Fantastic experience: My name is Riley Unger had a really good Dental assessment from Dr. Sharma she deals with people with cognitive impairments, mine is Autistic spectrum disorder she gave a good assessment about my broken tooth she told me instead of coming back twice for one tooth the over all picture is just pull it instead of getting a root canal maybe last 10 to 15 years and then pull it anyway , she is fair and upfront honest . I would recommend people with cognitive impairments to see her. With person with Autism we are high anxiety always living in fear about unexpected situations love routine. I was suppose to see a man dentist had anxiety about but Maple Dental center at the last minute met my request.......the best !!!! .

Fantastic experience: Dr Sharma is one hell of a dentist and a total professional. She is so knowledgeable about dentistry. She makes her patients so comfortable and explains the procedure before she does anything. Maple dental staff are amazing and the customer service level is top notch. I would recommend anyone who is looking for dentist to go there and take advantage of their service.

The entire team is so kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. What truly stood out was the care they showed my 80 year old dad. They were very mindful of his health conditions and took extra precautions by checking his blood pressure band sugar levels before doing any extractions to ensure his safety. They also communicated closely with me about any concerns, knowing that he has dementia, which meant so much to our family. The dentists are extremely skilled and compassionate, and the whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Every visit feels calm, respectful, and welcoming. Fantastic experience: My 6-year-old son recently went for a checkup at Maples Dental. He usually goes to a children’s dental clinic, but their appointments were taking a very long time to get. My concern was that his baby tooth still hasn’t fallen out, and his permanent tooth has already started to come in. We decided to ask for an opinion and went to Dr. Liem, who is my husband’s and my dentist. I’m so glad we did. My son now keeps saying that Dr. Liem is the best dentist ever. He keeps saying, “I really like him… hehe, he’s so nice!” Dr. Liem was very kind and gentle, and he truly made the whole experience enjoyable for my son. I completely agree—Dr. Liem is the best. Thank you for making my child feel comfortable and happy during his visit!

Fantastic experience: I just had this 2 lower teeth extraction and before the extraction it's the impression first. my Dentist is Dr. Patty and she's so gentle on the extraction without me knowing that teeth has been extracted. her assistant named Anna was also very nice and so knoweledgeable on what she do as well as the other assistant named Jen. the extraction has been done 9am and my new denture was delivered @3pm. Amazing! I love how they treat their patients they're all nice and friendly especially my Dentist Dr. Patty. Thank you all very much!

Positive experience: Friendly and professional. The only thing I would like to see is a detailed receipt. It only shows the total but doesn’t itemize the work you had done. I like to see what I’m being billed for. The staff is very friendly. Dentist are very caring and explain everything they are doing very well. I recently had an (semi) emergency and was able to come in the next day at a very busy time of the year. Thank you for accommodating me on short notice! I also have a question…how often do the dentists change their masks? They come into the room wearing them and wear them to the reception area as well. As these masks lose their effectiveness after about an hour of use or after being wet etc. they are meant to be single patient use. It would be nice to have the dentist put their masks on in the operatories the same as they do their gloves so that the patient can see that they have a fresh mask. They should also be removed before leaving the operatory to prevent cross contamination.

Fantastic experience: My visit was very pleasant and Dr. Liam was very nice makes me feel very comfortable about my visit. He was very thorough with his explanation of what was needed to be done. I would recommend anyone for a great dentist. Also his dental assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Staff had a calm and polite demeanour. Hygiene was to the level that your OCD can catch a breath. Even though it’s a medical clinic, the atmosphere is more like that of a spa in regards of freshness. And upon meeting Dr. Sharma, you can tell he actually knows how to have a proper conversation. He doesn’t “hmm” his way through just to end the appointment. He takes his time, explains everything clearly, and doesn’t push anything. Very humble guy.

Fantastic experience: My experience was excellent. Dr. Kranti and the other staff are very kind and good-natured. I had previously had a root canal in India, and I was in pain for 6-7 days. However, Dr. Kranti treated me so well that I didn't feel any pain for even a single day. Dr. Kranti is very experienced, and God bless her.

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning with Jessica. She uses a high pressure water scaler and it is infinitely better than having your teeth scraped, poked and prodded with a metal scaler. It was also much faster. Never thought I'd ever say it, but best dental experience in the 52 years of going to the dentist.

They saw her right on time and extracted the tooth. The appointment was finished within 45 minutes. They were very kind, efficient and gentle. My mother is doing much better now.

She reassured me that despite it having been over a year since my last cleaning that there weren’t any major problems. Negative experience: I went to the clinic today for teeth cleanup only. It was second time. First time they charged me $200 and today they charged me $500+. And they even didn’t ask me for the X-Ray. And even didn’t mention that they will charge me extra on top of my regular cleanup. I will never go there again. They don’t get your concent to do something. They do it and then ask for money. This is so unprofessional. They should mention all the extra services that they are going to do.
