Fantastic experience: Had a tooth extraction today done at this clinic, i had a really good experience with the dentist Sabeen and her DA and were both were professional. I recommend greenwoods clinic.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. First the dental chair was dirty with a lot of muddy stains. The hygienist did the cleaning for only about 10 minutes, and the polishing and fluoride treatment were finished within minutes. It definitely did not deserve the $220 charge.

Fantastic experience: Came in to book an appointment, but the whole team was efficient and helped me out to get the procedure done on the same day. Very glad with the results and will be switching to this dental place. Amazing service and experience.

Negative experience: I took my 6-year-old daughter to Dr. Hwon Kim today due to multiple cavity issues. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the experience. We were kept waiting for an hour, and when it was finally our turn, the treatment procedure felt rushed. I also noticed that Dr. Kim used disrespectful language toward my daughter. He did not show patience or seem understanding when dealing with a young child. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic for pediatric consultations

Negative experience: I have done my 2 tooth filling yesterday. I am in pain after numbness was over. I am in very much pain but today is holiday. After taken naproxen it didn’t help me. Before filling, I don’t have so much pain. What to do now? I was in pain after treatment and they charged me again for follow up appointment. And prescribed me antibiotics and referred me to senior doctor and senior doctor appointment is scheduled after one month. I am taking antibiotics and still in too much pain after doing my tooth filling. Actually dentist has done filling of wrong tooth that tooth needs RCT and he did not tell me before . During follow up, he told me that I need RCT of one tooth. I asked then why he did tooth filling to that sensitive tooth and I am in severe pain and it is effecting my daily routine . It is totally disgusting. Too much pain even after having pills of antibiotics. Before tooth filling, I have just mild pain. And the treatment by Dr. Jivom made my condition worse and even after paying for him follow up appointment and treatment, I did not get relief of pain.

Negative experience: I went to the dental clinic only for a routine teeth cleaning. When I first arrived, I was quoted a price of $500, which was said to include an examination, cleaning, and other services. However, I only requested a standard cleaning. The dentist wearing a headscarf appeared impatient when she realized that my English was limited. Later, the clinic arranged for another staff member who speaks my language to communicate with me, and that person performed the routine cleaning. However, the cleaning was not done thoroughly. When I asked why my teeth were not fully cleaned, the dentist did not explain it to me directly, even though I could understand her. Instead, she made a phone call and asked the staff member who speaks my language to explain that I had a lot of tartar and that only half of the cleaning was done that day. I found this service very unsatisfactory and unprofessional I clearly stated that the problem was with your service. Everything I described was completely ignored in your response. Your staff were rude, no one explained the service, no one assessed my dental condition or told me how long the treatment would take, and you even refused to communicate with me. Instead of addressing these issues, you picked one small point and made up excuses, exactly like your so-called Executive Vice President — arrogant, unapologetic, and dismissive. Everyone knows your Google reviews are manipulated. Offering customers discounts or vouchers in exchange for positive reviews is disgraceful. This clinic is trash

Negative experience: Very unprofessional communication. During my appointment, the Korean dentist Kim? used a word I did not understand, so I politely asked him to repeat or explain it. Instead of clarifying, he responded with “never mind” . As a patient, especially in a medical setting, clear communication is essential. Dismissing a patient’s question like this feels unprofessional and disrespectful. I believe healthcare providers should take the time to ensure patients fully understand what is being said, regardless of language or background. Unfortunately, this was not my experience.

Negative experience: I will not be coming back. I honestly do not understand how this place has so many good reviews. I went in for a regular teeth cleaning, which was finished in about 20 minutes, yet I was charged an extra $45 on top of what my insurance covered. On top of that, they did not provide a proper professional receipt. Overall, the experience felt rushed and unprofessional.

