Fantastic experience: My whole family goes to Eagle Creek, and it is always a good experience. The dentists and hygienists are very kind. They explain things clearly and are very accommodating in answering any questions. The front staff are, in the main, both capable and friendly. Billing is straightforward, insurance is billed directly, and the space itself is clean, modern, and welcoming.

Positive experience: One of the receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The other one only focuses on what she can/cannot do and have a difficult time understanding what the clients needs. The dentist proposed two treatment options and asked the receptionist to provide an estimate for each treatment plan, then the receptionist told the client that she is not able to do that.

Negative experience: Total disappointed again with Eagle Creek dentist. I received an email one week before my appointment which showed me what I owe after my procedure. Once again, they wanted more money than the total on the email (significantly more). They could not explain why I owed so much more, prior to that I had a bridge put in they sent me an email saying I owed $1580. That was their policy when I showed up they asked for another thousand upfront before they could start the procedure And once again, they had no reason why. I will gladly take my money somewhere else and be treated with more respect

Fantastic experience: I had 2 new crowns replaced. Dr. Bedi was excellent. Made sure I felt comfortable. They make the crowns in their office. So no more waiting 2 weeks with temporary crowns like the good old days. All their staff are professional.

Megan always does an exceptional job with my cleaning, Dr. Bedi not only cares about you as a patient, but also as a person. Sabrina at the front desk always makes you feel like family when you walk in. My 9 year old actually looks forward to going to the dentist, which says a lot. They have dealt with it all with our family, and if there is ever an emergency they are beyond accommodating. If you are looking for a dental office I would recommend Eagle Creek Dental every time!

Positive experience: I've been going to Eagle Creek Dental for the past 3 years. My experiences have been mostly positive. The one main pet peeve I have is that I've been complaining of tooth pain for years. I feel my tooth pain was not taken seriously even though the dentist recommended a root canal, it was never followed through until I finally insisted due to the pain. I'm not sure why.

Fantastic experience: Going to Eagle Creek Village Dental is almost a pleasure. The office staff (Sabrina and Courtney), hygienist Jamie and the dentists make me feel very welcome and all are very professional and friendly. The office is modern and nicely decorated. I love the fact that they send me an estimate prior to my appointment so that I know how much the co-pay will be and how much my insurance plan will pay.

Positive experience: The dentist and staff are always excellent! They are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I’ve recommended this dental office to friends and family because I’ve been pleased since I first started coming to this office quite a few years ago. The only disappointing thing now is that the hygienists are booked up a long time in advance (8 months in my case) so I don’t always get my teeth cleaned as often as recommended. I would recommend booking a couple of appointments in advance to be able to stay on a regular cleaning schedule.

Negative experience: Not great at listening to what the patient wants. I asked for half an hour of scaling and to get what she could while she was in there, and the hygienist decided to just spend the whole time on the bottom half of my mouth and didn't touch the top. Expecting me to book again ASAP for the top half. Not impressed with them today.

Positive experience: I think they are great. But I have a concern they have too many clients. When you go in for your cleaning and check up the next bookings are already 8+ months out from that day. Or if you have to change an appointment:/ hopefully they can sort that out.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist office ever. I grew up with an absolute butcher of a dentist and I stopped going. I finally decided to choose a dentist after not going for over ten years and I absolutely adore this office of people, they instantly changed my whole outlook on dentists. Everyone is pleasant, very well put together, helpful and very sweet and it's super clean there. I can't say enough good things about this place. Choose them. The dentists and dental assistants are fast, efficient and professional and so are the receptionists. I love it here and that's super weird to say about the dentist...it's that good.

Cleaning and regular checkups the team have been gentle and have a choice of music, or something on the screen to keep you busy while they work. I had to make an emergency appointment and they fit me in within a day. It was the best dentist for me. I recommend them greatly. Had a root canal and there was no pain and I even fell asleep for a few minutes. They were very gentle. Thank you. See you again soon

Fantastic experience: Required a very short notice appointment as I had bitten down on something causing tooth pain. I was leaving in 72 hours for a six week trip and was very concerned. The staff at Eagle Creek Dental managed to fit me in, checked and x-rayed me to make sure nothing was wrong and I could go away worry free. Great work! Thank you!

