Everyone in the office was warm and welcoming and I genuinely had a good time getting my teeth scraped because my hygienist was so personable and friendly. My previous dentist really pushed to get procedures done in a way that made it feel like a money grab. But I never felt that way while talking with the dentist about upcoming fillings and potentially getting invisalign. I felt like my health was the number one priority. I've convinced my husband to switch to them and he's booking an appointment soon!

Negative experience: This establishment takes advantage of insurance coverage. Multiple times we have caught charges to insurance for work that was NEVER complete. On top of that - they are ALWAYS late for appointment. Leila is extremely rude and condescending.

Fantastic experience: I recently went to Barrhaven Dental Studio for an emergency appointment as I had just moved and was looking for a new dentist anyways and had a great experience there! I was hesitant going in because I get anxiety at the dentist, but the ambiance and environment was very clean and calming and Dr. Bakkali was very kind, patient, and explained everything during the appointment. I had to get some fillings and am always worried to feel the anesthetic needle or to feel any pain during the procedure but I felt neither for the first time ever! When walking in the receptionist greeted us with a smile and was very kind. We then had the pleasure to deal with Dr.Bakkali and his AMAZING hygienist Kaila. For a 5 year old the dentist isn’t always the most fun place to be but they made the experience 10/10. Looking forward to dealing with this clinic going forward.

Fantastic experience: I went to this Dental Studio for the third or fourth time this week for teeth cleaning and was very impressed with the set up. My very professional hygienist did a thorough job and made me feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: I had seen Dr.Khan to have a tooth removed, it went amazing. Months later I had made the choice too have have my 18 teeth removed and get dentures. I had put my trust In Dr.Khan and Barhaven Dental Studio too remove those 18 teeth and small broken pieces of tooth on November 29 2024 and do a safe and proper job putting my temporay dentures in right after extraction. Dr.khan took out 18 teeth, he did not put any stiches in my mouth, he left many broken pieces of tooth and bone fragments sticking out of my gums Dr.khan was informed many times by myself and my denture clinic that for the temporary dentues to work and form properly to my healing gums that Dr.khan had to put my dentures immediately after extraction, he did not. He said I had too much blood for the dentures to be put in again I had 18 teeth removed and he never put a single stich in my mouth. This one action of his caused me over the past 7 months to date around 13,000$, depression, severe weight gain due to only being able to drink ensure and many other personal body issues. I had done this for my teeth to help my self esteem and smile once again. I have not smiled or even had my teeth in since l left Dr.Khan that day. A family member also video recorded parts of the extraction because they had noticed that Dr.khan was not wearing any kind of head protection and had his curly hair hanging in his face his assistance Nicole was dressed properly. Due to another unprofessional choice of Dr.khan I suffered terrible infections in my mouth resulting in 2 hospital visits, I had been following his care instructions. Again due to Dr.Khans poor choices my bottom gums/tissue have not properly healed. My dentureist has told me I will never be able to have bottem dentures. They will wire them in. I was told by the hospital,denturist and an Oral surgeon that Dr.khans job is what they reffer to as a botched job and one of the worst they have seen. I'm happy to say we our in the early stages of speaking with a lawyer about Dr.khan and Barhaven Dental and the botched work Dr.baakalli allowed dr.khan to preform on me.Hopefully Dr.Khan/Barhaven dental will never "botch" a paitent again. No body deserves to go through the pain and lies I have been going through due to Dr.khans and barhaven dentals unprofessionalism and lack of knowladge with dentures and major extractions Hopefully by the end of all of this or atleast I hope, Dr.khan and Barhaven Dental studio will be honest to their clients about their experiance on major extractions. I highly reccomend if your having major extractions too learn about the dentists extraction experiance. One nice thing I can say is that Dylan the receptionist is wonderful human. He was more compassionate,kind and caring he even called me more times then Dr.Khan did, Dylan was very concerned about my infections. I only gave them 5 stars so this can be seen by everyone NOT because Dr.Khan deserves it!

My only complaint is the waiting area is quite small however we barely waited so not sure it’s an issue. Thank you for your phenomenal care.

Fantastic experience: Took my little girl (5yrs) to get some dental work done. Such a great experience. Staff were super kind and extremely patient. Dr. Bakkali was gentle, competent and informative. Staff called the day after to check in on her. Probably one of the best dental visits I have experienced and my daughter isn't afraid to go back!
