Positive experience: Always room for improvement. For not being busy when you first walk in, no one greeted while they weren’t doing anything on the front desk computer especially for new people coming into the establishment. I had to be asked from afar, to go around to the girls at other desks who would be assisting me. Overall place is clean, Winston was great, was only there for consultation. I asked about what the consultation fee was and wasn’t even give a parameter of price based off a starting fee, had to assume have to have large amount of money. Only to not be charged anything as Winston said not to. I will definitely return there for my regular check ups because I was given great information that didn’t devalue my opinion on what I wanted to be done.

Fantastic experience: This dental clinic was amazing 8 years ago when I attended last ,and now I returned after so long and the service and care is just as amazing. I seen a new dentist this time.and he was amazing he made the whole process comfortable and made ever effort to make sure I was informed as possible. I think I will remain with this clinic and continue with my oral care here.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with the help I received. I phoned a couple days before I was seen. They fixed my front tooth that was causing me embarrassment. Booked an appointment for 8pm wich was perfect.

Negative experience: Not as great as online reviews made it seem. I went there for a second opinion insisting that my filling had something wrong with it. The dentist tells me the same thing as the previous dentist: that there’s nothing wrong and I have to use the tooth for it to stop hurting. So I went for a third opinion elsewhere, where I was finally taken seriously. The new dentist replaced my filling and confirmed that the previous filling was in fact, cracked. I shouldn’t have to see 3 different dentists to finally be taken seriously. I also shouldn’t have to lower my expectations of receiving quality dental work but that’s how it seems now in Manitoba.

Fantastic experience: Staff was very courteous and helpful. Appointment was on time so no long wait Dr. Pokhoy has consistently provided me with great services and I find his dental skills second to none. Always a positive experience!

Positive experience: I just want to say thank you to the Garden city dental centre and Dr. Motyka for doing such a great job. As a first-time patient, I had a really good experience. The clinic is clean and organized, and everything went smoothly. The staff are all respectful and professional. I also do appreciate Dr. Motyka for being patient, gentle, and understanding. I felt comfortable during my fillings because he made sure I was okay the whole time. I have TMJD and can’t open my mouth very wide, but everything still went well and smooth. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental visit today for a teeth cleaning and some treatment, and I absolutely loved it! It’s an incredible place with amazing staff. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, but after this clinic, I no longer have any fear.

Fantastic experience: Today I went for my first checkup with Dr. Santos and was blown away with the experience. I usually have such an issue with my "gag" reflex, well today I was taught a new technique by his assistant Kyla, which basically eliminated it. Unbelievable!!! As well, you can sure tell how much Dr. Santos and the staff care about you as an individual and they want what's best for your dental health. I couldn't recommend them enough! Top notch facility as well!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency and Dr. Toy saw me immediately, even though I’m not his patient. My own dentist was away. He diagnosed the problem, showed me the X-rays and explained why was wrong and started me on antibiotics. This was my first visit and he was caring, personable and professional. I’m very thankful he saw me.

Positive experience: The front desk person didn't greet me just said who are you here for? I am so used to this kind of treatment doesn't surprise me in Manitoba. The rest of my treatment was exceptional I really enjoyed the doctor and the assistant and when I was finished I really enjoyed and liked the billing person very chill and helpful.

Negative experience: This is the worst clinic ever. They schedule appointments for a certain time, but in reality you end up waiting 20 minutes, and no one even comes to tell you why the doctor isn’t coming. What’s the point of making an appointment if you have to wait for more than 15 minutes anyway?
