Off of greenbank, just before or after strandhed depending if your headed south or north and in the same plaza as chocolate favoris and A&W.
3 months ago Negative experience: Dentists are great, however there seems to be a disconnect with the office itself. Last year my daughter and wife had separate appointments after each other that way my wife would be with my daughter, a dentist assistant ended up being sick and they decided last minute after my wife arrived to tell her that they’d need to do their appointments the same time. No warning, this caused my daughter to have a bad experience as she was alone. I then get called for a appointment reminder 2 days prior on a Saturday, an appointment I made almost a year ago, and I had to reschedule due to work commitments and was given major attitude by the office assistant Emma that I need to give 2 business days notice or could be charged, and that it’s my responsibility to know when I have an appointment booked from a year ago? Okay so I asked why not call me 2 business days before then for the reminder ? And got told that because I am a grown adult and should know when my appointments are coming up? I am not sure why this person is in a customer service role but definitely not the right position for her. I won’t be coming back if that’s how you talk to clients.

3 months ago Fantastic experience: I drive 50 km to come to Highbury Park Dental, and it’s absolutely worth it. The team is very professional, and the receptionist provides excellent customer service, I truly feel valued every time I visit. They’ve created such a comfortable and welcoming environment. Being able to watch TV during my appointment made me feel completely stress-free and relaxed. I always leave satisfied and confident in the care I receive. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

4 months ago Negative experience: They really push for xray even if you have them done last year specially the lady at reception got angry when I refused. This was my third and last visit at this office. Will be canceling my kids appointments as well.

5 months ago Fantastic experience: I visited Highbury Park Dental, and it was one of the best dental clinics I have ever been to. The reception was very welcoming, and the clinic was extremely clean and well organized. I was pleasantly surprised by Dr. Ammar. He is very professional, friendly, and has excellent communication skills. He explained every detail clearly, both important and minor, which made me feel comfortable and confident. I had teeth cleaning and polishing, and for the first time, I felt no pain at all. I usually dislike visiting the dentist because of the discomfort, but with Dr. Ammar, the experience was completely different. What impressed me most was that he gave me a toothbrush and asked me to show him how I clean my teeth, just to make sure my technique was correct. This shows real care and professionalism. 5 months ago Fantastic experience: I met Dr. Achache when he was working at another clinic in East Ottawa then I followed him to Highbury Dental clinic because I don't trust dentists easily. The whole team is amazing from Amani at the front desk to the hygienists. Lately I have been dealing with Dr. Nora and she's great. I get very tense at the dentist but with both of them I feel so at ease that I almost fall asleep on the chair. The clinic is spotless and reflects the lever of care the team puts into it. 8 months ago Fantastic experience: This was my first time at Highbury Dental. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienist and the dentist herself were professional and extremely knowledgeable and kind. I left my former dentist because I did not trust the care that I was getting there. Staff were very pushy and though I have good insurance coverage, I was continually paying out of pocket. The level of care and expertise from everyone that I interacted with was very reassuring and helped to give me back some confidence in the dental profession. 10 months ago Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in years and unfortunately broke a front tooth off. A friend suggested I call Highbury Park Dental and I am so glad I did. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I had x-rays done, was told I will need surgery to remove two more teeth, made an appointment for a cleaning and fillings. They were very efficient, friendly, made sure I understood everything and what my options were. I wish them great success in their business.

They told me exactly what I needed to work on and offered referrals for specific areas that require additional assistance. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I've ever had. From the consultation, walking the aroma is so relaxing. The personalized room are awesome for privacy and the access to Netflix is an awesome touch. They took care of getting in touch with my old dentist so I didn't have to. They dealt with my insurance so I only had to pay the difference. The tooth extraction was so seamless I was so shocked when it was over. Hands down. I highly recommend them.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Recently a bridge in my lower mouth fell out . I tried unsuccessfully to book an appointment with my family dentist . Unsuccessful , as their office was not open on that Friday . My husband had emergency care at Highbury Park Dental and was very pleased , I gave them a call . I was given an appointment for Saturday. I was happy with that , but received a call of a cancellation and was taken in that Friday! From the receptionist , dental assistants to Dr. Falguni , I was well taken care of . Every step was explained . I am now waiting for a referral to a dental surgeon , as my emergency was more complicated than I initially thought . I am making Highbury Park and Dr. Falguni my destination for oral care.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: My father went for his dentures to this place under the trillium drug plan. He went through several visits to get his denture. His denture was loose, which we reported to the office. They tried to fix it, but they were unable to resolve it. When we went back to them with the same issue after a few months, they refused to cover us up. It has been a huge inconvenience for my father to use his dentures. And we cannot afford to get private insurance for him, which is why we relied on trillium drug plan. Since then, we have changed our dental clinic. Update - We did received a call from their office. They took time in understanding our concerns and assessed my father's dentures. They issued a full refund to us. They treated our case very professionally.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: Yesterday was my first visit. Just finishing filing in the required form, I have been called to start my first appointment. It started with a full and complete x-ray examination. I have to say that it was so professional and so easy. Thank you. Then I was introduced to the dentist Dr. Nour who examined my teeth carefully and explained in details through the x-ray photos, everything must be done in the clinic and what must be done by a specialist she will send me to. She answered all my questions and insists at the end if I have any more questions for her. Thank you so much Dr. Nour. Then they moved me to do the hygiene in another room and I have to say that it was very professional and very save experience. Thank you. At the end it was very quick at the front desk to confirm my insurance plan and book me to do the recommended fillings in just 2 days. I really recommend this dental clinic, for any one looking for professional and smooth dental experience. They have highly skilled professionals for each area of the service including communications.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: After getting the Canadian Dental Care Plan coverage I switched Dentists to Highbury Park Dental for their great online reviews. My 1st appointment yesterday for cleaning, polishing and x-rays was great. The dentist (whom i can't remember her name) identified the problems with my teeth and following up on those issues with another appointment in 2 weeks. I highly recommend new patients to this dentistry as they are professionals, unlike the previous dentistry whom i will not mention in Barrhaven. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: I visited Highbury on an emergency basis for a tooth that had broken and got infected. I am terrified of the dentist and have avoided them since before Covid. The staff were amazing and I cannot believe how gentle and reassuring they were not just for the extract but also the follow up check up and cleaning. Can’t say enough about how great they were. Not saying I won’t be scared at my next appointment but I know I will be well cared for. Highly recommend this Dentistu!

1 year ago Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and they got me in SO quickly and I was out in ten minutes pain free with everything I needed. Not only is the office manager so kind and helpful when it comes to the financial responsibilities of emergency dental work, the dentist and assistants are SO kind and considerate of your pain. A few days later my son needed an emergency visit with a broken tooth and they again, got my son in so quick and handled everything effortlessly and painlessly. On top of that they assisted with arranging coverage for my kiddos that allowed me to get them the best care. It also smells SO good and is exceptionally clean. Like, very clean. Which is reassuring in itself! So grateful for this place! Highly recommend- especially to those who are nervous with dentists. I am your people and this place is truly great.
