Fantastic experience: I just had my first few visits at Hazeldean Dental Group with Dr. Merkley and she was amazing!! So knowledgeable and practical as well. Informed me of the best course of action for treatments, all while being reasonable about budgets. My hygienist Kathryn, was super nice as well. Very informative and made sure I was comfortable the entire time in the chair. Great explanations of procedures all around!

Fantastic experience: I cracked a molar in half on a Sunday evening, which Dr. Tamaru, Clara, and Dr Kosnevitch took care of quickly on Monday assessing the situation and removing the broken piece. Dr. Tamaru then managed to fast track me with a dental surgeon for the next day to remove the rest of the tooth and bone graft. It was as great of experience could be when you crack a tooth in half. Fantastic experience: I recently changed dentists to Dr Merkley at Hazledean Dental Group. I had an initial appointment and x-rays which determined that a filling needed to be replaced. A follow-up was made for the next week. I have to say that I had the best experience ever at a dental appointment. My teeth have always been sensitive and several times in the past I've required extra freezing. Dr Merkley and her assistant set you at ease and get to work. Dr Merkley answered any questions I had and gave me options for a problem tooth. I'm very pleased with the change of dentists that I made, so, would I recommend this dental office, absolutely!

Fantastic experience: Hazeldean Dental have provided all my oral and dental needs since the 1980s providing great service both regular scheduled and at times emergency appointments. My December 2024 visit to repair a chipped filling went very well and painlessly the dentist was able to do it successfully without the use of freezing The office staff has always bin very helpful also.

I look forward to seeing her just to have a small chat too. Dr Kosnevitch does dental work when required and he is excellent, and very personable. The front desk staff are always welcoming with smiles. It’s a busy clinic so any requested appointment changes, they work hard to accommodate you.

Negative experience: Time between cleaning appointments was 9 months. Difficult to book checkup. Hygienist did not finish cleaning and only did my upper teeth. Tried to book a follow up appointment as soon as possible to finish cleaning but non was available. Put on waiting list.

Fantastic experience: I had a decades old filling that Dr. Tamaru had cautioned me about previously, but I let it slide. Over the weekend the tooth surrounding the filling broke. I made an appointment on Monday, they squeezed me in on Thursday to fix the problem. As always, the staff are great. Polite, accommodating and professional. I’ve been going to this Dental Clinic for years. I highly recommend their services.
