Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at Fort Richmond Dental. I was getting a mouthguard to prevent nighttime teeth grinding. I had to come back several times, as the lab-made guard was not fitting properly. All the staff were very helpful. Dr. Murray was very kind, and waived my fee, because of the long process. I appreciate the great service I received. I highly recommend this dental office!

Fantastic experience: I broke a front tooth on the morning of December 22nd. I got in to see my dentist in the afternoon. They are doing everything they can to fit me with a temporary tooth before the Christmas break.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency root canal, and they got me in on the Saturday before Christmas. Friendly people both in front and in back.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a root canal with Dr. Morgan Murray and her assistant Cindy and I am genuinely amazed at how efficient and smooth the process was. And another person Aakriti the one who took time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions. I had so many questions related my insurance but she helped me alot to re-book the appointment and made everything stress-free. I expected pain and a long recovery, but I experienced neither. Am actually suffering from anxiety and usually feel anxious to see doctors but their team is incredible and supportive, I didn’t feel anxious at all. Thank you for fixing my tooth and I highly recommend them.

The dentist and assistant worked efficiently, and I actually enjoyed listening to the light, easy conversation between them while they worked, it made the appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. Fantastic experience: Looking for a family dental clinic, I found Fort Richmond Dental Clinic. I decided to try it and had a wonderful experience. The courteous front desk staff greeted us with welcoming smiles, and we were promptly booked. Our appointment with Dr A Lee was exceptional, professional, and the restoration pain-free. She also uplifted us with kind words. Her assistants were excellent as well. Each visit has been consistently positive. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I experienced an unexpected dental problem over the weekend, and it became urgent on Sunday. When I called my clinic’s front desk on Monday morning, the staff listened carefully, and understood my situation. She asked great questions and I could see that she was determined to do everything she could to help. My regular dentist, Dr Morgan Murray, saw me within an hour. And although it was a busy Monday morning, she sat with me to discuss my condition in detail, examined me, then explained her treatment plan. She worked efficiently, but did not rush, and she did make me feel rushed. When I left the clinic, I understood my condition, the treatment options, and follow-up schedule. I’ve been a regular client at this clinic for over two decades, along with my family. It’s great to know that all the staff at this clinic are professional, and that they care about you, and will do anything they can to look after you.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dental facility! I have been going there for almost 30 years and have never, ever had any problems. I have referred many of my colleagues and family here over the years. You don't even feel needles if you have to have dental work done, they're that good. Dr. Bassey and all of his staff are incredibly friendly and take the time to get to know you as a person. They do all of the heavy lifting with your insurance company/companies and you basically just have to show up. I have recommended them to many people over the years, and will continue to do so. If you're looking for a new dentist, give them a call - you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I went to Fort Richmond Dental Centre today because I had to have my tooth pulled. Dr. Alisha Lee recognized my fears and checked to see if I was mentally prepared. She was so meticulous that I couldn't even feel the anesthetic needle going into my gums, and then she gave me a lot of information to watch out for and prepare for emergencies. In addition, I'm grateful to the nurse next to me and the people at the information desk for their kind help. Parking was convenient, and the quick reservation was great.
