastic experience: This was our second appointment for my autistic nonverbal 5 year old son. The whole team was incredibly patient and kind with my son. He was so comfortable he allowed both the dental assistant and Dentist to look inside his mouth and get some minimal work done. Hoping next time we can use the electric toothbrush. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Corbeil and all of the staff have been consistently kind, competent, and friendly. They know how to put your child at ease, and explain things in ways that the kids can understand and reduce their anxiety. They are considerate and listen to the concerns of the parents and they have never pushed unnecessary procedures. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Amazing place to take young kids! The waiting room is like a whole play room and everyone was super kind and lovely with my very shy 2 year old. They have tv’s above their head to keep them distracted and lots of good prizes for after they are done. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: My kids get super excited to go to the Dentist. I told my youngest daughter that she has a dentist appointment coming up and the oldest child said “oh you’re so lucky! I want to go to the dentist, mommy why can’t I go too? When is my appointment”.

Negative experience: I struggle with the insanely high prices and some of the worst medical parking I’ve ever encountered with the care the staff give here. Additional notes, was charged $97 for “scaling” after the hygienist counted my kids teeth. There was no plaque removal. Was told my kid has a tongue tie, I have never heard this from any medical professional & they have been your patient for 4 years. Circled the block twice for parking, ended up parking at the plaza next door. Don’t know that the Temu prizes are really worth it anymore. I left feeling robbed after this last visit.

Positive experience: Megan, is our favourite dental hygienist. She does a great job of connecting with my kid and suggesting how they can take better care of their teeth.

Fantastic experience: We had a splendid experience with Kyra the dental hygienist. She was so amazing working with my son who’s on the spectrum with severe sensory processing disorder. I can’t thank her enough for going far and beyond in understanding my son’s condition and having him leave with a big shiny smile .

Fantastic experience: My son T had his dental appointment today with Dr. Castro, and he did amazing! The team at Kids and Teens Dentistry is so welcoming and kind — they really make kids feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. T absolutely loved the playroom, and watching Pokémon during his appointment helped put him at ease. Dr. Castro and her team did a great job making his visit such a positive experience. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caring and fun dental office for their kids!

Fantastic experience: We have been bringing our special needs daughter here since she was a toddler and we have always had to arrive early to enjoy the play area. From creating a play space for all ages they have created a calm waiting environment and the decor and selection of DVD's to watch make going to the dentist a positive routine. From the first visit and first images to today (8 years later), Kids and Teens have continually proven that they are specialized in their field. Our daughter raves about her hygienist (Megan), her favourite room and always leaves feeling good. We are always met by friendly and familiar faces and sensory needs are always met with patience. Dr. Corbeil has always provided us with the best dental care and recommendations for future dental services. I have and will continue to recommend Kids and Teens to anyone with children. - Jones family

Chrissy the dental hygienist was so patient and calming that my daughter was able to feel safe and comfortable and successfully completed a full cleaning! Fantastic experience: Dr. Mandana Nikoui is amazing. She comforted my son and explained in detail the habits and foods that cause cavities, as well as the prevention methods. The staff was also very nice and professional. They fit us in their schedule as soon as possible because my son was in pain.

Fantastic experience: My son had a cleaning, exam, x-ray, and SDF done yesterday. He had lots of fun watching TV while the dentist and the hygienist were doing their excellent job. Dr. Nikoui is the best and Amanda too! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: What a great space for kids. The waiting room is fully equipped to entertain kids as they wait for their appointment. They have a thoughtful design that appeals to children. The staff were friendly from start to finish. The hygienist and dentist we saw provided opportunities to ask questions and they gave several options for going forward with dental procedures for my little guy. Really impressed with the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: I have brought my kids to kids and teens dentistry for over 10 years. Dr. Corbeil, her assistant Tiffany and the whole team have always provided excellent care and service. As the kids have grown, their dental needs have of course evolved, Dr. Corbeil has always taken an individualized approach to treatment and advice that reflects her thoughtfulness and expertise. I love that she often takes a "wait and see" position on things like orthodontics and wisdom teeth, rather than one-size-fits-all recommendations. We can always trust that when she suggests an intervention, it's truly necessary. That is hugely important to us. Our kids have confidence going to dental appointments and so do we! It'll be a sad day when they outgrow kids and teens dentistry! ❤️

Fantastic experience: My daughter (4) had been to two other dentist offices in the last 2 years and it was very procedural and had walk-in clinic vibes. This place is designed for kids, every detail, from the playroom waiting rooms, to the themed examination rooms, to the balloons upon completion. The hygienist and dentist spoke to my child, asked her questions and got her involved in her own appointment. As a result my daughter cooperated, had fun and was able to express what she was not comfortable with. This visit was a huge win!! We will be going back!

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Kids and Teens Dentistry! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the fun, kid-friendly atmosphere. The office is bright, clean, and designed perfectly for children and teens, which immediately put my kids at ease. Dr. Nikoui is incredible. She’s patient, kind, and knows exactly how to communicate with kids of all ages. She takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense, which really helped ease any anxiety we had about dental visits. It’s clear the whole team is dedicated to making each visit a positive experience.

