Negative experience: February 7, 2026 I had a very disappointing experience at Polo Park Dental. Before my root canal and filling, I was told my out-of-pocket cost after insurance (75% covered) would be around $250–$280. When I went to pay, they suddenly demanded $550. After I argued and asked them to call a senior staff member, the amount was reduced to $275. This makes it feel like they tried to scam me out of an extra $275. Billing should be transparent, not something patients have to fight over. Completely unacceptable.

Negative experience: Had a restoration done on one tooth, cost me over 300$..... restoration literally crumbled off while i was driving within a couple months. Called them to book an appt to have it redone, as they are SUPPOSED to last for years without issue (unless u damage them on something) and they informed me that id have to pay for it.... r u kidding me? The restoration i had on the same tooth before this lasted for 15 years.... the one next to it, was done 20 years ago and is still going strong..... there was absolutely no way i was going to pay for an appt so the dentist could find a way to blame me for the restoration failing. Wont be going there ever again and by the looks of the reviews, im not the only one.

Fantastic experience: I had a very good experience at Polo Park Dental. They accommodated a same day appointment as I had a cracked tooth. The clinic is large and very modern. Dr Corso was punctual and friendly and explained my treatment options clearly. I was given antibiotics that helped so much in alleviating my pain. I also really appreciated the direct billing to my insurance. I would certainly go back and recommend this dental office to others!

Negative experience: I came here for years and years until I had a bad expierence with my dentist Dr. Pierce a few years ago. She really turned me off from this place and I never came back. I was referrred to her because she was supposed to be a good dentist for people with dental anxiety and she just gave me more anxiety. The office staff and her assistant were always great though.

Fantastic experience: I went in with a very bad tooth. And associated ache that was beyond tolerable. No appointment, they staff booked me an appointment on the spot and within 2 hours the ache was a distant memory. Way over and above. I cannot recommend polo park dental enough. A previous visit under similar circumstances was met with the same level of concern and care, as well as explaining the what's and why's... thanks to all of you!

I'm usually nervous with dentists but they all made me very comfortable. Very professional and patient, thank you. I really feel like I'm in good hands. Very happy with my crown. I feel like my teeth are full and complete.

Dr. Monty did a fantastic job,he explained the procedure clearly and performed my tooth extraction so smoothly that I didn’t even realize when it was done. I felt no pain at all. A truly skilled and caring dentist. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Noah Corso is very professional, kind and patient. He extracted four wisdom teeth for me at once. Other staff members are also helpful. Their fee charge is reasonable compared to other surgical centers in Winnipeg. They accepted CDCP and I paid just little by myself.

Negative experience: I have been going to this dentist office for decades but now I will not be returning. I had to book an appointment 2 months in advance for teeth cleaning and check up. When arriving for my appointment I was informed my dentist retired a week ago. They clearly couldn't be bothered to let me know prior to the appointment. Worse yet the dental hygienist never finished my cleaning. 3/4 of my mouth was scaled and nothing else was done. They expect me to book another appointment in 2 months or so or ask to be added on to a cancellation list. Absolute joke and waste of my time. I have never ever had someone not finish cleaning my teeth. Noticed another recent review for the same issue. Seems they just try to get the most people in and out possible and even try to get some to come back for what should be unnecessary return visits.

Fantastic experience: Can’t thank Dr. Noah Corso enough. I had my two wisdom teeth removed and it went super smooth. Didn’t feel a thing the entire time and was done in less than 40 minutes. I’m no longer dealing with any pain. There’s absolutely no bruising or anything and I wanted to leave a heartfelt review.

Fantastic experience: Been going there forever staff is amazing. I drive across the city to see Dr L Lau cause he is just awesome. They will do their best always to squeeze you in for emergencies and are open late which can be hard to find.

Negative experience: The reception service was rude and lacked manners. I had an appointment today at 11:50, and she kept me waiting. When I asked her why, she replied nonsense. I won’t be coming back again.

