Fantastic experience: I honestly can’t say enough about how wonderful I was treated. I had a Dental emergency, called them and within Half an hour I was sitting in the Dentist chair getting x-rays. They were all so nice and extremely professional. I usually hate the dentist (Hence, the medical emergency) But they made me as comfortable as possible. I put it off for way too long because I was nervous and it was all for not. I had zero pain I have to say that this was the best Dental experience of my entire life! I truly mean that! So thank you to everyone at Assiniboine Dental clinic you guys are Awesome!

Negative experience: Dental Hygienists were both great. Daughter had to wait 50 minutes for the dentist to see her after. All for him to spend ten seconds looking in her mouth. Not at all impressed.

Negative experience: I had come to ADG in the past and had a wonderful experience they had been very kind, patient and caring. So much so that I would recommend ADG to others looking to see a dentist. This time around, I had a much different experience. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very rough and rushed also very rude. So much so that I had been in pain and discomfort during my entire cleaning. I tried to inform the hygienist of the discomfort but instead was immediately interrupted and shut down. It was not at all like my first experience with ADG. Once my cleaning was complete, one of the dentists came out to see me (very kind and polite) and upon assessing my teeth, had informed me that I would need to rebook 2 separate appointments as I have 5 cavity’s, 2 on one side, 3 on the other, plus a third appointment for my next cleaning. I find this hard to believe as I had just had my teeth cleaned 8 months prior to this at seven Oaks Dental Center and they had informed me after my cleaning that my teeth look great and I have no cavity’s. They also informed me that the discolouration on top of my rear molars was due to pores bone and was not cavity’s. Left feeling unsure of weather I should rebook for these so called cavity’s or go back to Seven Oaks dental center. Not a great experience.

Fantastic experience: My dentist is Dr. Orlov. She fixed 2 cavities with virtually no pain. Best dentist I have ever had. I really appreciate the work she did. I recommend her highly. Dr. Orlov is a very supportive dentist. She will get all my dental work in the future.

Then today I went back again and saw m Marie-Claude hygienist she was also very polite and fantastic she give me solid advice on how to take care of my remaining teeth.I have 3 more appointment and I'm looking forward o be able to chew and smile again thank you all very much9l

Today, an RRC student came in, and it was great to hear the questions and answers about my situation from her perspective. It added to my experience as a patient. The folks at ADG are lovely and know their stuff - I feel like I'm always in good hands.

Negative experience: Cannot even get an appointment any sooner than May 25. Its Feb 4 today. Almost 4 MONTHS, is an absolute disgrace. Ill find a new dentist. Scandalous

Fantastic experience: Dr Renoff fit me in quickly when my crown had broken off. We’ve now resubmitted the scans to hopefully be approved by insurance. When I’d called to see if I needed to come in or if it could wait till my hygiene apt next week the person I spoke with was so very helpful, was able to access my file and determine which tooth was the issue. She notified Dr Renoff and I was fit in the next day! Always pleased with Assiniboine dental! I think I’ve been a patient for 50 years!

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. TRIEU. As a 79 year old woman, I have feared going to the dentist for too many years to count. I can allow my teeth to be cleaned, without freezing, thanks to Sary. The work that Dr. Trieu has done for me, has been with great care, kindness, technique, and knowledge. The care she shows me is greatly appreciated. She is well aware of my history, and takes extra care for my comfort. Because Dr. Trieu and her assistant work with each other with such respect and precision, as a team, makes me confident in their work.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Tottle Nov 12 as I had broken a molar. She checked it out, decided on a fix for today and did the.work also put plan of action in place for permanent repair. Was in and out in under an hour. Great Job!!! January 19, 26 Saw Dr. Tottle to have a Crown put on the above identified Molar. Preparation work was done to the tooth for the Crown then what a smooth Process. A Digital Scan was used to scan the area of the tooth which then created the impression. The impression was then digitally forwarded to the lab for the fabrication of the crown. This process took about an hour in total and i was told to come back for 3 to have the Crown installed. About 2:15 pm i received a call from the clinic indicating the the Crown was ready and i could come in ASAP we would get it installed I was back at the off about 2:35 and in about 30 minutes the job was done. I must say i was impressed with the process!!! Having the tooth prepped, impression taken, crown made and Crown install starting at 11:00 AM and walking out done Just after 3:00 PM was amazing. Total time in the chair was about 1.5 hours the rest was the Labs time. Way to Go - Great Job!! Thank you!!!

Positive experience: I am at a loss to comprehend why you sought to change my appointment time to 15 minutes earlier that I accepted only to have me wait for 25 minutes in lieu of 10? After intake late your broken equipment (x ray) then water reservoir initiated further delays. Just wondering if my insurance actually paid for your lack of preparation in what you call units of time?