Negative experience: I visited this clinic once in the past. After that visit, before the end of the year (when insurance renews), I received an email from the clinic claiming that I urgently needed dental treatment, even though I had no dental issues at that time. When I contacted them, they apologized. I decided to ignore that incident. However, in the new year, I later found out that the clinic had submitted a treatment estimate directly to my insurance company on my behalf, without my consent and without me booking any appointment. This behavior is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I do not recommend this clini

Fantastic experience: My first time there and an amazing experience. Wiscon, Julie and Dr Spencer were all so kind, considerate and joyful to be around. I am not a fan of doctors or dentists and with the exception of a drill in my mouth, it felt like visiting friends.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kim was amazing! He was careful, patient, and asked if I had any questions. I had a root canal done on TWO teeth at the same appointment. No swelling following the appointment or at all during the recovery.

Negative experience: Probably the worst dentist I've ever been to. Right from walking in. No hello, or smile just "do you have appointment" I did. From there it just got worse. I asked them prior to my appointment to pre auth the insurance because my company is finicky. I said even if it declined I can pay no problem. But they were so stressed and was so on me about insurance and my coverage etc. The x-ray lady was rude and rushy and accidentally smacked the long rod which caused me to gag and pain. Then a different tech came in to polished who seemed very nervous. Started polishing with the paste flying all over my face. And the way she was operating the polisher seemed very inexperienced. Then the worst she went to suction and went too down my throat it sucked to my tonsil, caused me to gag and slightly throw up in my mouth I jutted up a pulled off my tonsil which was quite painful. By this time I was done and declined any further treatment. This place is very unorganized and is over barring with insurance and money, no privacy and terrible customer service. I think the only reason they have 4+ stars is because if you do a google review they give you Tim Hortons gift card. Also seems shady to me. The reason I came here was to have some compound bonding done which I was assured was done at that location. The dentist seemed to disagree with what I was told. Total chaos.

Fantastic experience: I had my second visit today with Dr. Hwon Kim. I am a senior, and had not visited a dentist in some time as my previous dentist had retired. I found Dr. Kim to be excellent, gentle, and very caring. He discusses options and what to expect and does his best to make it a pain-free experience... Negative experience: My husband went for a regular checkup at Greenwoods Dental last month and was told he needed a new x-ray. They said it should be covered by insurance. However, when he went back for a filling 2 weeks later, we were surprised to learn that the insurance didn't cover the x-ray and he had to pay for it out of pocket. What's frustrating is that they didn't check with the insurance beforehand or let us decide if we wanted to proceed with the x-ray. Shouldn't they verify coverage before taking the x-ray? Not impressed with the lack of communication and transparency.

Negative experience: Visited this location this week, and the receptionist with bangs was really rude. She also forgot to sign me in and let a patient that had an appointment after me, go in before me. There was no apology or resentment, no explanation either. When asked about the same, she was kept up with her rude attitude. I don't think I'll be visiting this place again. This place used to have better staff, especially polite receptionists, its going downhill now. And ofcourse you're not able to find my name in your dental records, because this is my different email that uses my prior alias. Nevertheless, the experience with Muskan handling my appointment was terrible. That's why I canceled my follow up appointment and took my business elsewhere. And I don't wish to get in touch with you guys, because your team has done enough damage, I'm not gonna be a fool again.

Negative experience: I was sent here for a root canal, the dentist had me frozen and waited 45 minutes before he came back to do the procedure. Then I had to come back as it was still hurting, then waited again in their tiny waiting room for 40 minutes before I was seen. The dentist is not friendly and has an attitude

Negative experience: I visited this clinic a few weeks ago, and while the staff was very warm, friendly, and attentive, I noticed some concerns regarding hygiene. During my treatment, the dentist would attend to other patients and return without changing gloves, which raised some hygiene concerns. Additionally, while waiting for the procedure to take effect, the dental assistant used their phone and did not change gloves afterward. These lapses in hygiene are concerning from a health perspective. I want to emphasize that the staff's friendliness and care were genuinely appreciated, and I believe that improving these hygiene practices would make the overall experience much safer.