They also take time ensuring all my concerns and questions are answered to give me a satisfactory experience and to ensure my dental health is always at its best. Today was even made more special because of Jamie and her cutest doggy dental assistant Dennis!

Negative experience: I was a new patient and I was only informed a few hours before my appointment that I needed an exam or previous X-rays, which could have been communicated earlier. This would have allowed me to arrange for my previous clinic to send the necessary X-rays ahead of time. Even though I had already informed them that I had received all necessary dental work two months ago at a different clinic in Vancouver and only needed a cleaning, I had to get new X-rays taken. The examination took longer than expected, and unfortunately, they only cleaned my lower teeth. They charged me $225 for cleaning my lower teeth, $32 for the X-rays, and $55 for the examination. The tool used during the procedure seemed to be inserted too deeply into my gums, making it a painful experience. I'm not sure if the hygienist was experienced, but it left me with increased gum sensitivity rather than addressing my cleaning needs. Additionally, I had set aside my Saturday for this appointment, but because of the extended exam, as they were looking for potential issues, the cleaning wasn't completed as planned. With my limited availability during the week, this was quite frustrating. The clinic was also a bit uncomfortable temperature-wise, and unlike other clinics where the hygienist had an assistant for tasks like suctioning, everything was handled alone, which made the process feel less smooth. Given these issues, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning in the future.

Fantastic experience: Starting with my pre-op discussions with Sabrina, and then arriving to find a lovely atmosphere and greeting, and finishing with my appointment with Dr. Gurjot Bedi....I would not improve a thing! Everyone was pleasant, welcoming and knowledgable. Thank you everyone!

Fantastic experience: I have been a regular patient at Eagle Creek Dental for many years now. Top notch professionals that offer the best of dental care. Appointment times are well managed and they allow my medical insurance to be easily processed.

Positive experience: I've been there at least 3 times and hygienists have always been excellent. Service is generally good and the clinic is nice, clean and modern. The first once or twice I realized that they had charged above what was being paid to them in my insurance claim. However, I did not bother much since they did not ask me for extra payment. The last time I was there, they asked for an additional $2 per procedure in addition to the insurance claim. They claimed that it is a common procedure and many clinics charge 10% extra above the BC dental fee guide. I asked around all my coworkers and have never heard of them having a similar experience in their clinics in victoria. I have 2 insurance coverages (myself and spouse) but both insurance companies only pay up to what is in the BC dental fee guide. And since they are charging over, there is no way that I can charge the residual to the secondary insurance. The amount is small but it bothers me that other clinics are not doing it. (I only moved over from my previous clinic because they are closer to my home now). I am not sure how the price is like if it's for major work since I've only done basic services. I would be shopping around for a new place.

Negative experience: Very hard to get an appointment for teeth cleaning. Six month wait. They will automatically pre book you for your next clean and you won't know until the day close to your appointment if you can't make it guess what 6 month wait. Also continuously late for fillings. One day it was 2 hrs late. I went home and rebooked. Today was half hr late. One particular reception staff talks so much you can't get a word in to ask a question and when you do goes on forever and never answers it anyways. Very frustrating. Dentist himself is great work and personality. Will be going elsewhere. They seem to be too busy

Fantastic experience: The best staff and dentists! My husband and I both go there. They are so welcoming and they work hard to accommodate you if you need a quick fix or if you are in pain. We've had everything done there. Wisdom teeth removal, cavity fixes, regular cleanings...the works. Every time has been a great experience (well...for a dental appt ;) . They treat you with respect and communicate and they make sure to actually care for your teeth...not just fill appointments and make money. We both switched from different dentists we were super pleased with and I am very thankful we did.