Fantastic experience: Today I got some awesome service at Polo Park dental centre from Dr. Monti and Kayla and the receptionists. I had a sudden incident 2 days ago where a right-side bottom molar broke off and the root was left in place which caused fever and headache (likely due to infection). The team worked with my phone call yesterday afternoon and this morning I just got the bottom-right root pulled out with zero pain! Shoutout to the Polo park dental team for some really excellent service!

Negative experience: Terrible experience! The dentist a male. Knew I had fear of dentists and getting my teeth pulled. He only gave me a little bit of freezing and was wrenching back and forth with my tooth in his grip while asking if that hurt ! Of course my answer was a muffled "YES!" But that didnt change anything.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for a simple cleaning, but instead they ran unnecessary diagnostics, X-rays, and tests I never asked for — all of which were extra charges. The hygienist didn’t even finish the cleaning and told me to come back for a second visit, meaning I have to pay twice for what should have been done once. Feels like they care more about making money than about patients. Customer Service was useless. I do not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I cannot thank the staff at Polo Park Dental Centre Winnipeg enough. Everyone from the receptionist, Dental hygienist, dental assistant, and Doctors who have helped me over the last few years. They are all so friendly, compassionate, informative, professional, and personable. Most of my visits were when I was in extreme pain and they ALWAYS got me in ASAP. This past Saturday, I had to get an extraction and once again because of pain. Dr. Ji easily performed the procedure without any complications. I left the office and over the next few days I developed an infection and along with a growth on my neck. I looked into finding a clinic to look at it and no one had any openings. I called Polo Park yesterday and the receptionist was so helpful and got me in for today! Went in today, Dr. Ji looked at it, proscribed some antibiotics for the inflammation, and also contacted an oral surgeon to deal with the growth. I never thought I would say this about a medical establishment but I really feel like they have my back. Negative experience: I have had two night guards from this establishment. The one made in spring of 2023 was great and worked perfectly. I have recently had another one made and it was awful. I went to pick it up and it was way too big. A lot of adjustments were made I was sent home with a sub par night guard that hurt to wear. Took it out part way through every night I attempted to wear it because it was too painful. Went back and was told by dr pierce that we will re scan and make a new one. She then decided to adjust the same one I had. Also told me that people aren’t liking these night guards. Then said if this adjustment still doesn’t work after trying it for a few weeks to call leave a message they will send my scan to the lab to make me a new one. I’m pretty sure they are polo park is making these night guards in house. They are awful. Anyways called today and was told I need to come back to adjust it again. There is nothing to adjust this is a horrible night guard that will never work for my mouth. So now I’m without a night guard for 2 years as I’ve used my coverage to pay for this horrible piece of “equipment”. Hopefully I don’t crack a tooth during the night. I will not be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend these guys! I was very hesitant coming in but my wife said they are excellent and I must say I agree. I’ve had very bad visits elsewhere in the past. Just with hand heavy dentists pulling and poking on purpose, NOT here. Thankfully the dentist was very professional and understood my concerns perfectly. He made me VERY comfortable and was quick and straight to the extraction.

They were able to slowly help me overcome my aversion to the dentist through their care and consistency. I have always been so impressed. They take time to check in. I send all my kids there and my husband too. If you are wondering where to go where there is a "Good Dentist", Polo Park Dental is incredible. I recently saw Dr. Montry there when Dr. Pierce was on holidays - turns out - Amazing too.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient since 2020. I originally picked this dental clinic due to its close proximity to my work location. I don't work close anymore, however the staff and care are so wonderdul my husband and I both chose to keep attending. I enjoy the multicultural atmosphere, the space, professionalism, and quality care. I've personally been treated by several dentists and hygienists and each one made me feel heard and comfortable. There are genuine smiles, laughter, and joy which tells me the staff treats eachother well! I enjoy the appointment reminders, the excellent communication, and cleanliness! We love our dental clinic.
