Fantastic experience: Two consultations. Took me a while to get the deposit. So it took a while. But that’s changed so amazing. They were great and explained everything to me. Some stuff I didn't want hear lol. But I appreciate the honesty. And I’ll updated in late April. As a nervous patient I feel really good in their hands

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Vijayant Kapur for tooth pain and to replace a cap that was not set properly, which was causing food to get stuck. Dr. Kapur gave me a very honest and straightforward explanation of the issue and guided me through the solution. He is highly skilled and very observant. Based on my description of the problem, he was able to quickly identify the root cause of the pain even before examining the tooth. His years of experience clearly show in the way he diagnoses and treats patients.

Fantastic experience: Its a very positive and warm environment. They dont make you feel bad about your mouth. I always leave there more amd more positive about the final outcome and for that's in a few weeks. So will review again once final product is done amd im smiling ear to ear

I’ve lived with my coffee stains for years. I honestly didn’t realize what a difference switching would make for all of us until I came to VG. I am really glad we made the switch!

Fantastic experience: My experience over these last 2 weeks has not met my previous experiences with Village Green. Without getting into the details on a public forum, I would hope that the owners of the business make an effort and reach out to your clients and have an adult conversation re; their experience (s). It is evident that Village Green has grown, I just hope that the quality of care that we have come to expect, is not being jeopardized. All that being said, Dr. Kapour made a really good effort to solve and fix an ongoing problem. I hope the procedure went accordingly and that I heal properly. I fully understand the difficulties it is at times to assess individual patients, however, there is much room for improvement. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Fantastic experience: I do not like going to the dentist at all. However at Village Green Dental Care there is no need to worry. Regular cleanings and even getting fillings is easier than I expect every time. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. With them, my dentist visits are no longer a dreaded experience. They had great communication via email and on the phone before the appointment and during our visit. They assured us of the step by step process for sedation and my son was greeted and taken care of from start to finish with the friendliest nurses and doctors. Fantastic experience: Well, it’s not too often. You come across a dentistry like this. In this day and times. Thank goodness! I’m a hard-working man. I’ve had a little tax problems. I’m not able to get the Canadian dental plan. I Pay cash! And unfortunately, I’ve been to other reputable dentist in Kanata. Unfortunately they couldn’t understand that infection and pain. Is something that has to be looked at right away. Now, fortunately Valley Green had a lot of compassion as well as I thought it was at yuck yuck. My dentist was so funny.! If I could, I would ask him his number and see if he wants to hang out when I’m feeling better lol he was such a joy. I definitely recommend Valley Green dentistry. I have a feeling of safety and care flowing through my whole body tonight after I’ve had three extractions who would think!

Fantastic experience: My family and I went to Village green dental clinic as new patients in December 2025. We had to undergo treatments like tooth restoration, filling and cleaning. We had a wonderful experience starting with the front desk staff to the dentists and the staff. Dr Feng, who treated my kid, is so patient and is amazing. Dr Kapur and Sienna, who treated my husband and me are such cool, calm wonderful team. Sienna, you are such warm, kind person. Thank you guys for making us feel so comfortable during the treatment.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dental office to anyone I know. Dr Feng is very skillful and approachable. My hygienist is professional, knowledgeable, and she has gentle techniques! Update: had a filling done here by another dentist and there were issues and sensitivity with my new filling. Dr Feng was very patient and worked with my concerns and eventually re-did my filling again - all free of charge (went back 3 times). Super satisfied with their service!!!

Fantastic experience: I went in for a teeth cleaning and three days later I can still feel how clean they are and was recommended a toothpaste, which I got immediately. I just feel like the service was extra caring. It’s like they carried more about my teeth then I do and I do love my teeth, so thank you for that.

I would recommend her a thousand times over. I also met Dr. Kapur for the first time and within minutes we were laughing and high-fiving like old friends. I thought this whole thing could go south at any moment beforehand, so I was prepared for total breakdown and non stop crying. Tanya just made my daughter feel like she has done this before. Her attention was focused on the fun, and it was over without a single tear or complaint. The coin rewards are a genius idea. She was so happy! They’ve fixed a couple of my crowns and have helped me keep my teeth healthy and clean. I visit every six months, and at 57 years old, I’m proud to say I have no cavities — thanks in large part to their excellent preventative care. Their maintenance program is comprehensive and great, and keeps my teeth healthy without any major problem. There may be a bit of investment upfront but it is absolutely worth it for healthy teeth and gum in the long run. Staff are nice and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking for good dental care. I even have relatives coming from out of town asking for their service.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Village Green Dental! The dental hygienist (Jansen), and doctor were very friendly, humorous, and also quite helpful. I only went in for a clean and some X-rays. However, Jansen was very detailed in his explanation of the process, as well as what areas were looking great and those that needed improvement. The facilities were clean and modern, and the rest of the staff (i.e., the front-desk staff, other hygienists I passed by), were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was certainly the best, most positive, and most smooth dentist appointment I have ever had!

Fantastic experience: Had minor surgery ( 2 teeth extractions). Was in and out in 45 minutes. 2 receptionists were both friendly and cheerful. Dental assistant was also friendly and helped make me feel comfortable. Then Dr. Dan performed his magic. No pain at all after the surgery. Fantastic experience: I suffer from a severe case of PTSD. Needless to say that my anxieties are multiplied by a hundred fold due to my disability when I visit the dentist. Going to the dentist is nerve racking for some more than others. Every staff member at Village Green dental was literally concerned about my mental health and well being during the process of evaluating my case. I have never experienced a similar situation prior to my visit to this dental office or any other medical professional. The level of care and quality work that this team provides its patients is extraordinary. Everyone was so supportive and it made my anxieties lessen. These folks are above the normal standards. These kind and qualified individuals have impressed me with their integrity and professionalism. I now feel a little more secure knowing that the staff at Village Green Dental is taking care of me! All this time I’ve been trying to avoid contact with other people because I was afraid of my toothless grin but that one day soon has now arrived.
