My dental hygienist Emily is always thorough, gentle, and makes the cleaning process comfortable. Haya is also very kind and professional. Dr. Andrew takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident about your dental care. The whole team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about their patients. Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with this dental clinic. From my very first visit, even though I did not have an appointment and walked in, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to carefully review my insurance coverage and clearly explained the costs involved, which I truly appreciated. I also had the opportunity to meet with the doctor Andy his team, and I was very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, and care. Yuna and Haun were my two dentists who are really attentive, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The quality of service provided was excellent. Fantastic experience: Got my 4 wisdom teeth surgery few months ago thru IV Sedation. Soooo pretty good that I did not feel any pain during and after operation. Will definitely refer this place to all my friends and family! Arrived to my appointment and was greeted right away. The dental assistant, Sophia, was awesome. She was so friendly, i felt no fear or anxiety. It’s been years since my last dental visit. She did all my xrays and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr Anne came and did my dental exam and cleaning. She was so nice, friendly, patient and informative. She took the time to explain to me exactly what the plan, issues, and procedures were. She ensured i was comfortable along the way. Leah, did the finishing touches and polished my teeth! I had such a great time and my teeth haven't felt so clean and fresh in such a long time!

Fantastic experience: It was indeed a great dental experience with Fraserview dentist. The team was very pleasant to deal with, from the reception to the dental team themselves. I felt very welcomed and taken cared of. I was presented with issues I never heard with my previous dentist before which is surprising but in a good way coz I got to be aware of it. Negative experience: It was the worst care and service I've ever received, the dentist, Dr. Andy, seriously damaged my tooth, and it has already cost me a lot of money. Instead of caring for the patient, the clinic's manager sent me an insulting mail and closed my file. Despite having enough X-rays, your doctor did not perform his duties correctly. Fraserview Dental provides the poorest care and service. My tooth's nerve and dental bone were harmed by one of their dentists. Because of his error, I have inflammation following the treatment and endure terrible pain every day. Either it will get worse or fixing it will be costly. In the process, he destroyed the nerve in my tooth, which was merely supposed to be a cavity filling. The front desk workers treated me with rudeness. I tried to schedule a visit with the dentist to examine where the pain was coming from, but it took three weeks for them to answer. When I finally did, I found out that he was at fault throughout the procedure. The dentist never apologized for his mistakes when I met him; instead, he said, "What do you need us to do?" I had a bad experience with Fraserview Dental; they want a lot of money for a procedure that went wrong and would take a long time to fix. I also feel horrible about their degrading messages. Since then, I've been searching for a qualified dentist to correct their error, which came with high consultation fees. Sadly, the damage has already been done, the owner of the clinic must contact to apologize for what happened.

Fantastic experience: I’m get anxious about visiting the dentist but not anymore. From the moment I walked in the door today I felt at ease. It was my first time visiting this clinic and couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. I followed my hygienist Michelle from a previous clinic best she is just the best ever! Dr Foellmi and her assistant Sophia made sure I got the best care,they were super welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Their “bed side manner”was outstanding. Fantastic experience: I had to have an implant for one of my bottom front teeth and I was very glad that I went to Dr. Chris Lee at Fraserview Dentist. He was very clear explaining the positive and the negative side of the narrow implant and the surgery procedure which gave me the confidence and the trust that the outcome will be a great success. Negative experience: Our Disappointing Experience at Fraserview Dentist After five years of loyalty, my husband and I are saying goodbye to Fraserview Dentist, and it's largely due to one particular receptionist. This woman, who apparently has a nine-year tenure, consistently exhibits a power-tripping and borderline rude demeanor that makes patients feel unwelcome. The final straw came when my husband called to book an appointment for a chipped tooth. Despite his willingness to take a 30-minute slot, she unyieldingly insisted on two appointments, without even knowing the extent of the damage. When he mentioned that Dr. Andy had previously fixed similar chips in a single visit, she became confrontational, accusing him of "pushing the dentist" and threatening to refuse service if he had "high expectations." Her flippant remark about treating everyone "equally" and not giving "special treatment" to a five-year patient felt incredibly passive-aggressive and unnecessary. It's truly a shame. My husband had built a great relationship with Dr. Andy over the years. Fraserview Dentist's front desk clearly needs to re-evaluate their customer service, as their current approach is costing them loyal patients like us. Earlier experience: I had a great experience. Everyone is very caring and accommodating. I have been coming here since 2 years and had good experience every time.

