When he told me I needed a root canal, I actually felt elated—he validated the jaw pain that another dentist in Manotick had completely dismissed, even with X-rays. I truly feel he saved my health. Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming design and professionalism of the dentists, hygienists and staff at this clinic . It’s also the first time I’ve ever seen TV screens above the patient’s chair in the rooms. That was a treat. The chair is also really comfortable and I wish I could use it at work... I was able to very efficiently, and with such friendly staff, get x-rays done not easily available in Germany, where I am based. Dr. Worthylake’s analysis was delivered with care and good information to help me understand how to maintain my teeth’s condition and also prevent the next cavities. I would really recommend this clinic! I’ve been to many dentists in Ottawa and internationally over the years and this clinic, run by a lovely husband and wife and even with a pair sisters working on their staff, truly feels family-run and cared for. It can be unpleasant and even daunting to go to the dentist but I would never mind going to this clinic! Highly recommend and. Y the way, they speak many languages including Farsi!

I have never found myself feel rushed which I’ve appreciated. Dr. Thea especially is so clear, informative and kind! I find every dentist here provides information and their professional advice but ultimately support the patient to make informed decisions about their health. I have found that so empowering! Also, the overall atmosphere is so calm and it really helps with the general aversion of going to the dentist!

I went and it was the best dental experience I have ever had! Not only did they fix my filling, I booked a follow up appointment for my yearly exam and cancelled the one I had booked back home. On top of this, I have always had an issue with smiling and after seeing Dr. Daniel I am more confident than ever to smile wherever I am. Cannot thank you guys enough! STRONGLY RECOMMEND!

I had bad experiences in the past and was absolutely terrified of dentist until I found Stonebridge and Dr. Thea and Dr. Daniel. They are absolutely amazing, so kind and caring. I went in for my first consult and broke down in tears with fear when Dr. Thea walked in the room by the time she left I was 100% sure I had made the right decision. When I returned yesterday for my fillings I felt safe and heard they made sure it was a completely pain free experience and always asked me how I was doing before moving forward. I was able to walk out of there feeling 0 anxiety about my next visit. Plus the cherry on top they direct bill to insurance. Fantastic experience: As someone who’s always been terrified of dentists growing up, I found one that helped ease my anxiety but when I moved I was nervous to try someone new. My kids and myself started going to stonebridge and they are SO great. Every dentist has such a calm aura and the office is overall full of amazing staff. We had an emergency where my son chipped his tooth, and not only did they go above and beyond to get us in in time, my 4 year old fell asleep during the appointment and is already asking for when he can go back despite getting a needle (I don’t even think he knows he got one). Fantastic experience: I can’t speak highly enough about Dr. Daniels, Dr. Thea and the whole team at Stonebridge Family Dentistry! I have been bringing my three kids there and they have always been so gentle and caring towards them. They always let the kids know exactly what they will be doing, showing them the tools and how they feel prior to starting any work. They make them feel very safe and comfortable. Went in for an exam as my previous dentist said I needed 4 fillings, the dr said I only needed 2 and that they could do it for me today to save me a trip. Took 20 mins. Not painful at all. Truly a place that puts clients above money for once!

Fantastic experience: Wow! I had an excellent first experience at this office. After doing research on dentists in the area, I had high expectations, and they were exceeded. The patient on-boarding process was smooth and the reception staff were exceptionally responsive. Everyone I met at my first appointment were the most kind, comforting, and professional. The Dentist explained everything to me so thoroughly, took his time, and shared their vision for the clinic. I will absolutely be making this my home for any dental work needed. Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend this dentistry! I am a new patient moved from USA and this dentistry requested all the previous dental and x-ray records from my previous dentist office. I haven't seen a dentist for 3 years and had a crown that is done in another dentistry in USA years ago has fallen off. Dr Daniel and his team is so patient explaining to me why the crown has fallen off and what need to be done and to my surprise he also helps checking with insurance (even tho the previous job was not done by him). He then took the time to explain to me all signs/issues he saw on my other teeth in detail. He wasn't trying to push for any procedures and just explaining to me preventive measures and what I can do to improve my teeth health. I highly recommand this dentistry as they are professional, patient and clearly cares about the patients!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience for my 3 1/2yr old’s first dentist visit! Hygienist Summer was wonderful as she took the time to show her tools and explain everything she was going to do prior to starting. She was very patient & kid friendly which was much appreciated. Front desk staff were also lovely. Kids get to choose a special surprise at the end & pick out a sugar-free lollipop. My daughter hasn’t stopped talking about her dentist visit. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: I have only good things to say about my recent experiences at Stonebridge Family Dentistry. I am a nervous client and because of that, I have postponed a visit and cleaning for way too long! However, once I made the decision to go, the staff there made me feel very much cared for and understood my nervousness and hesitation. I needed some very deep cleaning and it was performed with great care and freezing and they even broke up my visit into two to allow for some healing and break in between. All of the staff are wonderful and I would highly recommend them...especially for the nervous people out there!

Apart from the staff, the facility is gorgeous, clean, updated and well kept (especially with cooler weather coming). Dr. Daniel and Summer, listened to my concerns and advocated to resolve the issue at hand, letting me ask a multitude of questions, and probe their mind for all the dentistry related issues. The team was incredible and after multiple poor experiences with dentists who did not take my concerns seriously, it was both refreshing and comforting knowing I’m in good hands to keep my teeth in perfect condition. Fantastic experience: We have transitioned to Stonebridge Dental and thrilled we made the move. Dr. Daniel was welcoming, thorough and transparent. Shauna, at the front desk, along with all of the dental hygienists and other various support staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and patient.