Negative experience: Went in this past Tues with my four year old quoted a bill of almost 6000$. The dentist made super inappropriate comments that had nothing to do with his teeth and made me quite upset. I called to enquire if we could proceed one way as i dont want to put my child under and was told that dentist would not attempt in office due to "mouth breathing" and "gagging". Him being sedated and not being in control or aware is more safe ? Definitely not thinking of my childs well being the dentist is worried about her wallet!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist! The office is pure kids’ paradise with everything from a treehouse to an XBox. The staff are super friendly. The hygienist we saw was incredibly friendly and professional. My son even got to watch Bluey while she took X-rays The dentist was super knowledgeable and helpful. I’m glad I brought my son here!

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start. What a beautifully designed dentist office. My daughter was in heaven as soon as she walked in. Besides aesthetics, it’s organized and well run. I forgot to bring my diaper bag with me as i usually drive my daughter straight to daycare, the receptionist had some diapers and wipes for me to use. They even had a diaper genie in the washroom. They literally thought of everything. We saw doctor Corbeil who was really sweet and provided me with great information. My daughter wasn’t cooperating and she handled it like a pro. Looking forward to the next visit.

Fantastic experience: We had nothing but good experiences with the doctors and admins here for my toddlers. They have an epic waiting area that’s better than many kids entertainment places. Recent edit: after being patient of Dr. Nikoui for a while now, we are truly grateful that we found Kids&Teens dentistry. She went above and beyond to advocate for my son to have a normally necessary surgery that was being delayed by the health system here. Thanks to her advocacy and efforts, we got visibility and my son had the surgery. We are not special; she does it for any patient who needs help. Furthermore, for my other son, she applied a state-of-the art treatment, which was not even known by some other dentists. That treatment stopped the progress of cavities and prevented us from having more arduous treatments. She’s a stellar doctor, who also have amazing staff members. Thank you to everyone who works there. We will be forever grateful.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak more highly of the comprehensive pediatric approach to dental health at Kids and Teens. They offer dental and hygenist services from practitioners who are both skilled and innovative, and they have pediatric-sized dental equipment. Plus, the entire clinic is decorated to engage and welcome kids with the waiting room transformed into a giant play area, colorful themed rooms, and movies to help distract kids during the assessment. Definitely top notch.

Fantastic experience: I went to this pediatric dentist based on recommendations on Social media, and was WOWed by the level of attention given to making this a fun place for kids. My kid didn't want to leave. The staff were very professional and friendly. I have not done the proceedure yet for my kid. So will wait to get that done and then provide my full opinion. However, I am impressed so far.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love our experience at Kids & Teens Dentistry. The staff is very kind, pleasant and helpful. They have the best waiting area filled with activities, toys, tree house and teen area to entertain kids any age. You'll want to arrive in advance so your kids can play. They also have themed rooms for their visit and your kids can choose to watch a show which makes them feel more at ease. Megan, specifically, is wonderful. She explained everything she was doing to make my little guy's first and follow up visits comfortable. You receive thank you texts or emails following your visit. They really provide excellent customer service and make you feel well cared for. Highly reccomend their services.

Negative experience: We took two of our kids here for dental work initially as our oldest needed significant work done that required sedation. The dental work done was good and I have no doubt of the qualifications of the dentists. However, over the course of several years, both my kids complained about how rough the dentists were and my oldest had significant anxiety for every appointment. To the point where I had to restrain her so the dentist/hygienist could work. I decided to try a family dentist and it's been a completely different experience. They immediately commented on how it didn't hurt and even cavities/extractions have been a breeze. Save your kids the trauma and go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Kids and Teen is an excellent pediatric dental care center. The team of dentists is highly qualified and always makes well-informed, responsible recommendations. Their approach is conservative, and they only suggest invasive procedures when absolutely necessary. In my experience, they have always chosen the least invasive option for my daughters, and only once did they recommend extracting a tooth due to an abscess. I highly recommend them 100%.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had an emergency situation and we were able to get into see the dentist very quickly. Despite it was a "fit in" appointment, Dr Corbeil took the necessary time to assess the situation and provide open and honest recommendations for next steps. Awesome service from the entire team!

Negative experience: As other poor reviews state, we did not have a good experience here. My wife and child left feeling like they were talked down to and the dentist was downright rude. They were also very pushy in their recommendations for an astronomically expensive procedure. When we told them it was cost prohibitive and would like to proceed in a different way, they essentially said no thanks, its either this or no work at all. Needless to say we went somewhere else, where we received proper care. It seems other people have had positive experiences, so Im not sure if its a specific dentist thats maybe the problem. Do your due dilligence before taking your kids here.

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dental practice was truly exceptional. Dr. Nikoui goes above and beyond in caring for her patients, not only focusing on their dental health but also on their overall well-being. She was dedicated to addressing my breathing issues and ensured I received the necessary care, never accepting "no" as an answer. I truly believe there is no other dentist who demonstrates such genuine concern and commitment to their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mahta Hazaveh is the best!!! We followed her from another office and we are so happy! The office is an upgrade, there is lots of fun to be had while waiting. We have only had two visits to the office, but so far we have been treated with kindness and respect