Negative experience: Unacceptable Service at Fraserview Dentist Changing my 5 star to 1 start after a recent experience. After five years as loyal patients, my wife and I are taking our business elsewhere due to the consistently negative and unprofessional behavior of a long-term receptionist at Fraserview Dentist. This individual, who boasts about her nine years of employment, demonstrates a clear pattern of power-tripping, bordering on rude and unwelcoming. My recent attempt to book an appointment for a chipped tooth highlighted these issues. Despite my willingness to schedule a 30 minute appointment, I was met with rigid insistence that two appointments would be necessary, even without a preliminary assessment of my tooth. When I, in a very friendly manner, mentioned previous instances where minor chips were fixed on the same day by Dr. Andy and other dentists at the clinic, the receptionist became openly hostile, accusing me of "pushing the dentist" and threatening to deny service if I had "high expectations." Her dismissive response to my five-year patient history, stating that they "treat everyone equally" and offer no "special treatment," was particularly galling and passive-aggressive. This experience was entirely unnecessary and contrasts sharply with the positive and accommodating service I immediately received from another dental clinic, where a similar request was met with friendly assurance and a willingness to prioritize patient convenience. Fraserview Dentist's front desk evidently lacks basic customer service skills, leading to the loss of long-standing patients. Older review: I have been coming here for the last 4 years now and my experience has always been great! Dr. Andy goes above and beyond to help you even stay in touch on holidays for any dental pain related issues. My experience has been overall great so far and I highly recommend this place. They also give you fast appointments in case of pain or immediate dental issues.

Fantastic experience: My wife had a filling fall out of a tooth last night and I called Fraserview Dentist first thing this morning. The receptionist was super friendly and they managed to get her in this morning for a checkup and x-rays. Came back in the afternoon and they fixed her tooth. The receptionist team and the dental team are absolutely amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My wife was so happy to have come to this Dentist and they have a new, super happy customer. I'd like to thank Fraserview Dentist for getting my wife in today. We truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back very soon!

Negative experience: Insane experience with the Fraserview Dental Hygienist and Receptionist. I told the rep polishing wasn't done. She confirmed with the Hygienist and said it is completed. BUT IT WAS NOT. I was not in a state to argue or I don't know if Fraserview Dental has a different method/approach of polishing Teeth. I just left the place. Ensure you guys are confirming the TREATMENT PLAN and BILLING. Fraserview Dental don't charge for the procedure that you didn't complete. Disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My dentist retired and I’ve been on the hunt for a good dentist as I am very diligent with my oral health - which also means that I am very meticulous about the details. I don’t typically go out of my way to write reviews either unless I truly love the products or services. Everyone here is so professional, friendly, and the attention to details is just immaculate. You’re not there to just do a routine cleaning and then out. They actually take their time to turn it into a more personal experience! They’re also not the type of office to push you into unnecessary procedures or services - they advised me what my insurance doesn’t cover in advance so I can decide whether I want to proceed with it. They presented me with various of other options for my clenching which no one had told me before. I am just extremely impressed with their work ethnic and knowledge. I personally feel like I hit the jackpot here, and I couldn’t be any happier. I look forward to my next appointment to be honest

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the way this clinic treats patients. The receptionist is unbelievably rude and talks as if she owns the place. My appointment was cancelled last minute because the hygienist was sick — which I understand happens. But when I asked about it, I was told that if I ever cancel last minute, I’ll be charged $100. Somehow, when it’s their fault, it’s just unfortunate — but if a patient has an emergency, it’s a fee. That’s completely unfair. What’s worse is when I called again to rebook, the receptionist rudely repeated the same thing about the $100 charge and even threatened to cancel my file just because I questioned it. How is that fair or professional? Patients deserve to be treated with respect, not intimidation.

