Negative experience: Everything was fine except that I was experiencing the most extreme pain I can even imagine due to my tooth and they just suggested advil which I told them I was taking to no effect, gave me nothing and no other suggestions and I feel like the last 24 hours have been torture, I've been screaming and unable to sleep and no relief in sight until I can schedule treatment, I tried to call them and they lacked sympathy and understanding I feel they are money hungry and without care. The dentist I didn't trust at all and was very impatient with me.

Fantastic experience: When I first visited I was amazed that the Manager Vanessa sat with me for 35 minuted to explain the government sponsored plan. She was informative and answered all my questions. My visit with the hygienist Dawni was amazing. After 2 hours of ex rays and showing me on screen where my issues were entered A pleasant Dr who confirmed again what the ex rays showed. OH MY GOODNESS imagine not just stating but actually showing me. For the first time I feel confident with All aspects of Ferris Lane Dental.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist, and extremely helpful receptionists! I fell a few weeks ago and broke 4 of my front teeth, they took me in right away to help. As soon as swelling was down they fixed me up very well. My smile looks better than it did before the fall! Definitely would recommend.

I find this dental office to be punctual and haven’t had to wait too long in the waiting area. Dr. Mehrok takes the time to explain things and has not hesitated to answer my questions. Fantastic experience: My appointment t on November 25 with Dr Raubaugel went just as I had expected. Nice greeting by his assistant explaining what was to be done. I was interested in viewing on a screen the area in my mouth in which work was to be performed. The doctor arrived and clearly explained how the service was to be performed. A solution was applied only to my upper gum numbing the surface and then injected an anisthetic .After about 10 minutes the area was numb and he commenced with the removal of an old crown. He explained each step indicating what I might experience . I had absolutely no discomfort . He inserted an electronic instrument into my mouth which took 3D photos in order for the in-house computerized device to perfectly manufacture my new crown. He fitted it and I am100% satisfied. I never fear going to this dentist as I have always received first class treatment and the staff are great. Great place, wonderful staff and treatment. Tom Bookey

Dr. Raubvogl was fantastic as usual and the restorative hygienist Svetlana was so kind and easy that I fell asleep in the chair while she was completing the filling. That has never happened before so shows me just how relaxed they all made me feel. Five stars definitely!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter here for her first dental appointment. The hygienist and Dr. Mehrak were great with her. It went well- they were very accommodating, good with helping her feel relaxed enough to check her teeth (she is under 2) and had additional information for us that was useful.

Fantastic experience: As always, my recent visits were excellent! Had fillings completed and as usual, the needles to freeze my mouth were absolutely painless. Dr. Robvogel always amazes me as I never even feel them going in. His Dental Assistant was warm, welcoming, friendly and efficient. Svetlana, the Restorative Hygienist, flawlessly completes the fillings and rounds off an easy, friendly visit. Love the front desk staff, especially Ivanna and Asha. Great office and awesome dental work!

Negative experience: I completed the online form requesting to be contacted via email about a consult for possible braces. I got a call about 10 minutes later. The conversation was confusing. She said they can’t do Fridays after 3. I said no problem, how about Friday morning. They can’t do Friday morning either. I let her know, I’m going to get a quote from a different place and I thought I should get another. “Then why are you coming here? I don’t know what you want.” “Of course prices go up” I was disappointed with the phone call. Reply: it wasn’t that is was a phone call vs an email that was the disappointment, it was the conversation.

Negative experience: If I could give them a zero I would, I was a first time patient making an appointment for myself they called me an hour before cancelling my appointment, I was also approved for sunlife insurance which covered me 100 percent and they still wanted to charge me 160 dollars, my tone wasn't great with them but them calling me an uneducated Muslim was uncalled for. Sara is unprofessional and a rasict, Do not I repeat do not come here.

Fantastic experience: I visited this office multiple times for my dental work. The dentist, Dr Ali Maftoun, was fantastic, with excellent work and outcomes from professional and cosmetic aspects.

Negative experience: This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. The first appointment was a cleaning and X-rays/pictures. The hygienist only did half of my mouth. Which I could not understand why they wouldn’t schedule enough time. So I had to go back a second time and the new hygienist was also so confused as to why they didn’t do all my teeth. My second appointment was a crown that they said I needed on a tooth I was having no problems with. They did the crown, a few weeks later a chunk chipped off of the crown. They apologized and said they would fix it. They drilled it out of my mouth which took so long and the dentist kept leaving to check other clients. Then the freezing wore off and I said I needed more. He said “well you have already been given the amount that we give to people.” Then I had a temporary crown that fell off. Got the new crown. He put it in and it hurt so bad. Something was wrong. 4 days later I was on vacation in California and it fell off again. So I had to go to the dentist in California and he put it back on and I have had no trouble since then. Obviously I wouldn’t recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I am a very nervous patient and I may come across as more nervous than I actually am. However, Dr. Raubvogel is excellent. I had a broken front tooth that needed to come out pronto. "Well I thought it did". So, they fit me in as soon as possible and my tooth was out with ease, which might not have been the case given it was broken. I was so happy that Dr. Raubvogel with his skill got it out smoothly. I may have been overly excited immediately after but I was expecting the worst and got the best. Thank you everyone who was assisting. Much appreciated.

My crown was cracked (I didn’t know it was a crown issue at the time) and I was able to set up a same day appointment. Everything Angela did was for the benefit of my teeth. Her touch was gentle. Her manners impeccable. Her generous outlook was positive and uplifting. Fantastic experience: When I was concerned with an issue I had developed after receiving a crown, Dr Ali took the time to meet me afterwards and show me the pictures and X-rays and explain what was happening and why. He was very patient and helpful. He even was able to have the pictures forwarded to me so I could explain it to my family as well.

Fantastic experience: Verty Happy with the introductory explanation for the Gov. DENTAL plan. Even though I receive 100% coverage, thr dental plan is 2+ years behind in keeping up with 2025 pricing increases. It was yhoroughly explained about what my out of pocket costs would be. Staff were very knowledgeable and nice and it appeared as though equipment was state of the art. Very Happy with the new, very clean and polished look of my teeth. Chips to front teeth were expertly fixed. My smile I'd back to being fantastic!
