Fantastic experience: I felt comfortable and at ease the whole time I was there.... the greatest professionals!

Positive experience: Been with Nepean Family Clinic for almost 3 Years now. I love the Dentists (especially Dr Brar), my fave Hygienist (she's on maternity leave) and the previous reception staffs was so accomodating and cheerful. Recent staff at reception lacks communications skills and treats people differently - maybe just tired, but as front facing personel is not a good reflection of the clinic. Will change 5 star if experience improve in next appointments or consider other clinic for my family.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Nepean Family Dental. I was seen by Dr. Inderpreet Brar (the owner), and everything was excellent - from reception to the actual dental visit. They genuinely focus on helping you solve your pain, without trying to sell treatments you don’t need or can’t afford. Super helpful, honest, and transparent. I’ve changed 5 dental clinics before finding this one, and I’m so happy I finally found a place I can truly trust. I’ll definitely be staying with this clinic. Highly recommend!

From the moment my husband, our daughter, and I walk through the door, we are always greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The office atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and reassuring, which makes such a difference especially for a child (or someone who is nervous about dental work). Dr. Brar is truly exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and gentle, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly while making sure both parents and kids feel comfortable and heard. Our daughter always feels at ease in her chair, and as parents, that means everything to us. The entire team is accommodating, professional, compassionate, and thoughtful. They treat our family with kindness at every visit and it is clear they truly care about their patients as people, not just appointments. We feel incredibly grateful to have found a dental practice we trust completely. Dr. Brar and her team provide outstanding care, and we would recommend them wholeheartedly to any family.

Negative experience: Previous review below. If a clinic feels like 5 stars... run the other way and don't look back. I was told my fillings were starting to expire and it was "time" to replace them. Even when I pushed back and asked if it was 100% necessary, I was always told: yes. It wasn't. It felt suspicious eventually so I went to another clinic that I had heard good reviews about. I was told I was right, the replacement wasn't necessary. Run, don't walk, away from Nepean Family Dental. - I started going to Nepean Family Dental when I moved to Ottawa. I do not have dental coverage with my work, and they've been very good at keeping visits affordable. I cannot recommend this dental office enough. I had a few fillings done incorrectly at my former dentist and they were quick to assess the problem and correct it. They haven't tried to push unnecessary procedures on me, and are great at answering my questions in depth.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for over 10 years now. The staff are courteous and the environment was clean and professional. The dentist took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for reliable dental care.

Fantastic experience: Amazing bed side manner. These guys are pros. Made me feel comfy. Pain level today is a 1 after 2 deep fillings and an extraction. Go and see these guys. .you won't be disappointed. Keep smiling.

Fantastic experience: I recently switched here from another Dentist in town, and while I have no complaints about my previous spot, this spot is much better. The staff are very friendly, attentive and the premises are very clean. I enjoy the direct billing as well as it helps me with how much each procedure will actually cost. Check them out!

Negative experience: It’s been over two years since I last visited and I am still receiving text reminders for booking appointments with them. Always be careful around a business which is relentless like this. Now you’ve earned yourself a review: I left because they started trying to push teeth fillings on me. The hygienist started to push teeth fillings and when I pay my teeth cleaning fees at the front desk, the receptionist would say something along the line of:” if you don’t do the teeth filling ASAP it will only get worse for you.” I saw this red flag and I left, because I never needed teeth filling. And it’s been two years, I still don’t need teeth filling. This practice seemed to be prioritizing profiting over honesty. To respond to the doubts in the owner’s response: You don’t see my online username in your system because it is not the name I use in real life. But my online username doesn’t undermine the validity of my experience at your business. And yes, this is the correct office and correct address, where everything I described happened, stop gaslighting me.

Fantastic experience: Always love my experience at Nepean family dental! The entire staff is welcoming, the clinic recently did renovations and it was money well spent! Fantastic experience: If I could give the practice 10 stars, I would. My entire family has been a patient here. My 8yr old daughter loves her dental visits and isn't nervous. Starting with the reception, our experience with Theresa has been amazing. She is warm and friendly. We get timely reminders, requested appointment availabilities and she makes sure our experience is exceptional every time. The dental hygienists are very friendly and talk us through our cleanings. Our dentist, Dr. Brar is a GEM!! She is humble, very understanding and doesn't push for treatments. She gives you a clear picture of what to expect and the line of treatment required. Her assistant is amazing too. I would strongly recommend them without any hesitation. Though this place is a 20-25 min drive from my place, I would make that trip without a second thought.

Fantastic experience: I was here in the spring and had an excellent experience with the Dr. Brar and hygienist. Their bedside manner is awesome. The manager there, was such a bully to the reception staff, I felt so bad. I went back last week and glad not to see her there. The atmosphere of the clinic is so positive and the service is fantastic and professional. The whole experience changes when the right people are serving you.