Negative experience: I had a couple of disappointing experiences at the clinic and I would advise anyone seeking Invisalign treatment or a dentist who thoroughly reviews patient’s dental records and X-rays before confirming a treatment plan to not waste your time. I was initially told we could move ahead with Invisalign treatment by Dr. Chris, then told by the manager over the phone that it was no longer possible. No referral to another provider (ortho or dentist) was offered and when I requested another dentist to review my file, the manger simply stated that wasn’t possible because Chris owns the practice. When I asked again if any other dentists worked there I could see, this request was dismissed. I was facing significant jaw pain due to malocclusion and should have just approached another practice after this but did not have the time in between my schedule to start from scratch with another provider so asked for masseter Botox to help with this. I had received masseter botox from a plastic surgeon a year ago and had no issues because she knew where to inject the neurotoxin. Unfortunately for me, Dr. Chris didn’t and ended up paralyzing a couple of smile muscles very close to the masseter as well as the masseter. I had also asked for a nightguard to be made to help reduce the daytime effects and pain of grinding. When I woke up after wearing the night guard my teeth felt more out of alignment than usual so I requested to see Dr. Chris again to review my concerns and for him to take a look at the night guard, perhaps adjust it or make a lower night guard instead, and the effects of the Botox on my face. Instead of actually listening and taking my feedback into consideration, he just gaslit me. This practice needs an overhaul in lead dentistry and the ability to accept constructive criticism without responding defensively or refusing to acknowledge patient experience. Patronizing until the very end, when I asked him what he thought of other options I had found to treat me case, and if they’d be appropriate he simply said hollowly, “we’ll do whatever you want to do.” This guy is trying to do it all without the dental training to actually advise best treatment, he couldn’t provide any other expertise and suggested I just wait it out as I shared I had found another practice to start Invisalign with in a month’s time. Resigned by his lack of interest, creativity or care, I simply asked for my money back for the night guard. I even had to stop him after I described what had gone wrong with his Botox injections that I wasn’t asking him to explain what he had done, I was providing him valuable feedback to better enhance his injecting practice. It takes between 3-9 months for the Botox to wear off and if he does the same to another patient who complains about losing their smile, he should be able to apologize and reassure them of what happened and what to expect. Poor Chris acted as though he had never had to really stop and suspend the urge to condescend to a patient as though they had no idea what he was doing before, laughed awkwardly and said “OK, I will think about that.” In this dentist’s case, he should not be offering Invisalign if he balks at the thought of consulting directly with the patient. Some dentists work collaboratively with orthodontists in the same practice which can yield excellent and predictable results. I think Dr Chris actually scared himself by promising too much too soon and then was too uninterested to ensure I was connected to an appropriate care provider to take my case, relying on his manager to actually make the call to cancel treatment instead of taking ownership of the mistake by doing it himself. Gross. Jaw pain matters, malocclusion treatment matters and correctly acknowledging when you hit other muscles the patient didn’t ask you to with Botox matters. You don’t have to be riddled with shame and avoidance as a healthcare provider when you mess up, you simply have to apologize and make it right by referring to someone more experienced and confident to treat the case you couldn’t.

The calm and relaxing approach from start to finish goes above and beyond any other I have received before. The staff was caring and lovely to deal with and the dentists make sure you are comfortable every step of the way. I could not recommend them enough. Fantastic experience: So I've been dreading going to a dentist, I have had super bad anxiety surrounding dental work, especially since the beginning of the pandemic... Also no dental coverage. Yesterday I went to Fraserview Dentist and they are absolutely amazing. They were friendly and kind, explaining everything they were doing and why. My cleaning was not painful even though they had to get under my gums. They listened to my concerns and talked with me about how to address the issues most efficiently. Today I went in for a filling (I only had ONE cavity!!!) they didn't freeze me because it was unnecessary and I was in and out in less than 40 minutes, which included going over the next steps, I have a couple of metal fillings from childhood that cause a lot of sensitivity to temperature, and book in all the appointments to have those removed and crowned. Dr Andrew Park is a great dentist and all the staff at Fraserview Dentist are fantastic. 1000/10 would recommend!
