Fantastic experience: Came for wisdom extraction, Dr Vipul did a fab job. Painless and stressfree and the job was completed in 15 min. Frontdesks , Melanie was the sweetest and most helpful. Whole staff is friendly and kind.

Today I had a cleaning with Miss Rechell and it went very well and I spoke with the Dentisi Dr. Zaheer and found i need one filling and I am booked for the following Tuesday and I truly like the dental care.. .Dr. Zaheer is a friendly dentist and he explained everything to me.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vipul Prajapati is an excellent general dentist. He did an amazing job repairing my chipped front tooth. The filling looks completely natural… you can’t even tell it was ever chipped. I’m so happy with the results and truly appreciate his skill and attention to detail!

Negative experience: The assistant saw I had dry lips and a small crack in my lip and when checking the gum lining and she roughly split my lip open fully by how rough she was. She could have offered Vaseline or did it more gently. She wanted to hurt me. The dentists are great here. The assistants are kinda rude and not educated enough. Last time the assistant almost let a hardening agent slip down my throat because she told me to just breathe when making a mold of my teeth when I was struggling and panicking trying to keep it from going into my body. They have no awareness and it feels like it's just get in and out kinda job for them. Once again the dentists are amazing. The assistants are not very reliable.

Fantastic experience: We needed an emergency appointment and the staff was so understanding and accommodating. They made sure my son was comfortable and knew all of the options for treatment before proceeding. They were extremely patient and kind. Just a wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: First time here and everything went smooth and good. They made sure I was comfortable and doing while during the cleaning. Let me know about a cavity I was unaware of and recommendations for pulling out wisdom teeth that should be pulled out to prevent future problems. Would recommend to other people.

Negative experience: Saw this company back in September. I had called an asked them for a copy of my invoice, and they said I would have to pay $10 for an email and would have to etransfer the $10. I will be reporting to the CRA. Actually insane.

Negative experience: So i'm changing from a five star 1 For my reason, being is this dentist called me on a Sunday took my back to the room where I sat for a lengthy, almost hour and a 1/2... And then for the doctor come in and tell me, oh, everybody's starting to show up for their appointment i said this is very unacceptable to push me back all because the people are showing up for the appointments . Why call me then?... So I call another dental Redwood dental, and they took me up with In 24 hours to have my teeth extracted.

Positive experience: Everything was good, except no parking in the front. The hygienist was a sweetheart with great customer service which is always something I look forward too. The clinic was clean and Dr. Vipul was great as well. One downside is they charge 3% service fee for using Visa & Mastercard credit cards, 5% for American Express + They make you wait UNTIL they get the e-transfer (which sometimes can be 30+ minutes) even though you cannot cancel it.

Fantastic experience: I have such severe anxiety over going to the dentist. I started going to Greenwood Dental about 10 years ago. They always worked on my teeth by giving me anxiety medications to get through my procedures. Yesterday I went because I had an infection in my mouth, as it didn’t clear up from the antibiotics Dr. Kim prescribed me December 27th for the same infection. He wanted to pull my infected teeth but I drove there so I wouldn’t be able to get any anxiety meds. He finally convinced me to get the 2 teeth pulled and promised me it would only take 5 minutes. It literally took him 3 minutes to pull both teeth. The second tooth as he was trying to pull it I started having a severe panic attack because I could still feel it a bit. Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing! He froze me more, calmed me down and told me if I even feel a little bit of pain he will stop and I can come back with my partner so I can get the anxiety medication. Needless to say I didn’t feel a thing after he gave me more freezing. He was so patient and gentle! Usually I am in pain for days after a tooth extraction from other dentists but my mouth feels amazing, it’s healing up nice. I will always recommend Greenwood Dental and Dr. Kim. Especially someone that has anxiety around dentists. I also brought my girls the same time as my appointment and my youngest also has anxiety but they worked around her anxiety and now she won’t stop talking about going to mommy’s dentist

I got there around 1 in the afternoon expecting to wait, but within a few minutes I had paperwork filled out and was in the next room getting an xray. The extraction went so smoothly I didn't believe he was done when he said so. Fantastic experience.

Negative experience: This is exactly why I've avoided the dentist! Specifically greenwood. A few years ago I had a REALLY bad experience at another location so I was really nervous to go in. Turns out I had every right to be. The assistant was a super nice and sweet lady kept check in on me as we were waiting for the dentist, the dentist comes in to do my cleaning and he's getting mad at me for moving when they're pouring COLD water on an EXPOSED NERVE which I've stated multiple times that it HURTS, but he brushes me off as being a baby and said " I can numb you but it'll hurt more" I NEVER ASKED TO BE NUMB!! I simply can't sit still while there's cold water rushing in an exposed nerve??? Never going back to ANY greenwoods location they only care about $$$$ and they only have alot of 5 ⭐ reviews because they offer a gift card if you do.

Positive experience: The reviews for this company are clearly inflated. They use old technology from the 90s and are heavily pushing services. I only asked for a teeth cleaning, but they told me I needed a 3D X-ray for a cleaning. What nonsense. They're trying to profit from clients. I had to hold the saliva suction tube in my hand, and while polishing, the tube broke and almost fell into my throat. Also, using a drill machine to clean teeth is clearly bad. You should have started using salt-based dental cleanings. It whitens teeth and doesn't damage the volume of teeth.

Negative experience: Person at reception named Krizzy is rude and pushy. Called the clinic to book an appointment with Dr. but instead, she spoke with me in a rude manner questioning why else I’m booking when I asked for a transfer of record a few weeks back. She then went on and stated the Dr. is available on December 16th&17th and I agreed on booking the 16th. She asked me “what about on the 17th you’re not going to ask the available date?” In a very impolite blunt tone. I then explained what the point was of me asking if I already agreed on a date that works for me. As a patient, I deserve to book a time and day that works for me without having to worry about any dental administrative assistants being ill mannered.

Negative experience: The worst experience we've ever had from a totally inefficient staff; the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Chaotic and disorganized. Unnecessary x-ray for aesthetic procedure. Then a silly question: how many x rays she had in 2025? It took them half an hour to verify whether my wife's CDCP is active or not They kept us waiting more than one hour