Negative experience: I had a filling done at this office, I was very happy with the dentist but I was not happy about the receptionist Ariana, she was very rude and the other receptionist tried to help, but I really didn’t understand the answer for my question because they were both arguing. But I was happy about my teeth.

Negative experience: I am on the new dental program CDCP for seniors, I still had to pay out of pocket, as far as I know basic dental work is covered under this government program, I spoke to the manager why I was charged extra and the manager was very rude very arrogant, I did not get a refund for the extra amount. I have called other dental offices and they said I should’ve not been charged extra because it’s basic dental work. I do not recommend this office..

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to this dentist for about a year now and im blown away with the service i get every visit. From all the front admins to the dentists/hygienists have been nothing but kind, genuine and they all really treat their patients with the upmost care and respect and it truly shows. I was loyal to another dentist for 10 years and never received the same care I’ve received here. They now have me as their loyal patient as I trust them and appreciate the care. The whole dental office is a great overall experience. It takes a village to run a business and when you have a good team it makes all the difference. Please give my thanks to the whole team. Negative experience: The office manager is extremely rude to patients and staff. I heard staff is not happy with her that’s why they keep leaving this office. My previous hygienist has left this office and the new hygienist was very rough with the cleaning and my teeth is hurting since then it’s gone super sensitive. Over priced.

Negative experience: I'm very unhappy with my teeth. Ever since I had my fillings, I've been in unbearable pain. I've gone back to the dentist and had my bite adjusted, but the problem hasn't been fixed. Every time I visit, I see a different dentist because the staff keeps leaving. I've seen over four dental hygienists because the office manager doesn't treat them well. I'm moving my file to a new location.

Fantastic experience: so, i already wrote a review 6 months ago in which i praised the people in the clinic and specifically Sara since she did the cleaning and her work was great, but since then i went again twice and i feel that i should praise this place even more. first of all, the receptionist Eryana (hopefully i spelled her name right lol) will be very friendly with you, so you will feel good from the get go. second of all, i know that i praised Sara before, but she did the cleaning again after 6 months and i feel that i should praise her again for her great work (praising more than 1 time never hurts). finally, Dr. Brar who was doing the checking after the X-Ray, was great ,very friendly, and funny (also the person who did the X-Ray was great but sorry i forgot your name lol). so yeah, all in all, its a great Dental clinic and i fully recommend it.

Negative experience: If I can give them a zero star, I would. Do not go here. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m very disappointed. They didn’t give notice with an email or a call and charged my credit card over 600$ without permission. They say there’s an authorization form signed from months ago, but usually businesses call for permission before charging clients. Very unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is the best I've been to. All the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They work very well with people that have a lot of anxiety - especially towards the dentist. The team is very patient and will go at your pace, make multiple appointments if needed, and give excellent recommendations if you need to see specialists. They are easy to communicate with and really care for you and your needs.

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere at this dental clinic. We love coming here. They have patience with our son who seems to never stay still during his visits and the TV on the ceiling sure helps a bunch. We have seen a few hygienists and dentists that work here as we are not fussy as long as the time works with our busy schedules. They all seem to do an amazing job and we are satisfied every visit. Glad we were recommended this place and now we actually stay on top of our regular dental visits.

Fantastic experience: this was my first visit to this clinic but I already had good expectations since it was recommended to me by my sister, and I can say that my expectations were fully met. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the dental hygienist who did my cleaning, which was Sara, did an amazing job since she was so friendly, caring , great at communicating, extra careful and of course, really good and I mean REALLY good (I feel like my teeth are new again). I am someone who is not fond of trips to the dentist but it was just the opposite with Dr. Brar and her team! Dr Brar really care about her patients. Negative experience: Almost 8million people read all my reviews over the past few years, so when I do reviewed businesses, it based how I’ve been treated from staff, their costumer service, the place itself, whether if it’s clean or not, parking, etc. I was treated by Dr.Inderpreet Brar,which I found her very rough, not very sympathize, not giving you comfort. and not very compassionate at all. I always hate going to the Dentist, and I told her that before I even sat on a chair, but she didn’t show me any level of comfort nor courage’s that things will be ok. Here is my observation based on my 2 visits And( probably my last) > first visit front desk staff, I don’t find it friendly and polite at all > second visit front desk staff was good. and helpful. > Dentist chair was very uncomfortable, and they give me this( CHEAP KIDS PINK sun glasses) to wear while performing the work. > dentist assistant are the same, no talking, rough and not showing of any comfort to me. > apparatus look untidy on the table, and it looks like it’s already been used, but unwashed, there were some kind of stained too( I wasn’t able to take pictures) Based on my visits I will not going back in this clinic any more. Would I recommend? It’s up to you to decide.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brar did my porcelain veneers. She is very gentle and professional. They made me feel very comfortable during my treatment, I would recommend everyone to visit Nepean Family Dental if they are having any issues with their teeth.
