They’re both so professional, gentle, and really take the time to make sure everything is done properly. Overall the entire team is amazing and the clinic is always organized and pleasant. The staff is friendly, attentive, and professional from routine checkups and X-rays to cleanings and the occasional filling. The clinic is well equipped with 8 rooms (and 2 more coming), and there are specialists available for pretty much any dental need. The front desk is always helpful with scheduling and insurance questions. They really take care of your health plus you get a free pouch every visit, which is a nice touch! I even managed to get a same-week appointment thanks to cancellations, so don’t hesitate to ask. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Best dental clinic in Vancouver! I really had the best experience here. The receptionists are so nice, especially Angela! She is always consistent, pleasant and was more than happy to be of help. I was getting my retainers done here and she explained everything patiently and even gave me the best advice to get the best value and best deal. My dentist, Dr. James Vu, is very professional and caring. He basically took over a really bad dental job that I had with my previous dentist. He fixed everything and that really helped improve my quality of life. He cares about his patients and I couldn't have been happier choosing to trust him and this clinic for all my dental needs. His assistant, Ryan is always so kind, smiling and positive! I love this clinic and I could not ask for more! They have very clean and spacious clinics. I usually am anxious visiting the dentist but all of my visits have been nothing but pleasant and relaxing, I even fell asleep during my dental procedures. When my wisdom tooth was taken out, I did not even realize it was already done Overall, a delight! It's a 5 star dental clinic!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Kingsgate Dental is the best Dental practice I've been to and is why I continue to go there, even though I now live on Vancouver Island. The receptionists are prompt through email and are so lovely in person. All the dentists and hygienists are professional, kind and reassuring (and gentle on sensitive teeth)! Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the Kingsgate Dental clinic. The cleanings I get there are the best I have ever had: both thorough and gentle. Also, I’ve had extensive dental work including 2 implants, a gold crown, and several fillings. They have specialists for every different procedure, and I feel like I am in very good hands. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Kingsgate Dental for many years. I get my cleanings done here by either Krystal or Simon- Both of whom are extremely thorough and professional. I’ve never experienced any discomfort or pain while getting my teeth cleaned. I’ve also been seeing Dr. Yeung for some minor dental work, he is professional and very gentle. All the staff I’ve encountered at the clinic have also been very friendly and knowledgeable. The clinic is very clean, bright, and equipment looks well maintained. Also, one of the bonuses of coming to Kingsgate Mall is the ample free parking in the parking lot! I have referred Kingsgate Dental to many of my friends, and everyone had nothing but positive things to say! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Kingsgate Dental since 2015 and I have found their service and facilities to be excellent. Dr .Vu and the hygienists are very knowledgeable, gentle, professional, and patient. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Kingsgate Dental since 2016 and have always had a good experience with them. The hygienists and dentists are always friendly, efficent, and careful. I also appreciate that they have never really push any particular procedures, but inform me of my options and let me choose what works best for me. Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Kingsgate Dental since we moved to the neighbourhood 13 years ago, and I keep going back because they are excellent, both in the quality of the care they deliver and their customer service. The dental work I’ve had done has lasted years with no trouble, and they are honest and upfront about what I need, with no pressure or upselling. The staff are kind, the hygienists are thorough and friendly, and the dentists are excellent. The couple of times I’ve had (accidental) emergencies, they’ve always been able to get me in and treat the problems right away. My son has been going since his first dental visit and has also never had a problem or a complaint, and never fusses about going to the dentist. What more could anyone ask?
