Fantastic experience: I came in because my root canal tooth had chipped and my regular dentist didn’t have availability for a couple of days. The dentist and staff were all super nice and welcoming. The dentist was super knowledgable and helpful and filled the hole the chip had caused in my tooth for free! She really cares about her patients and isn’t only out to make money. I would highly recommend this place !

Fantastic experience: Wonderful clinic with very friendly, helpful staff. Dr. Jennifer Said is amazing. She did an excellent job and made me feel very comfortable. The ladies at the reception are always ready to answer any questions. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: I had an appointment at 1pm for an infected tooth, I sat patiently for 40 minutes as I watched 8 people go in front of me. I asked what the delay was and they apologized but then I continued to watch people keep going in. Terrible customer service and time management. I ended up walking out, no care for customers timing. Highly recommend you do not attend.

Negative experience: This Dr. Is terrible he should be unqualified!!!! I went this dentist in 2023 for crowns on my lower front teeth. I had 4 missing lower front teeth. When I went to this dentist, he decided to shave down the two natural teeth next to the missing ones from each side so he could place crowns on all six lower front teeth to secure them. What this dentist didn't do was that he never removed the roots from the 2 teeth he shaved down and placed crown on. After the crowns were put on for 2 years I been in pain, swelling, infection. I went back to him for help, but he told me I just needed to get regular cleaning. The pain kept getting worse so i went to another dentist who took proper x-rays. The new dentist told me that the roots of the two teeth that were shaved down were still inside my jaw, infected and should have been removed before placing the crowns. I don't recommend this dentist to anyone. Please be careful and get second opinion because even after he explained it to me, I knew that we agreed for him to remove the root, or at least that's what I thought he did. He's great at negligence!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: From the moment that I arrive at this office the experience was amazing. The receptionist was extremely helpful. I did not have to wait. I was seen on my appointment time. The hygienist and the dentist were attentive, answered my questions, allayed my fears and asked if I had any questions. He explained the reason for my dental issue, made suggestions, and made a follow up visit for a comprehensive treatment. I have lived in the United States and I have never experienced such courtesy and attention as I experienced at Rose City Dental. I did not feel like I was a patient. I felt I was a person who needed attention with my dental problem and I I received the help with sensitivity and respect.

Negative experience: They are extremely slow, even though hey assured me it would have been fast to take care of my issue (I purposely call beforehand to make sure of timelines that were not respected in the end). They don't know how to deal with insurance, I had to call them and pass the phone to the receptionist cause they didn't know how to do their job. I asked for a specific night guard due to a specific issue and they ended up doing something else. A waste of money and time. Please avoid this place if you can

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old daughter needed emergency work done and our regular dentist was not available therefore referred us to Rose City Dental. I’m not normally one to leave reviews but the service was outstanding. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the oral hygienists and dentist were sooo good with my daughter. Her mouth was frozen and she had a tooth pulled. They were so professional, kind to my daughter, and the procedure was quick and painless. I was super impressed with the entire experience.

Negative experience: The worst place in all of windsor i was there and i scheduled with doctor the doctor leave me almost 40 minutes and he was talking at mobile in the lap room then he tell another lady to meet us also people in reception they are very rude

Negative experience: DON’T COME HERE! use your insurance elsewhere this place is worse than the windsor health unit. the staff at the front are nice but i was kept waiting for hours and when i got in i felt neglected with no dental hygienists in sight. i wouldn’t spend my money here, go to another higher end dentist that treats you with dignity and respect.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this office. I have never experienced absolutely zero pain during a cleaning, ever. Holly was so patient and dealt with all of my concerns. Dr. Sadek did her follow up check and introduction. She seemed to have an amazing personality. For the first time in my life, I am looking forward to my next visit to the dentist.