Fantastic experience: Had two teeth extracted, Dr. Cole Humphrey was profesional along with his assistant in providing the best care with minimal/no pain with excellent communication. The online website should be worked on to provide easier access to contact the clinic such as a live chat, I requested 3D scan/documents that would make it easier to explore my options for partial dentures or temporary work done with no response. Over the phone the receptionists are wonderful, that would most likely be more effective

Fantastic experience: We have been dealing with Assiniboine Dental Group for more than 20 years. Always professional, courteous and prompt. Would never use another dental office.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and realized all dental offices are closed or closing. I took a chance and called this office for just some insight on what I should do for my 8 year old (they were closing in 5 mins) and after talking to the receptionist and then the dentist (Brett) asked me how soon I could get there. 30 mins later I’m on my way over there with a very scared boy. Backstory, he was sledding at school, fell off, hit his face on the ground teeth first? Ya teeth first and pushed one tooth a touch out of its socket (and of course it was a front tooth). We get there, they’re waiting, I feel awful cause it’s 30 mins past closing time for them. They assess, X-rays, all the things and next thing we know, he’s being numbed, prepped and that tooth was getting pushed back in its place. Took some time and man were they patient. My son was in so much panic and scared (as well he should be). They did an amazing job keeping him calm, distracted, and eventually fixed him up and sent us on our way. I am SOOOOOOOOO beyond grateful they stayed past close to help him. Honestly, just above and beyond. And one point 3 of these amazing humans were working together to get him all fixed up. 10/10 is not a high enough rating here. Thank you so much! So so so much for your care for my son. He’s happy to have a tooth still lol

Fantastic experience: I am from nearly 200km away and ended up being in the area 2 hours before my appointment time. I called and they were able to get me in right away. Everybody was friendly and the dentist was very helpful!

Negative experience: My recent experience felt very rushed, and left me a bit confused about my bill. I’ve never had a cleaning that has felt this hasty. I believe it was because it was nearing closing time. My bill also left me with a few questions. Such as what amount of time is considered a unit? If it’s 15 minutes, I don’t believe I was billed correctly. My appointment started right around 4pm with the 4 regular X-rays. My hygienist and I then proceeded to wait for a couple mins while the panoramic X-ray machine was being used and then performed this secondary X-ray. I estimate approximately 10mins total for both X-rays. The scaling/polishing/flossing then occurred which seemed a bit haphazard. It was completed at 4:35, I checked my phone while we waited for approx. ten mins for the dentist to perform his checkup around 4:45 I was at the front desk by 4:50. I was billed for 3 scaling units and 1 polishing unit along with other miscellaneous charges. I would like to receive clarity of my bill and for the standard of my next cleaning, if I book with Assiniboine, to be of a higher quality.

Negative experience: I am a regular client of this clinic, but I will not leave what happened today in the shadows. I came to a very difficult and long recording. For which we were first half an hour late, then just forgot about the procedures that were prescribed to me and in the end they did, a completely different procedure that we had not agreed on earlier. I wouldn't have written this review if they hadn't spent 2 hours finding out the circumstances. After that, they let me go and postponed this long appointment to another date and said that I could be free. But then they had the audacity to call and ask me to come back because they forgot to give me instructions for the next appointment, I asked to send them to me by e-mail, to which they said they could not. The management of this clinic, I ask you to teach the girls at the reception desk to work, and not just to smile and hug with doctors when they are at work. Today was my worst visit to the dentist. I haven't seen a worse service in any of the 12 countries I've visited before

Fantastic experience: I feel Dr Renouf really cares about me. I have so many filings and she schedules them during the month so I can tolerate them. She cares about the cost of so many cavities too. She really feels for me because she knows my cavities are do to extreme dry mouth and she has given me strategies to address it. Dr Renouf has been able to “restore” multiple teeth so they didn’t have to be pulled.

Fantastic experience: Another amazing service from their dental hygienist, Mac. It was my kids' first time in the clinic and they were handled really great. Thank you for the superb service. Not to mention the receptionists are . Keep it up guys.

Fantastic experience: I came into the clinic with a good deal of tooth pain. The staff were very friendly. I was quickly seen by Dr Cheung who did an exhaustive investigation and is referring me to specialist. The clinic is super clean and calming. Really appreciated everybody there today.

Fantastic experience: Decided to start our family out with a new dental clinic. I was so happy with ADG comprehensive exam. They were so thorough and really made me feel like I was in good hands. My kids also came (age 4&6) and they were thrilled. Gillian was great with the kids. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came in without an appointment on Saturday because of pain I was having. The dentist did an excellent job explaining it to me clearly and setting up a further appointment to get it handled. She also controlled the pain so I can make it to the appointment. I could not have asked for better service. This was last Saturday. Today I came for the appointment she set up for a root canal for me at a new dentist. She was fantastic. Did the job quickly and clearly explained everything to me. She was very friendly and kept me at ease. She is an asset to your facility and will hopefully be there long term
